Did an out-of-state purchase with Keith at Feldman CDJR of Clarkston. Was an extremely smooth transaction. When you buy out of state, you have to be able to trust the salesperson to accurately represent and be your eyes and ears. Keith did a great job, was completely honest, and when I arrived, the car was as described. Would highly recommend Keith and Feldman!

My experience was outstanding. Micheal Stephens made sure I was completely satisfied and did everything he could to get me what I wanted and made the whole process a breeze. I am very happy and will definitely be back to see him for my next vehicle!

This is my second time leasing a car here and I cannot express enough how great my experience was. Blake Moore is the best! He made the process very smooth and was very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend it. Ask for Blake!

From the minute, Matt the service manager spoke to me on the phone to the minute. I walked out with the service done. Everything was excellent. Matt is low-key but on target. The woman behind the counter was very friendly very efficient. Just what you d want from a customer service rep. Then over on the sales floor. The woman behind the desk looks nice. Had a good attitude very responsive. Just what you want On the sales floor. The oil change and tire rotation didn t take long. I felt very comfortable in this dealership.

Okay. These people called me 10 times! I was interested in a car I saw on their website and sent a message through their website saying I was interested. Spoke to one guy on the phone and I thought it was a salesman. When I started asking him questions about the car he said he was a customer service person. Between Friday-Monday they called me 10 times to tell me about a VIP offer. They would call and leave a voicemail. And then call back with a phone number. I was working all weekend and couldn t really answer my phone. By Monday I was very frustrated with all the calls and did not hesitate to go to a different dealership to get my new Jeep.

Surprisingly excellent car buying experience. No up selling, no harassment, just a comfortable buying experience. Blake really made us feel welcomed. Every other dealership ( we went to 3) tried to force us on VIN Etching, Perma coat, rust proofing and made claims it's required by Jeep, all dealers will charge it. Not Feldman, they really made us feel appreciated as customers. They even made us aware of promos to reduce the price. I would gladly drive back to Clarkston to buy another car

My wife's car was serviced here. They changed the main battery when the car broke down but after they "fixed" the car, the service lights were still on and the aux battery which they said was fine went bad 3 weeks later. We got charged a lot of money and it wasn't properly serviced. Worst of the worst, I wouldn't take my bicycle here. They shouldn't even be in business, stay away!

Went in for an oil change Avery in the write department was very friendly and helpful. Work was performed quickly without any issues. They even where able to take care off a software recall while it was there.

It has been the worst experience buying a car. Was there 3 hours to start even though my son called beforehand and I had a pre approval. They kept saying they could find me better rates. Well no they didn t. We told them about a tire that had a bulge & they were going to get it changed. Then they say the title is not there yet. We had to wait over a week for title and then they say they need to order the tire. Wait another couple days for that. They did deliver the car to us as we live an hour away. Then they say they will mail the license plate, great! I got a text saying it came in but they can t mail it. So can I send money for it, no. After a bit of back and forth, I was told they will get it in the mail. I wait and wait, so after about 3 weeks my salesman said he went personally and sent it UPS. There is more to the story but I guess this gets the point across. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I couldn t have been happier with my experience at Feldman Chrysler. Everything was taken care of with just a few phone calls and texts. Everything was ready and waiting when we arrived. I highly recommend

Tried to work out a deal to purchase a truck back in November 2023. Everything was ready to go until the "new guy" salesman (who I won't name) caught an attitude when I started asking specific questions about things I had concerns with. I had a deposit down already to purchase the truck along with funding in place but then deal went sour. I decided I didn't want to give this arrogant salesman the satisfaction of a sale since my out of state business apparently wasn't worth his time.I requested a refund from both the salesman as well as the finance department representative and to this day (Jan 14, 2024) I still haven't received a dime of my $500 deposit. I'll change this review if they actually decide to refund me but until then, this review stays.

Had a good experience ordering a Jeep Gladiator through Feldman. Took about 4 months from start to finish and throughout my salesperson Shelby was great to work with! If you do stop into Feldman ask to work with her. She provided tons of updates during the build and shipping process and was always willing to answer my questions. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and I'd say my only complaint was dealing with a refund they owed me post purchase. They weren't proactive about it and I had to follow-up a few times to square it away... I'm still waiting for the last check to show up in the mail a month later. I'll update this review if I don't recieve it or run into any other problems. Overall though I can't complain too much as they were able to match the lowest price I could find at any local dealer, and I am very happy with my vehicle!

Just an awful experience as soon as I walked in the door. I wandered around for 30 minutes before I was greeted, sales and management were just as rude as could be, my presence felt extremely insignificant and unwanted. I was constantly pressured to look at vehicles I had no interest in, and the model and trim I wanted was only available as a demonstration vehicle (which you can tell they did not treat well. Scratches in the leather armrest, stains on the carpet, dog hair and smell, etc). All of their stock is overpriced and they are not willing to negotiate. I ended up going to La Fontaine and got my brand new Grand Cherokee summit (with only 20 miles on it) for $200 less per month. Don't waste your time with these people, there's better places to go.

From the beginning of this to the end, I would like Stephanie & My brother in law, Cory Mar for being so professional and making this such an easy process. I ve been wanting a truck for almost 2 years now and there s always been trial and tribulations with this. I traveled 1300 miles to get this truck and it runs like a beauty. Cory is very knowledgeable in the career field and most definitely knows the protocols when it comes to making any trade easy. Again, thank you Stephanie and Cory!

Accommodated me immediately! Prompt and courteous service as I have always known this dealership to offer, perhaps even a bit more with new ownership. This dealership will remain my dealership of choice, even though I no longer live in Clarkston, it is worth the little extra drive.

The service rep was very friendly and helpful. He made sure I was aware for what the mechanic found and updated me on the costs. Love the new building. I came for a routine oil change and was taken care of immediately. Very impressed!

This might be the very first review I ve ever written for a company, good or bad, but this left enough of a bad taste in my mouth for me to recommend that nobody uses the service division for this company. It is a constant mess. In January or February I bought a truck from them. I m happy with the truck and I am OK with the price I paid for it. None of that is the issue. I was assured by the salesman that I would have free oil changes until X amount of miles or X amount of time and then the service division said that no plans offer that that it is only three oil changes for free after purchasing the vehicle. That was a bummer but I let it go. I ve taken my vehicle in three times and each time it took forever for me to get it back. Even with scheduling an appointment on this case I took my truck in on Saturday and today is Thursday and they still have not looked at my truck. unless you re a person who doesn t need your vehicle for weeks at a time I wouldn t recommend using them. I would ve much rather have paid full price for a repair then to deal with a mechanic who is this disorganized. You can t keep someone s vehicle for a week and not even look at it. That s insane.

We were happy with the salesman, Dom. But we are having some serious issues getting our loan contract figured out with correct amount and monthly payment. They are difficult to get ahold of and do not return calls.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.Every individual I encountered at this dealership was truly a pleasure.This dealership is two hours away from my home town and it is definitely worth the drive for such a wonderful experience.My salesman was Bobby and he is beyond exceptional in every way! He went above and beyond from start to finish. The car I purchased from him was not even on the lot, he found it for me and brought it to the dealership and made sure everything was perfect, and it was and is!I will definitely be traveling the two hours to return to this dealership if the need ever arises and have definitely let everyone I know this is the place to go!

I bought a car here a year ago and was told the car had no accidents and was shown a car fax. I just found out the car was involved in an accident prior to me buying it. Also the process after buying the car was horrid the wrong amount was sent to my bank for the pay off of my previous car and it took over a month to get everything sorted. I would recommend doing your own car fax before buying a car from this dealership.

Great dealership, very very helpful and friendly sales reps who aren't pushy or try to push deals or packages. They really care about you and want to get you in the best car they can. This dealership has a lot of inventory, both new and used. They help you with credit applications and make the process a breeze in buying or leasing a new vehicle. They have coupons towards their service department as well. I didnt know who to talk to or what to do but when arriving the manager Craig Muran got me with one of the sales reps and honestly in less than an hour I was in my brand new jeep! I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a set of new wheels!

There were multiple issues with our older Dodge Journey. I dropped it off at the dealership and they let me know when it was fixed and ready to be picked up later in the week (it needed parts). The staff was patient and professional.

If you have an appointment to get your vehicle fixed, don't expect it to be pulled in and worked on that day...per the service advisor. They overbook and offer empty expectations just to appease you.

My salesman Steve was great. He and another employee drove over an hour to pick up 2 specific vehicles I wanted from their sister dealership. He got them back, detailed and all gassed up in one day. The finance person Larry was wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and not pushy at all with a bunch of add ons that were not needed in my case. I would recommend to anyone getting their vehicles from Feldman Woodhaven. I have done service on my vehicles there but this was my first sales experience with them. Truly first class. Thanks so much!
