Great and honest place! They told me I didn t need an oil change but chris and Sean found I had a very bad oil leak due to missing valve covers they topped my missing oil off For $10 and Jeremy called an auto parts place and ordered the pieces that I was missing. They said my car could ve caught on fire! I m very grateful that I stopped in today and I will be getting my oil changed here from now on thank you, Jeremy, Chris and Sean You went above and beyond for me today I am so grateful! <3

Here a novel idea. If the sign says you are open till 6 maybe try to stay open close to that time. It s cool to park in front of the door at 5:44pm and watch 3 employees shut the lights off and walk out. Great way to manage your business!

This is the best place to get your oil changed. The guys are always friendly and do great work. They don't take shortcuts, and they don't pressure you with extras that you don't need. Highly recommend.

Stopped to get an oil change and could barely get the window down before the employee yelled can t help you, not with that noise and proceeded to point to get us to leave.Now, I could change the oil myself as I am mechanically inclined, but I m lazy and didn t want to. There is a SLIGHT noise coming from the engine bay, but that s because this is an older car.The last thing he says is you might want to put oil in there No kidding hence the reason I m at an oil shop.Never again. Don't waste your time; plus it s a mess trying to get in and out.

I got my oil changed here for the first time and the staff was very kind and respectful. They explained the cost, what they were doing, and made me feel very comfortable. They even gave me a free car wash! Highly recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

So, usually a great place to go, but my last experience was less so. All was great while there, guys were courteous and comprehensive in the job. Wasn t til the next morning that I had problems. My daughter left for school and I noticed a fairly large puddle of old oil on the floor. The guys obviously spilled some but really wish they would have told me I might see some spillage. The bigger issue is the check engine light came on the next morning as well, with a vacuum code. My guess is the guys accidentally unplugged or broke a vacuum line while trying to get the air filter off. So, now I need to deal with a mechanic to find out what happened.Service: Oil change

10/10 experience here!! For my last oil change I went somewhere else and they absolutely screwed me. But every guy here was so kind, honest and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes, paid a perfect amount, and was 100% happy. I live in Lake Orion now but will always make the drive here from now on. Really nice, honest staff! My daughter brought her car there for an oil change (she had lost the sticker) and they checked her oil, said it was full and clean and told that she didn't need one yet. They checked all her fluids, gave her a new sticker and filled up her tires. The only place we take our cars for oil changes and car washes...

Came in on my lunch break for an oil change last week, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service and friendly staff. They also don't try to upsell you things that you don't need. I'll definitely be back!

I pulled into a gas station to fill up and found that the fuel cover lid on my Nissan wouldn't pop open. And I was on Empty. Yes, that was not the best move on my part.I spotted the Clarkston Quick Lube and pulled in and asked if they could help me, saying that I'd be happy to pay them for their service. I was crying by then.All 5 employees jumped in at that point. I kid you not. They fixed the fuel cap cover, checked all my fluids and tire pressure and would not charge me a cent.These are the kind of people that make the world go round. Helpful, professional and they made my day. I'm 65 years old, btw. I would highly recommend this place of business.

I stopped in for an oil change after a year of my car not reaching the recommend mileage and the staff checked my oil, said it looked brand new, and recommended I come back in 2000-3000 miles. And they topped off my windshield fluid just because! I think it's the first time I've ever been anywhere for an oil change where they didn't just try to sell me as much stuff as possible whether I needed it or not. I will definitely be back when I finally do need an oil change.

The Best Service In The Area.Fast and courteous technicians swarm your vehicle in a flurry of duties that are as coordinated as any professional play, ending in hood shutting, hand washing, and smiles as you're sent on your way, hassle free. Whoever is running this place sure knows customer satisfaction is key to returning satisfied customers time after time. Well worth the 45 minute drive each way.

Fastest oil change I've gotten and reasonably priced. I had 3 cars ahead of me and they do 1 car at a time so I thought I would have to come back later, but they got all 4 cars done in under 20 minutes, and that's with checking all the fluids and tires. Will definitely be back.

Since it was over a year since my last oil change, I took my car in even though it was still well under the recommended mileage for a change. After they checked the oil and tires, and topped off other fluids, I was very politely told that my oil was still fine and no change was necessary. I was quickly sent on my way with a smile and a, "No charge, see you in 2,500 miles." You know they will.Service: Oil change

If your time is valuable this is the place to get your oil changed. I stopped by the dealership twice and was told each time the wait was 45min-1hr. I can't get my oil changed at a dealer in under 30 minutes in the best of circumstances.Clarkston Quick Lube provided top tier service without cutting corners and in literally under 10 minutes. They changed the oil & filter, topped all the fluids, removed, cleaned and replaced my air filter and even provided free new valve caps after checking and topping the tires too.I requested full synthetic and paid a bit over $80 for the option, about $10-15 more than the dealer, but I was in and out quick. They also have cheaper options.

Fast, friendly, professional, not pushy. Got an oil change and a coupon for a wash. They had a lot of cars in line for the wash and the oil change, but they direct traffic really well and things moved very quickly. I got my oil changed and a deuce car wash in under 20 minutes while waiting with at least 10 other cars.

Took my car in for an oil change today, all around a great experience, I was in and out within 15 minutes, the guys doing the oil change were very courteous, showed me the old oil filter and new oil filter, priced fair, and the owner even came over to thank me for coming in.Great place to get an oil changed, this place is a well oiled machine haha!Service: Oil change

This place used to be knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Not the case anymore. Went in for a routine oil change. The staff couldn t agree on how to position my minivan over the pit so I had to reposition multiple times. The service man couldn t remove the fasteners to the air filter so he just skipped it and didn t mention it. This is a full service oil change but they did not offer to grease the doors, check the tire pressure or reset my dash indicator. When I was asked for payment, I asked about the air filter and the manager said the fasteners are stuck and I should take it to a dealership. I ve been a loyal customer for years. I miss the old staff that would never have tried to slide that by me. Won t be returning to this place again.

I went in for an oil change based on the vehicle message. The techs noticed the mileage seemed too low for an oil change, and after checking everything out they recommended I wait an additional two months. Great level of honesty! I returned for my oil change today and was pleased with the service, the pricing, and no one tried to upsell me things I didn't need. Thanks!

$70 for a full synthetic oil change. They had four techs there on a Sunday, which surprised me. The garage is heated, and they keep the doors down while you're in there. In and out in about 5 minutes. I'd go back.The only downside was the carwash was closed while I was there.
