Another 110% satisfied customer here!! So glad I made the switch from a closer auto shop to this far superior choice. My car was completely repaired in much less time and with more extensive labor than would have otherwise been provided. The interior cleaning they do as a cherry on top is much appreciated as well. We have taken our vehicles here a couple of times now. Prices were reasonable, their evaluations and estimates have been trustworthy compared to some other body shops we compared them to. Paint and body work looks thorough.Their service people follow up on anything that is backordered to make sure you are being kept track of.Check them out and consider them for the next estimate on your collision needs.

I absolutely love this place, they did an amazing job on my driverside front and rear door on my truck and from all accounts I can tell the interior was detailed which is a major plus. Super friendly on the phone, easy to deal with. Five stars all day!

Matt, Rachel and the entire staff are great! They did an excellent job repairing our Dad's 2011 Chevy Express. Exceptional work at a very reasonable price. Always willing to answer questions and understand our needs. Even able to repair a hinge on the power door. We will wholeheartedly recommend you to everyone we know! Thanks again

Wow! I work in customer service so it s a big deal for me and I was thoroughly impressed! My job was simple and not costly but Matt still took the time to go over everything, look up products that I could use at home and gave me a very realistic overview of what to expect. Had a great experience with Clarkston Auto Body. Rear window of our expedition was shattered from a rock and Clarkston Auto Body got it repaired the next day so we were not without a car for long when we have 4 little ones! Can't say enough good things!

The folks at Clarkston Auto Body are very friendly and helpful. I've worked with them in the past, and they've always shown themselves to do first-rate work, but they also understand how important it is to handle non-insurance jobs within tight budgets.Thankfully, I'm not in there often enough that they remember my name, but they remember my car.Highly recommended.

Did body my car from an accident, body work was great. Problem with aftercare service. My spare garage door opener was missing from passenger vizer, had to call 3 times, never called me back or my husband. When finally spoke with someone" looked and could not find", blow off answer. They should take better care of items they removefrom car. Made no attempts to replace or rereburse. They give u a survey card when u pick up the car, already completed and returned before actuallyspeaking to someone.guess it was not important to them, since they already received the insurance money!!Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend. We took our car there a few weeks ago to have have some damage repaired. Sherry was excellent to work with. She kept us updated throughout the entire process. The workmanship was excellent . Will definitely go back but hopefully not soon.

Checked these guys out pretty thoroughly on-line before I brought my daughters car in for a quote and repair. Never before had I viewed so many positive reviews for a body and paint shop. I usually don t post reviews, yet due to the amazing job Clarkston Auto Body and Towing did, I decided to make an exception. The staff here are incredibly nice and sincerely out to give you the best customer experience out there. Matt was thorough and offered many options when it came to having our vehicle fixed. When it came time for the quote, he did his best to give me the lowest cost possible. The price was reasonable and the work was way beyond my expectations!! Not only did they do an outstanding job on the bump and paint, but they also had it completed early and they had vacuumed the vehicle inside! I can t thank you enough for taking care of my daughters vehicle so well. Thank you for being such a nice group to deal with and for providing such an excellent job and customer service. Two thumbs waaaay up for these guys!

Got into a rear end accident and they came highly recommended by my insurance and dealership. Clarkston Auto Body was extremely timely and professional. They responded to all questions in a quick manner and the repairs were done well and well within the time they quoted. This is an honest business. I have used their towing service on several occasions. Each experience was pleasant and I was treated with respect. Not to mention at a reasonable price. My wife ran our minivan into a invisible Boulder. Clarkston Auto body came and towed the van into their repair facility. I chose to pay in cash for the repair as my deductible was 1k. They gave me a nice cash discount and the repairs were done in a timely fashion and we could never tell the front fender was replaced. I highly suggest this company.

Very professional and great work. I had my truck painted after I replaced the cab corners and rockers. Great job blending and color matching. Can't tell where the old meets the new and no noticeable color difference between other body panels.Service: PaintingService: Painting

These folks do great work. Had the hood of my car repainted along with some extra buffing of scratches and everything looks fantastic. For the first time in years my gas cap actually properly closes. I was kept informed the entire time about how things developed and even came out midway through to make some decisions as they learned more about how things were going to look.Matt and his team did a great job and I would definitely return here in the future for any more autobody work.

I've been using Clarkston Auto Body for over 40 years and would never use any one else. Their work is excellent!!! I always recommend them to any one that is in need of Auto body work on their vehicles. From minor to major work you can't beat them!

The team at Clarkston did an amazing job on rebuilding my truck after being involved in an accident. The quality of workmanship cannot be matched. Communication was excellent and assistance with the insurance company was priceless. First class service and personnel.

Matt and the rest of the folks at Clarkston Auto Body and Towing are great! I had a very little rust patch forming on the drivers side front panel on a 2017 Silverado that I did not want to get any worse. The dealership wouldn t touch it under warranty, they said it was the result of a rock chip. I took it to Clarkston Auto Body and Towing the repair that they did looks amazing, completely surpassed my expectations. Thanks again all. If I ever need work done in the future I know where to go!

These guys truly care about the quality of work. They communicate well and let me know what is going on. I was called a couple of day before I was to pick up the truck and was told that they were not happy with the paint job and were going to re shoot it. When I received the truck back it looked fantastic. This is the only body shop that I will use.

Wow, their commercial talks about how they are honest, fair and do things the right way. Stopped in for an estimate and they underestimated in that commercial. They are friendly, efficient, very honest, very fair and they really do refuse to cut corners or give anything less than 100%. I will only have work done here. No need to look around, everything you could ask for is here. Keep up the good work Amy and Matt, you just earned a lifelong customer.Service: Body & Trim
