I ll never go back. Had a vehicle in for a gas tank replacement, first they told me a new tank was over $500 but I found it for $215 new with straps. Owner called and said they found a tank that wasn t $500 they could use and since they were aware I had already found a new one for $215 I assumed the price would be close. When my vehicle was finished I couldn t believe the $970 total until I saw they charged $400 for the gas tank and $80 for the straps they found. Since the work was done I can t turn right without my vehicle stalling if I m under 1/2 tank.

they wanted 25 dollars for a USED interior door handle for a 2008 ford fusion. if you look it up on the web its 12-15 dollars for a NEW one depending on where you order from. overpriced and would not budge. Gave them another chance years later and same thing wanted 75 dollars for a part that was 55.21 new. I know it costs to remove parts but if it's more there for a used part than a new one. My advice if you can just buy new. No offense but I shouldn't have to pay more than what a new one costs.

Nice place with friendly people, I ve bought from them in 2020 and now again this year HOWEVER I am taking 2 stars off due to the fact that they WILL NOT take any form of payment over the phone. This is a first for me, every yard I ve went to so far will let you but I guess every where you go operates a little differently. I just can t understand that, if payment doesn t go through then obviously don t pull part weird. So just a fair warning if you do business you must pay in person only, other than that no complaints

I ve taken many vehicles here either to be fixed or to be scraped lol but most recently I took a vehicle there because it was stolen, recovered and needed repairs. I brought to bridge lake and they took great care of me, and when more damage was found they went to bat for me with my insurance company to help with the claim. They went above and beyond in trying to help me to the best of the lie ability and I ll be sure to bring all my future vehicles here for repairs just based off my last interactions with them. Thanks guys!

Great customer service. When they say they are going to do something they do it whether it be a call back or having a part pulled and ready at a certain time. They stand by what they sell and their prices are more than fair.

Didn t have the part I needed (rare car) but did a parts search and found me what I needed just 15 min north. Gotta love a business that gives other companies business JUST to satisfy a customer. Thank you.

GREAT customer service from start to finish!!!We drove 90 miles one way just to pick up a transmission.They were conscientious about matching the part and cost-effective. Thanks guys for making our purchase such a smooth one. Definitely will would recommend.

These guys are honest and do great work. My car needed a timing chain as it was loose. They changed it and ran into all kinds of other issues. They only charged me for the extra parts and not the labor and worked on it for 3 full days. I am so thankful as my old car runs like new now. Can not afford new car at this time and just so very thankful they fixed it! Oh they gave me ride there and picked me up to get my car. They have scales also, towing and a junk yard of car parts. Very courteous staff! Highly recommend these guys!

Exceptional service, price and honesty. I used to come here years ago and was always treated well. In the spring I looked all over for a decent bumper for my new (old) truck. I had found a couple but ended up buying it here for half the price and was treated again very well. Today I stopped by with my daughter to get a couple interior items for her truck (which they had when no-one else did). Same experience... very friendly/courteous, someone showed us the vehicles, got the three parts we wanted and when we got it for less than half of what I expected to pay. I'm going to go back in this week and get more parts off this truck :)

I was a new customer and needed tires. Needless to say that turned into finding out I needed a new truck. They not only explained why but also helped me find my new truck! Fair, honest and female/newbie friendly. Will definitely be going to them from now on!

Went to them to purchase a bumper for my truck. I asked the lady at the counter if I ended up not needing it could I return it. She advised yes I could with in 30 days. No other information was told to me other then that . After having it for 1 week I ended up not needing it and took it back for a refund. She advised me when I returned it that there was a 25% restocking fee for cash refund or facility credit for the full amount for 90 days. She then had to double check with another guy at the counter if the restocking fee was 25% or 15%. He immediately replied 25%. I question there practices because nothing was said when I asked initially and nothing is posted that a restocking fee or the amount for the restocking fee. I will say that she was nice. I also would have been acceptable with what transpired if it had been posted or she had advises me initially but none of that was done.

I needed my back axel replaced on my 05 jeep. Not only did they get it up and work on it they said so far they haven't ran into any issues. The price for the replacement of the back axel was the lowest I could find in a 100 mile radius. I am so glad they were so kind and understanding with me not knowing much about vehicles. I highly recommend anyone call Bridge Lake Auto and Truck for any repairs

Ok, the hill was good exercise. They had what i was looking for. I got a motor with 56000 miles from a 1995 f250. Exactly what i needed, and a good price 584 dollars, covered tax and core charges. 30 day warranty included. Been a customer for 30 years, or so. Good to me is all I know.

This place is tops! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Really great experience finding and picking stuff. The best part is they will put the parts on for you for a fair price. Super happy about this shop. Mechanic went beyond anything expected. Truly grateful. I found the place where I am taking all my vehicles. Thanks guys and gals!

Very female/newbie friendly. Both times I ve went there they were very kind, helpful, and honest. You get what you get at a junk yard part wise, it s hit or miss. But they have been very good to me.

Quite simply the kindest and honest salvage yard I have dealt with. I use many yards to purchase used parts for installation and resale. When anyone at Bridgelake tells you the part is good or bad it s accurate. They are very friendly and extremely fair with pricing. The service is even better with free delivery. They always take merchandise back if there was an error which can occur from time to time. All I want to stress is that as a regular consumer of used auto parts, these are the good people in the industry who strive to make a difference and appreciate every penny that comes there way. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. So I want anyone reading this to know I am not a person with one transaction with them. Furthermore the negative reviews seem a bit one sided. Peoples expectations may lend them to feel that they were mistreated. But coming from dealing with over a few hundred salvage yards in my lifetime who directly mislead you or fabricate lies or misrepresent their merchandise, I can tell you that Bridgelake will never steer you wrong and will always sell you a part or fix your vehicle with care and class!
