Wally and the staff at Brandon Glass are absolutely fantastic to work with - they are responsive, honest, reliable and their work is absolutely beautiful. They installed the mirror in our primary bath and our custom glass shower enclosure. We've enjoyed working with them and will continue to use them for all of our glass/mirror needs. In fact, we've hired them to replace the windshield for one of our cars next week!

I'm feeling grateful for Wally and the guys at Brandon Glass .They fixed a bunch of windows for us, including adding new latches.If you're near Clarkston, MI and you need help with your windows, whether it's glass replacement or hardware repair, you should definitely call the folks at Brandon Glass. They'll take good care of you.

We had Brandon glass install shower glass panels and doors for 3 separate showers. They made sure everything was engineered properly before the install as one was quite high. They were super helpful in going over all the prep details ahead of time and made a couple site visits even before the tile went up. They all turned out great . Excellent customer service

Great service! They cut a special piece of glass for my custom the desk I was making out of an antique wood door. It was perfect! They were friendly, professional and reasonably on price.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Very unprofessional company and I would never recommend them or do business through them again. I had two trucks in need of windows (all 90 s trucks of the same model) one was a windshield and one was a back window. I had both good windows in a spare cab. Long story short he came out, pulled the bad windows then went to pull the good windows out and broke the good windshield (left me with no windshield in the truck) and then told me he can t use the good rear window (he came out prior to this appointment for an estimate and said he could use it). Told me he would call me the next day regarding replacement windows and never heard from him nor did he ever call me back when I tried to call his shop. Take my advice, don t get screwed like i did go find another glass shop.

Had a local contractor recommend this company because we like to give jobs to local businesses. While I'm sure they're nice people....their communication and estimation on how long it takes to get special order items is HORRIBLE! We're waiting on 2 pieces of glass to finish our shower and what was supposed to be a "few days" is now going on 2 weeks! Now it's too late to get someone else in before our guests arrive! If you don't mind waiting and aren't on a time schedule, this company is for you!

Needed a pet door installed on our door wall screen.Erin at C & B Glass said he would orderand install with no issues. Erin did a great job...Installing in our track there was an issue-called Erin and hecorrected it right away. Very Pleased with them.Glad I was able to support a local small business.Would use there service again!Sue Denton

Beware! It would seem the same complaints I have, plenty of others do too. I believe he also owns Clarkston Glass and also has very similar reviews. If you re looking for communication and a finished product keep looking!Owner came out to my house a few times for window replacement. He took my window opener and screen windows to replace. A couple years later I still try to get ahold of someone over there and they never return my calls. I was charged for the work and for the window opener replacement(~$300?) but can t seem to get anyone to talk to me or refund my money. He should ve never taken my parts if he couldn t fix them to begin with. They must have too much work to come back to my project.

I needed a tempered glass window removed from one frame and installed into another frame. Wally not only did what I wanted, he installed the untempered into the other frame. That is good service.

Had our shower glass enclosure done by C&B Glass and couldn't be happier. These guys really know what they are doing and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs.

Very Unprofessional business, hard to contact. Called out for an Estimate and to make sure the window I wanted put in would fit. I was told it would, then they came to put it in. Pulled out the cracked one and told me the good one wouldn t fit after pulling cracked one out and left me with no rear window and never got back a hold of me with the rear window price.

I had a windshield chip, they fixed it the minute I showed up, and completed the work in 20 minutes. I did call ahead to set up a time.
