One of my first places to call when looking for truck parts. Recently purchased a newer 2014 takeoff bed for my 1999 Ford F350 7.3L dually...and it was the same color as my truck, Oxford white.

Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service ever and would recommend paying more just to not shop here. Drove 2 hours to get a transmission and they gave me the wrong one. Then had another 4 hour round trip to return it and they charged a 25% restock fee! Customer service lady has no idea what she s doing and is one of the most rude and unpleasant person I have ever seen. Avoid at any cost.

What a dump. We had purchased a transmission. From them and ask that they could load in a transmission without damaging a brand new pick up truck. They said yes absolutely. Upon arrival they had placed the transmission into the back of the pickup and the loader operator ran the fork down my entire box and tailgate of the truck. All I asked for was a Bedline. They refused and were very rude. The female answering the phone wouldn t even direct us to the boss. She kept hanging up and avoiding us. I m being forced to take them to court to resolve a problem they clearly told me they could avoid. 0 stars if possible.

Called to check availability on a DRW 10 lug 16-6 wheel for a 3500HD, the lady that answered responded we may have one but cant be sure, I replaied is there anyway you could check and confirm. The responce that I recieved was a laugh followed by NEVER!! That was my first time calling to offer my business and will be my last.

You reap what you sew. I thought the owner was more than gracious on some parts I bought for my daughter's rear hatch before sending her back to college. If you treat others nicely it comes back to you. He is running a business and I am sure he gets alot of calls working by himself so I tried to be understanding of that and he treated me very well in the end. I will definitely be looking to him in the future for my 4x4.

I would love to not give any stars. I recently went looking for something their website said they had. I went to see the office manager and when asking about the specific part he was the rudest individual sales rep I have ever dealt with. Yard 2 is five miles away, I don t want people just running around. When I asked where it was specifically he said it didn t matter, it s five miles away. I work a full time job and was trying to decide if there was a way to set it up so I didn t have to take any time off work to meet. Talked himself out of my business and a sale. Zero stars!!!!

Ordered a used car part and when it arrived it was broken. Not from shippi, part was taken off a broken motor. Had to argue with the guy for a week and then show up in person just for a refund. The drive was 4 1/2 hours away. Thanks Zemco's, I will never shop here again!

Called about a frame they told me they had three of them and I could pick it up next week next week after three phone calls and being treated like I wasn't a customer they call back and say we don't have it. Perfect thanks for all the down time cause I could have went elsewhere instead of sitting around for a week.

Had a great transaction, Had to have my gearbox picked up VIA shipping company to Utah and the staff at Zemko's were very accommodating. I will be calling with my future needs.

This place doesn't care about helping out with finding parts. I thought they were just having a bad day, so went back a different day. Same thing went there, and they couldn't be bothered. They just say they don't have it without looking it up. Different parts both times.
