Went for an oil change and was told don't look down look at me.I'm hoping maybe the guy was having an off day and doesn't normally talk to his customers like that but I turned around and took off and will never go back.

New management has taken care of issues that weren't addressed in the past without hesatation. I find them reliable and very curtious. I would definitely recommend them for your car care.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The carwash is cheaper then the other one in Clare and Farwell and seemed to work better also i definitely will go back for there carwash.

Watch out for the bait and switch here. I told the gentleman I wanted conventional. I told him a second time that I just wanted conventional when he tried to upsell me to synthetic. Well he gave me synthetic anyway, and I didn't find out until he told me what my total balance was ($85) after they were done. I pointed out again that I wanted conventional, to which he replied "oh we were out of that, I thought I told you." No, he did not. But that's not something you just tell a customer, especially when they made it clear they did not want synthetic. You ask and make sure it's okay first. But they didn't, and I was stuck with a high bill. I don't know if that's a shady practice they are in the habit of using, which based off other reviews it might be, or just an absent minded employee, but either way, that is not okay. That was my first and last time there.

I've been going here for years. The guys are always nice and very professional. they do very well on changing my oil and always make sure my fluids and tire pressures are topped off before releasing me to leave! I've never had any problems with their work!

Had the greatest guy at the Clare Michigan location yesterday. He was personable, professional & worked with my budget. Love this place - customer for life - will recommend to all! Big props!

Came in for a oil change , quoted 79, wanted to charge 120. Most expensive oil change I ve ever had. I could have gone to a dealership and got a tire rotation and oil change for much cheaper. Then I was told by the manager, that I should pay more attention to the vehicle I m buying next time. Poor customer service, will not be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Did my oil change well and fast but they forgot to put back on the power steering fluid cap correctly as it was just resting on the reservoir.

When oil change was completed I pulled out I heard a metal clink sound when I got home I found the drain plug cover pan fell down on one side one bolt missing and the other bolt about to fall out. I called and let them know and went bought my own bolt and fixed myself.My other vehicle which they chained the oil a few months ago i discovered the oil drain plug wasn't tight and could be removed with little effort. That could of cost me an engine if it fell out.I'm done with this place.Service: Oil change

I sent my wife in to get a oil change. She calls me when she is done and tells me the price, double what I normally pay. They give her full synthetic oil. (highest priced oil change the have) so I call and speak with one of husband owner. I asked him pricing and told me half of what she paid but since he gave her full synthetic was double. I tried to speak with him on the difference he told me to what he just charged my wife and got angry and would just keep cutting me off. No resolution. Also car wash is a joke! Lost a customer and many more to follow.Service: Oil change

Always go here for my vehicles oil changes. They do a quick, professional job. And the prices are reasonable, especially since my car takes synthetic oil only.

Went there last week was very poor service. All new people,didn t check the things they say they are going to. Raised their prices by $10 which adds up to $45 for an oil change. So I m paying more for less in what world does that make sense. Will not be going back.The previous employees checked everything they were supposed to plus things they didn t have to but if they noticed something would take care of it or at the very least let me know about it.Was a good business not so much anymore.

Used to go here now I realize why I don't. It's twice the amount I pay over at Dagwood's in Mount pleasant. Today I went in and the new guy didn't know how to read my oil, the guys were all up in arms because some guy came in saying his brother was getting screwed over. Then all the other workers started making fun of him and were cussing. It was just unprofessional. They didn't check my air, or other fluids or do anything else beyond my oil and checked my lights. They didn't take my coupon off for 7 dollars, but I got a car wash token. I'm just saying for almost $50 for an oil change I was extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning.Service: Oil change

Great, quick service and friendly workers for a very affordable price! I appreciated their being up front about what they saw. They also oiled my doors which no other Valvoline has ever done! I wish I still lived in the area and could frequent this location.

Went there to get oil change for 2nd time on my motor home (sprinter diesel) . 1st time last year great polite service and wanted me to let people know they change oil on RVs. Went there today heavy set guy was rude and stated he wasn't going to do it because it was to cold. I did take all my personal vehicles along business vehicles there for service but will no longer. Please give heavy set guy a vacation.....he must need one badly .

We were passing through and realized we forgot to get an oil change prior to leaving for the holidays. We stopped here and were very pleased with the service we received! All employees were very thorough, polite, and kind!

Rude workers! Tried to get me to purchase 80 oil when I have never had to purchase 80 oil and talk to me like Im stupid. Rudely told me that I should take it somewhere esle if I want sand oil in my car. Completely unprofessional over there other workers where laughing. Never going back and telling everyone I know they shouldn't be giving their business to rude people. Maybe if he was nicer, talk to me like a human being and explain to me the extremely expensive oil I would be okay. It was his customer service that was terrible.

Only place I get my oil changed. Been coming here three years and they have always been professional, quick, and never try to sell me stuff I don t need unlike other places. Highly recommended!
