I contacted Quality Towing after waiting over 2 hours for my insurance roadside assistance to show up. It was 8 degrees outside, and the insurance company suggested that I "find somewhere warmer" to wait for their person to show up. Quality Towing provided a very quick response time, was very communicative, and recommended a reputable repair shop. I am incredibly thankful for their service as I would likely STILL be sitting on the side of the road waiting for my insurance company to show up. Also, the billing process is great! Love the Earth-friendly paperless process.

last night during the snow storm, my truck got stuck and this towing service went above and beyond to make sure i got back on the road safely! they originally came out for someone else but helped me in the process and for that, i m giving them as many stars as i can give them! they are fast and efficient! They work with you the best they can!

Amos was there very shortly after my call with Onstar after my accident. Even dropped me off at a gas station so I wouldn't freeze after he got the car put up. Great job and thank you!

We got locked out of our company plow truck. We had Quality Towing come out in a very timely manner and get us unlocked and ready to plow again before the snow storm! Great, reliable and quick service! Thanks!

Friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable! My wife slid in the ditch during yesterday s snowstorm, and they did and excellent job retrieving the vehicle! We will definitely use them again!

After waiting 7 hours for Beaverton towing and wrecker a AAA company that never showed up then finding my own towing company and forcing AAA to approve their fee we Finally made it to Chuck and Charlottes.. And the company and driver drove the extra miles over AAA'S limit to get us home with out the extra stop booking another wrecking waiting for them to show up (or Not).THANK YOU Amos and Ben @ Quality Towing Services, May God Bless you both!!!!!

Blew a transmission line on our truck hauling our boat to Drummond island on a Saturday morning. We had a family member bring us another truck. Quality towing hauled our truck back home almost two hours and gave the family member a ride. Top notch service!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I called after I decided not to try and drive my truck an hour home after getting into an accident, they were super professional and in general, kind. He told me he could be there in 15 minutes and they were on time with that too. Worst towing experience I've had in the last 10 years of my trucking experience. Don, the owner was a very rude and unreasonable person, we had a horrible day, broke down in the middle of the snow storm, don sent a genius mechanic who had no clue how to properly diagnose our problem, he came to our semi truck location, tried diagnosing the truck but came up with nothing, no codes no issue of what and how to fix it. We agreed to $1200 tow to detroit since they couldnt fix the issue. Somehow once they got to our yard their bill was $1887, totally uncalled for. We asked for a break for at least $87 and don, the owner refused. Not only that but threatened to stay hooked until we decided to pay . Completely price gaugung and unreasonable.Service: Special vehicle towing
