Trevor and Patrick were AWESOME help when our truck blew a hose on the 1st day of our vacation and we were 150 miles from home. They went out of their way to help while my husband fixed our truck in the store's parking lot. We could have asked for better customer service.

Just go to Autozone. If you need to price match Autozone will not bat an eye, this store will argue with you about price matching from WALMART. Now you lost a sale and I will never even attempt to shop there again. The worst part is the employee told me the price would be different for online vs in store. Shes braindead. Go to autozone, these people do not want your business unless you want to overpay.

They sell me two defective fuel pumps in a matter of a year, tell me they won t warrantee it a second time, the fuel pump is giving off weak pressure will not run my vehicle, tell me they will sell me a different fuel pump but will not honor another replacement. They re selling defective parts and will not guarantee them. I am not a mechanic I take my vehicles in to a certified state mechanic to be worked on. He checked all the relays all the wiring s everything, there is no other issue other than the fuel pump itself being defective a second time. Will definitely be buying parts from a different store from here on out. Very poor customer service.

Mediocre at best. Condescending staff that proceeded to tell me how to make my vehicle more like theirs. I just wanted a light bulb.High prices.

Had to pick up a battery for my Jetski, fired it up on the first try. Staff was very helpful and the guy that helped me, had an amazing beard, was very knowledgeable

Very prompt and helpful. Had the oil filter I prefer in stock when the other parts store didn't. AC Delco... Common filter.

Went in 2 have my battery tested. Turned out it was bad. Even tho it was below 0 out the gentlemen still swapped it out 4 me! Just wish I could remember his name 2 give him credit
