I was on vacation in the area and the people in the body shop could not have been kinder to both myself and my niece. The tow truck drivers as well. If this is how they treat strangers in distress, I can only imagine the outstanding way they treat customers. Highly recommend using their services and witnessing such great humanity.

We used to go to this dealership when we had a different vehicle. We needed service with our new car and the experience with the guy handling our issue had a bad attitude. This was the first time that we encountered this particular guy...We will not be back.

We just bought a new/used car from McGuire. As always our customer service rep, Steve and the owner, Tom, were helpful and worked to find us a car that fit our needs and budget. I particularly appreciate the effort that was made to complete the sale promptly so I was able to avoid another trip back to the dealership. We've been customers with not just the sales but also the service and autobody shop for years and multiple cars and trucks. We've always received excellent service.

My car has 150k miles on it, it was due a trans flush, they got me in right away as usual and everything is GOOD. Staff is amazing. Thanks Tom, Todd and staff at McGuire Chevrolet.

I took my vehicle in to have a noise inspected. I was quoted around $900 for parts and labor and went back a few days later for the repairs. After picking my vehicle up and immediately hearing the same noises I called back and asked to come back in. After this inspection I was told my car was unrepairable . The next week it was traded in to purchase a brand new blazer and was only given a pitiful $800 even after the $900 that was spent on pointless repairs a few days before. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off!!!!!!!!

I was treated with up most respect and dignity, I appreciate this more than you would think because as a female we don't always get treated as if we know what is going on but you guys have absolutely set the bar high. As a mother if 4 who does not have hundreds of thousands sitting in the bank I was treated very good and very fair. I will recommend you to anyone who needs their car looked at and serviced. Thank you for everything and especially taking the time and going over and explaining every single detail with me even the small ones that might not seem like a lot but for those of us like myself who their vehicle is their lifeline really appreciate and respect that alot. I purchased a seat cover for my vehicle online. Had it shipped to your dealership. I picked up my seat cover it was opened and shut back together with duct tape. After coming home and realizing that it's not what I wanted I wanted a fitted one. I called spoke to a gentlemen that told me let me talk to manager and I'll call ya back. I waited a week and took it upon myself to call them and now I am being told they can't return it cause it's been opened. The customer service is awful! Not pleased

Service staff excellent to work with, got my vehicle right in and in no time at all oil was changed and tires rotated. I was very pleased and will always take my car to McGuires for service. They go above and beyond when it comes to service!!

We didn t have an appointment but came into the dealership when our car began making an abnormal sound at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Friday. McGuire s fit us right in and not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it right away!

Did a Great Job detailing the interior of my vehicle! It would have been nice if an air freshener would have been used so it did not smell like cleaning chemicals when I picked it up.I felt the price was little steep for what was done.

When I called to schedule the oil change, I asked about pricing. When I was asked if the tires needed rotated, I was not informed of the cost, so that surprise was unwelcome.Also, when I left I was told that the sensors had been relearned with the rotation, which is fine, except one of them was indicating low pressure. I was informed that after driving 5 miles or so that it would go away. It comes on everytime I drive now, and this was not an issue I had before. Now I have to take it back in somewhere to see what the problem is and fork over more money to fix something that shouldn't need fixing. Very unhappy overall.

Don't know what they need to make a key if you lose all keys to your truck according to gm guide line ( only you in person and title and drives license ) that IS IT I have the guide line number they go by and have to following but good luck to you all

The finance officer Keith Yats and our car salesman Nevin Hughes were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to get us in the new car. It was a purchase for our son's first car and they did not disappoint. They were honest about each process and did not "blow smoke" to get the deal done. They told us exactly what to expect throughout the process.

Took my car in on a Thursday morning, to get it fixed. They thought it would be done by that night, they found out it was a bigger job they expected. Never got it back until Tuesday, so they placed us in a rental car on Friday.They wanted to make sure all the seals was good before we drove it away.The only reason I gave 4 star is for communication. I had to contact them each day to find out about my car.
