Sam is so amazing and informative you will be amazed by his knowledge. Anthony is another one of their best automotive technicians around. They will fix your car the right way the first time once you come in. Your first visit here you become family because they make you feel like you are family. Otto will take care of any needs you have. He is truly amazing! This is a place you will want to recommend to friends and family members! My car was in and out the same day with all of my automotive problems repaired. Sam was my technician and I will recommend to all my friends and family! Thank you so much!

If you need your car repaired bring it here Anthony and Sam are the best automotive technicians around. Otto is amazing! He will take the best care of you and give you a loner. Bring your car in and find out for yourself they re great! They got my car back the same day I will never go to another repair shop again. They are honest with great prices!

I am hoping the problems with the vehicle I purchased from them is finally fixed after 5 months. It was just in the shop for 5 weeks because they would not deal with trying to fix it. They said take to a dealership close to my house and get it diagnosed and give them a call back and they would work with me. I did just that, called and emailed them and they would not return calls. They even went as far ad saying give us a call, we are sorry about your experience and would like to talk to you about it. Still no call back s after trying to contacting them. Eric is a real piece of lying trash. Never go through him. He rold me the vehicle is financed local. Nope, fremont ohio is not local. Sad that Ram Cares and Chrysler is involved and opened a case for my truck. Not saying not to buy from them, just if you do, take your mechanic

I took my jeep in because it was leaking antifreeze. They took several multi-day appts before they found the issue. I had a blown head gasket. After months of waiting for parts to come in and my miles going over warranty, they got me in. Still covered under warranty. They told me it was an 8 hr job and they needed 2 days to do it. I made an appt for Thursday and Friday of the following week. I use my jeep for work on a mail rt, so when I don't have it I have to take vacation days from work. Well tomorrow will be 10 days vacation I've had to use for that 8 hr job. It has now been 2 weeks that they've had it. It's very frustrating that it is taking this long. I was okay with 2 days, but 2 weeks is completely ridiculous. That means they did less than 1 hours work per 8 hour day. They took 10 working days to accomplish an 8 hour job. They clearly have no concern for their customers. They took 10 vacation days from me for an 8 hour warranty job.

I had a great experience.I was extremely impressed with Eric Sorsen, he was my salesman, he was a knowledgeable, personable, & most of all A MAN OF HIS WORD.I would recommend visiting him when interested in a new car, truck or SUV.

My daughter bought a used vehicle from here. The night she signed the paperwork she brought the truck to us to show it off and I went through her paperwork. Good thing I did! The payment was $100 more than what they told her. When going over her paperwork with the gentleman he didn't cover the payment with her and after she told him she didn't want the gap insurance and someother add on he added it anyways. And it wasn't even her signature on the one add on. So I called there the next day and Erin was great and re did the paperwork CORRECTLY and was good to go. The guy she dealt with told her it was a good thing she called when she did because they were about to send the paperwork to the bank. But we by law had more than 24 hours to make changes. So fast forward to today. After her having this vehicle for a couple of weeks. Her bank that her old vehicle loan was through called her! The loan that this dealership said they would pay her vehicle off. Said she still owed money on her loan and she had to pay it off!!!!!!

Very rude customer service on the body shop mechanic Steve. Harassed me and gave me attitude about the loaner car and insurance check; practically calling me a liar while I was at work, plus telling me I wasn t aloud to have my truck till they have the insurance check. Tune was quickly changed when progressive called him shortly after that phone call and confirmed that it was taken care of the night before. I only had the loaner vehicle for 2 days as well. The work was only half done, with the right front tire being changed Steve recommended a tire rotation and I gave him the go ahead. I also requested and oil change since it is a couple thousand miles over due. Neither were done said Steve, so now I have uneven wheel tread for my front two tires and need to find another shop that ll do a tire rotation for me. I recommend going somewhere else like I am and save yourself the headache.

Service department is rude and I will never get any vehicles serviced here again.And somehow the shop is always 3 weeks behind to do anything. Funny... this is the only place in town that will tell you that.Avoid this dealership at all costs. They have gone way downhill in the past 5 years.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I was told several times the amount of my bill only to get there and have it raised by almost $200. I was also told I needed a new transmission. That mine had no fluid in it whatsoever because it leaked out on their shop floor even pointed out a big spill of some sort to my husband. Well I went and got 5 quarts of transmission fluid. Went to pick up my car and to my surprise it was only a 1/2 quart low. I was told that they had to push my car out of their shop because I needed a new transmission. This was obviously a lie. My husband put in the 1/2 quart and drive my car home with no issues. So I called and asked the tech did you all put any transmission fluid in my car at any point when you had it his answer was no. So the whole story I was given about needing a new transmission was a lie. I would not recommend using this company ever for anything.

Brought my truck in late for my appointment for a transmission fluid change and filters. They still got me right in and we re very polite in explaining in detail what it would cost and consist of. I was surprised at the price because I was just visiting in Texas last week and got a price there for the same work and I m not kidding Texas price was a little over double from Clare McDonald Chrysler and I m talking over 250. 00 dollars more. Very happy with the service and the free coffee. Thanks McDonald Chrysler.

Need to do a better job communicating with customers on what is happening with their vehicle. Had an appointment for 9:30 in the morning. Car was not in at 1:00pm when I stopped to have other vehicle looked at. They had the car the rest of the day and did not call to say they needed it longer. I called the next morning to find out what was going on. Drove by at 11 the next day and saw car was outside. I called to see if done. It was done and problem was found and fixed.

This dealership is a joke and I recommend anyone looking for a used car to stay away. I've been trying to buy a Pontiac G8 for the last couple days and has been a total nightmare. Eric the used sales guy there kept telling me over and over again he would send me purchase order to send to my bank and kept giving me the run around.Never would I ever buy a car here. This was a complete waste of my time calling this place to buy a car. Smh

The service manager, Otto (I think) was really fabulous. I drove the car there after 3 incidents of dead battery. He listen to my story. Kept the car and got it fixed. I had called Midland and they couldn t give me an appointment sooner than a month out. I will now be doing my repairs and oil changes in Clare. The service manager kept me up to date and made me confident that I could trust my car again.

The new compass is beautiful. The salesman Nick did everything I could ask for. He was very courteous and explained all of the new features on my compass. He took his time as I dad a lot of questions. I will definitely buy another car from him. It s a beautiful car and it rides and handles beautifully. Thank you very much.

Took less time then any other oil change I have ever received. Stay was helpful and polite. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. I will be coming back for all my oil changes. Thank you to the service tech!

Our Chrysler Town and Country was having issues with shifting gears. A transmission specialist recommended we take it to a dealer because it was possibly a wiring issue that they couldn t do. We went to McDonald. We waited two weeks to get the van in to their shop and then broke 5 weeks to get it back! What were they doing for 5 weeks??? Over those 5weeks I had to call them several times to get any updates on what was happening. What I was usually told was the technician was working on it Terrible communication.

So me and my girlfriend went to go and get a new vehicle because ours was about to breakdown beyond repair so they got us a new vehicle within a few hours witch was great. Before we left with the new vehicle we asked are you sure everything is good they said yes.8 days later we had to return the vehicle because of a financing issue and they said they were doing everything they can to help us keep the vehicle and they really weren t. So screw you dodge we are not ever gonna look toward your services again!!!! And we better be reimbursed in all the gas we put into it

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to have my ac recharged. My appt was at 8am. Went to pick up my truck at 5pm. They said they haven't even looked at it. They were behind in schedule. How the heck are u behind when I was the first appt off the day!!!! I even called at 2pm and they told me they had it in and was looking at it. They lied!!! Very unprofessional. I'm taking my business else where

***Buyers beware*** Paid over $45k for a vehicle, and in first few months the transmission is failing. Then I find out the vehicle was in a bad accident and had major repairs that were not disclosed to us. Management was unwilling to work with us. Bought 3 new vehicles prior, also from this dealership. Sales reps very helpful until you sign, then they don't answer calls or take care of issues. Waited 3 weeks for new tires, received a call they were in, show up at shop only to be told they didn't have them and to wait 2 more weeks. They will lie and make promises to seal the deal and then leave you hanging after!

The sales person was awesome. very helpful and knowledgeable. I've always used there sevice department for my truck. Even used them when I lived downstate for past several years. But when I got the trade in value for my vehicle from the sales department manager..... it was a complete insult to my intelligence with a complete low ball on the price given. More then 50% less then Kelly Blue Book. He said he also uses Cargurus to see what they are selling and the closest comparable car was selling for 70% more then they offered. I would use the salesman again if he worked someplace else. Lost a customer

While driving up North we were experiencing a whining issue with our jeep. We called here the next morning see if they could look at it. They were booked solid but took time to inspect it and reassure us everything looked fine. That was a huge piece of mind. The guys were super friendly and experienced.

Nick and raj are amazing !! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful !! Not even my salesman Eric when above and beyond to make my truck deal smooth !! Great place !! I been using nick for years never disappointed with him and service after the sale is also amazing !! Thanks crew !!

Amazing people to work with. Nick was our person. He helped us find something in our budget. He was amazing with working with us through the whole process of finding a vehicle and financially. They are easy to talk too, very professional, but can still have a good laugh when needed, the people are easy to have conversations with. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. Thank you again Nick, and McDonald's Chrysler for all the help and support through this.We traded in a 2012 chevy traverse, and walked off the lot with a 2016 Nissian Rogue.
