I live down state in metro Detroit and had been looking for a good used truck for almost 2 years. Happened upon this dealership on line and they exactly what I was looking for. It has been almost a year now and the truck has been problem free. The folks at the dealership were easy to deal with and I had no issues. The entire experience was a refreshing change from working with the dealerships in my area.

After searching around for the perfect truck we stumbled across a Ram Rebel Clare Auto Sales had on their lot. Being 5 hours away we were worried about the transition and sight unseen trade in, etc. They made it SO easy and Dave was super helpful and when we arrived he had all our paperwork ready so we could make a swift back drive up north. Thank you!!

As someone said before They made the buying process very quick and easy. However the car has had endless problems since it left the lot. Bought a 2015 escape with 72k miles on it and it has been nothing but problems. Tried and tried to have them look at my car after their accident but couldn t get them too look at it. All I wanted was for someone to look at it to see if it was safe for me to drive. (It went through a 148 point inspection ..)I understand that their shop got destroyed but chuck had no one available to even look at the car I bought from him. (But if you call them today they will put you on a list ). I emailed chuck a $3500 estimate from krapohl to fix my car since you get 10% off any car repairs if you buy a car at clare auto sales so I figured I d see if I could save a buck. This is the response he gave me No, thank you. We aren't able to at this time. I suggest finding somewhere else to complete your work in the future. I never even got my free oil change .All in all terrible experience, poor customer service. Wish I never drove onto their lot.

My hubby just purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from the dealer. We are both in our 60s and have bought many vehicles through our lives and he said this is the best experience he has had with a Dealership ever. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Would buy from again.

I was very impressed with Grant & his attentiveness & trust. So helpful, & his readiness on details was spot on. A joy to talk to. Assisted kindly with our insurance agent. Highly rate his salesmanship. The vehicle was detailed & ready to go. Took a nice long test drive. My son bought his 1st car of choice & is happier than ever. Grant made the transaction with ease. We would highly recommend Clare Auto Sales.

Took my girlfriend in to see Grant and purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sold us the vehicle below book and fixed every "issue" we discussed with no hassle. Vehicle wasn't in their inventory yet when I originally spoke to him about being interested and Grant went above a sales associates duty to ensure we got the vehicle we wanted. If you are looking for a quality used vehicle Grant is your guy!!!

We have been looking for a small used truck. We had been to big city dealers, road side trucks for sale with no success. Last Friday, we were driving through Clare, and a truck caught our eye. We stopped at Clare Auto Sales and within an hour we were putting a deposit on a truck. Grant was knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all there was no pressure. We talked about the truck, previous owners, and all our questions were answered. Today, we picked up our purchase, and drove away as satisfied customers. Thanks to Grant and Clare Auto Sales.

This review is for B and M auto sales. NOT clare auto sales. Bought a used car their 2 years ago. It lasted two days before it started overheating. Was the 4th of July weekend so they were closed. I stopped in the next day to discuss the problem with the car. Was told I bought it as is. I tried to discuss with them and was told to get the F. Off their lot.i wrote the BBB and the attorney General on how crooked this company is.. also wrote the chamber of commerce in clareBuyers BEWARE of this crooked business.

Do NOT buy from this place. Having to replace shocks within 6 weeks of buying from them (we ve put on less than 1000 miles) and they swore they did a thorough inspection. There are 100s of new and used dealerships in mid-Michigan. You ll be happier choosing literally any other one.

We are very glad we went into business with Clare Auto Sales! It was even worth the hour long drive from Saginaw to be able to deal with guys that made us feel important and who were willing to make some cosmetic changes before we signed on our Subaru. We are very happy with our purchase and the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.

Just wanted to say thanks again to Grant and Clare Auto Sales on the seamless sale of the 2017 F-350 it was above the standard of professionalism. The quick responses to all the questions that comes with the anxiety of buying a vehicle, Grant made seem like it was no burden! If your looking for good Customer service and something reliable give them a call. Thanks again I definitely will be using you guys in the future!

They made the buying process very quick and easy. However, the car has had endless problems since it left the lot. The staff is very rude and unhelpful after the purchase is complete. Would not recommend this place to anyone.Also my car didn't even make it home before it started shaking. They did fix the first problem but I have put over 1,400 in repairs in the 3 months I've owned this car.

Had a great experience with Grant and Clare Auto Sales. We were locked in on a 2014 Expedition and test drove multiple times. Vehicle had minor issues (expected for a used vehicle) and Grant took care of all immediately! Only one small remaining issue left to address (rear wiper motor) and he gave us the free oil change and said the shop we will be going to for the oil change will address the issue and order the new part. Again, very minor stuff and the vehicle is super clean and runs/drives great. It s exactly what my wife was looking for, and happy wife is a happy life!All final document signing was quick and easy. Grant had everything ready for us when we arrived to pick up the truck. I would highly recommend Clare Auto Sales for the top notch customer service and well maintained, quality used vehicles. We searched this entire state for these specific Expeditions, and Clare Auto was above and beyond all others. Thanks again Grant!!

As a transporter I came to load at this guys lot. He said he didn t care if I got hit by a car loading since he doesn t know my name. Horrible person. Avoid this junkyard of a dealership.

Dave Myer is the one who helped me in the process of getting my 2013 Chevy Cruze and I couldn t be more happy with my purchase!

Highly recommend Clare auto sales Chuck and Mark were both great to deal with. We had a very smooth transaction and a very good priced vehicle and was worth our time to travel 4 hours round trip to purchase. When we left a couple jackets in our trade in car they shipped them back to us at no charge. Thanks guys.

I was so excited to post a positive review, until I was drug through the ringer. We dealt with Mark, who was a great salesman, however was not as impressed when I drove the car for about 3 days when the front brakes went out. I brought it back in on Monday, and had it back Tuesday, however they only replaced one side, and no one ever told me what they found out, or what they had replaced. Not to mention it still had issues. I've had the car almost a week and have been able to drive it 3 days. I let Mark know about the on going issue when I got it back, and he has yet to respond. We decided to take it elsewhere, and it was fixed right in just a few hours. Pretty sad I had to pay to redo brakes in a car I just spent almost $10,000 for. My advice is stay away unless your ready to put more money into whatever you buy from them.

I've been here twice. The first time I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't end up getting a car but Grant helped me the entire time answering my questions. The second time I found my dream vehicle and Grant made it all happen! I was able to get my car with all the paperwork done within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful.I would also like to note that Grant was busy all day with people coming and going but he still made it happen. Would highly recommend Grant and Clare Auto Sales!!

Brought a hard to find AWD Jaguar. Drove three hours from the Cleveland area to purchase. Mark was very helpful on the phone, sent me "extra pictures" I requested of the car. Overall a positive experience. I am happy with the value, and they worked with me transferring out of state title and plates. Ohio BVM can be difficult with out of state paperwork. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
