I have a 2012 Chrysler town and country mini van. When I bought my van in January 2024. I called Swift windshield replace April Wednesday 17th 2024 to make an appointment for the company to come out to replace my windshield. I was quoted $100. I figured that was reasonable. The two gentlemen that came out to replace my windshield on Friday April 19th 2024 around 3-3:30pm. The two gentlemen that came out to replace my windshield wanted to stiff me with $400! So I called the company and apparently I misunderstood them. So they two gentlemen decided that they would put my old windshield in and not only was it was cracked in the one spot from before, it was cracked in THREE DIFFERENT places worse than it already was along with TWO huge gaps in between the windshield and the seam of the metal.

I would definitely use Swift in the future! I put in a quote on a Friday evening and they contacted me first thing Saturday morning. What I thought would need to be a windshield replacement, only came down to a fill in! I appreciate their honesty with telling me I didn't need a full replacement. They are very communicative, and were early despite the rain putting them behind! They will now be my go-to glass service for my vehicles!

From calling to place the order to the technicians that came out, the entire crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced too.
