Horrible service. This is a business that s been in my small hometown for years but was recently purchased by new owners and unfortunately they cannot maintain the quality of service that the original owner s had. I had a flat tire (from a broken rim) so I brought my car here like I have before, and then got brushed off for TWO MONTHS. I was stuck driving my car with a spare in Michigan during the winter, and whenever I called for an update on the parts they needed for my car all they could say was that they were still looking. When I showed up to finally get my tire and go to a different shop they didn t even have my tire! How do you loose a tire that someone else already paid for?? Thankfully they did order my another one with no charge and also said that they found the right rim, which I find suspicious since they apparently had no luck finding it in the two months I waited, but as soon as I show up they do. I decided to give them another chance since I really just wanted my car taken care of and I wanted to give this business another chance. I won t make that mistake again as they made me wait ALL WEEKEND for my car. I brought my car in Saturday morning and we had agreed that they would leave the keys in the car so I could take it home because I wouldn t be able to pick it up before they closed. When I got there my car was locked and there was no way to contact anyone until Monday. When I went there Monday I was told that I did agree to pick up my car this morning, not the afternoon we actually agreed upon, and when I expressed this I was told that I didn t need to have an attitude. Horrible business practices and customer service, go somewhere else.

Not the same with the new ownership. Went there to get a slow tire leak fixed and they claimed to have found the leak but also found a problem with a different tire and had to replace it. So I got set back $150+ to replace that tire... but they did nothing for the slow leak in the other tire I wanted fixed in the first place. I am disappointed because Heritage Tire was a great place under the former owners.

I called them this past Friday at 4.30 pm to see if they could air up my tires for me as I'm disabled and have a rough time doing it myself. The nice lady told me if I could get there by 5 they would be happy to do that for me. So I got there about 4.50pm and they were indeed happy to do that for me and with a smile on his face. I can't comment on their prices but I can on their level of service. I told him I would leave a good comment on Google so let it be this...I would recommend Heritage Tire to my friends and family.

Carl, Mike and the rest of their team is always helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers. I am a farmer and they have always treated us great. They will do their very best to get you going no matter what the situation is with your tires or other break downs. They are competitive with pricing and the home town aspect to their business puts it over the top. I urge everyone to get to know these guys and take their automotive and tire needs to them. They also sell stihl products and service them too.

They got me all 5 tires I needed the same day I called and put them on quickly. The price and service were definitely competitive to any other place.

Took small mower tire in on Friday. Switching to no flats so needed 10. They had 2 and the rest by Monday. May have spent a little more than online but saved me time trying to find what I needed online. Also, usually easier to deal with local business if there's a problem.

Awesome experience on the way to work and broke lug nut off the tire ..held on by one I limped to them and within an HR I was up and running ..made it to job before first break and a reasonable price too ..thanks a million

Carl, Donna, mike, Jason, and Adam have all been fantastic when I've gone in there. Every time they are polite, helpful, and service is always quick and fantastic!!!

I had. A tire that was loosing air and it already had 2 patches on it so i thoufht id have a new one put on so i did but my lease on my car is up in april so i wish i had of just had it repaired because i had to pay over 200 dollars. For a new one the old one had a nail in it

This place is unprofessional .. How are you even certified? STAY AWAY! Next time your mechanics wanna bully someone, try to bully another man not a 4 10 little girl! You guys must feel so TOUGH!

I ended up paying 808$ to get my breaks and rotors and my tirod To be replaced, never will see another dollar from anyone I know, 800$$$$$???????? I could ve got all that done for 400 but the fact it was already done and I didn t get a estimate there ya go
