Never seen such a attitude when your bringing a battery you bought there!! Try telling you we need to keep your battery and test it!!! Let s say there s a reason I continue to be a auto zone man

Super helpful staff. If your car gives you a code they will scan and let you know what it is, and even offered to print up an information page. They looked up and found the correct sparkplugs and oil filter for my car

Talk about customer service, tonight I pulled in to the store with a defroster on my car that wasn't working during an ice storm. The employee put new wiper fluid in my car for me and then I asked him if he would put antifreeze in too. (Per my husband's advice over my cellphone). They even said it was ok to leave my car overnight in their parking lot because I was getting a ride home. All this service and he refused to take the money that I offered. These guys are the best! They are located right off of I-94 and they DESERVE your business!

The Parts Peddler has served the residents of Chelsea & Dexter Michigan for a very long time. It's Family owned & supplies high quality parts for equipment whether Farm related or Domestic Vehicles. And can order something if needed quickly. I highly recommend this Family owned business.

I have used Parts Peddler for years. They have always been helpful, courteous, and competitively priced. And if for some reason the parts weren't in stock they always had them in by the next day. It has and still continues to be a pleasure doing business with them.

Convenient location and friendly service for auto parts. Even if they don't have the item on hand, they can generally source it quickly and get it to you ASAP.

OUr local parts peddler awesome even with our older jeep typically we can get the parts needed same day or next day LOVE THESE GUYS !!! I can also say this about shopping nationally replaced a Duralast battery from Autozone 3xs in 18mos in 2 different states got wonderful service from the guys at Autozone I will never buy another DURALAST battery in all the yrs i've been driving never had that experience with a battery

Rude staff, got ignored when obviously no one was very busy. Three clerks where sitting at the counter and only one of them helping a customer. When finally getting helped about an inquiry on a part and the clerk was very sort and refused to make eye contact. There storefront was very cluttered as well. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

This Had been my go to parts store until this week. No protection for employees. No masks, no social distancing. When I asked the owner about it he just blew me off.
