BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, DO NOT BUY. Brother in law bought a car from here about a month ago. First it was posted for 12k. Then he went in and looked at it and the sales people said it was 16k. He wasn t for it so they ended up selling it to him for 12. They must have known it was a pile of crap. It s a good thing I m a mechanic and can fix all the issues it s been having. It was pouring out oil from the oil filter gasket. Looked like the oil or filter hadn t been changed in over 10k miles. The brakes were so warped it felt like I was having a seizure while braking. Then the rear differential needed to be replaced because the gears were grinding on turns (sold it like this, bad from the get go). Now the engine has a rod knock, so the engine will need replacing. Pretty sure they buy auctioned cars and minimally fix them. I ll flip cars every once in a while and I would never sell a car that needed brakes, and always perform a fresh oil change. How are they still in business? This place will be reported to the BBB. Do better Chelsea motor

I had an hour and a half round trip driving to Chelsea motors. The car I was supposed to get was $12,000 on the ad and I loved it. But that is not the price. They added on another almost $5,000 in fees. They let me remove a $2500 power train warranty which they didn't even ask me if I wanted. They also had another bogus fee called Diamond Fusion for 900. The car was dirty on the outside and inside, and they claimed that they put this coating on the car to protect it. But I had no choice in the matter they had already done it and they refused to remove that. I wasn't even trying to bring them down on the price just these ridiculous fees but they refused, other than the powertrain warranty. I would never recommend anyone going there. It's a very dishonest place.*Important Note: I completely understood all charges. After this incident I was careful to ask about extra charges for other small dealerships and many said that they were just charging the price plus taxes and gave me an 'out the door price' which was very close to the asking price. Chelsea motors still had $2500 more than their asking price after removing their $2500 power train warranty. Why couldn't they give me a fair 'out the door' price like the others? Not hard to understand.

After my first experience with Chelsea Motors, my wife and said we would never buy another car from them. After searching for a car for nearly a month I looked online at Chelsea Motors. An online salesperson contacted me and we gave them a chance. Two trips later, after sales and financial department helped us out we bought a 2018 Cadillac XT5. Thanks for all your help on our purchase.

My family has been without a vehicle for a year, I got in contact with Miranda Kline almost immediately to get the ball rolling. My fianc� and I came in expecting to be turned away like many places before due to our rough credit score but that was not the case! Miranda worked very quickly and intently & had us in a vehicle with a phenomenal payment plan and treated us like we were family with how hard she worked to find us a vehicle that wouldn t break the bank and improve our credit. I cannot recommend Chelsea Motors enough! Everyone was helpful, answered every question with clear explanation, and truly helped my family get back to some normalcy. I can confidently say I will be back when it s time to upgrade in due time, but I have already started recommendations to my family and friends. Thank you Miranda Kline and the Chelsea Motors team!

Recently purchased my vehicle from Chelsea Motors. Vehicle runs perfectly, and I anticipate it will last me for many years to come. Will was our salesman and he was very polite and respectful throughout the transaction. There was another salesman there that I wasn t fond of, so I d look for Will if you need help with a vehicle. I had to move out of state and needed my new plate to be sent to a different address, and Will kept me updated the entire time. Great customer service and went above and beyond

Loved the energy of the team!! William and Cam were great in finding the best rate for us!! We got a Kia optima!! Love it!! It was a great experience and super simple throughout the process and they explained everything to make sure we understood everything. Definitely recommend!!

After searching for days, I found a truck at Chelsea Motors that would fit my needs at a fantastic price. I contacted the salesman Damon and he was very professional. Knowing I lived over 2 hours away, they had the truck ready to be looked over and test driven as soon as I got there. The sales manager Kam was able to take my trade in and found financing with a payment that fit my budget. I would highly recommend this team of folks.

I came in looking to see what options I could afford, and Miranda made the entire experience so amazing. I was so anxious to go in with my small budget, but she made me feel so accepted and she was so helpful! I never once felt judged for having so many questions. I searched the Internet to find the car I wanted at a price within my budget. I was able to find it at Chelsea Motors. I worked with Miranda & Kam. They got me in and taken care of, and I left a happy customer.As far as the atmosphere, it was nice. They are doing some remodeling, but it still comfy inside.I would definitely do business here again!

I absolutely loved my experience with Chelsea Motors!!I messaged them at 1:30am and they got with me 1st thing in the morning! And I had my car delivered to my house before 4:0pm! Miranda was wonderful! She really seemed to know what she was doing guided me into a smooth transaction and made me a grateful and Happy customer!! I can t thank her enough!! And the guys that brought me my car were great too but I was so excited I forgot their names!! I definitely would recommend Chelsea Motors and I would definitely recommend Miranda!! She is the best!!!!

Be careful of 5 star reviews here. They pressure you into leaving it before you leave the building. I dealt with will, who lied about my car having all wheel drive, it s only front wheel, I wanted 4 wheel. There was a clip for climate control missing on my dash he said they would replace for me, it s been almost 2 months and he ghosted me on that. Front tires were bald, and I only drove the car a week before transmission went out. I test drove the car and it shifted a little hard, and they said it s how the transmission in that vehicle is. I know I m the dumb one for following through with the purchase and trusting them, but it was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I didn t realize how shady they were being.

Miranda is a great person to work with! She's easy to talk to, up front and honest about whatever vehicles you're looking at... She makes you feel like your just in casual conversation with a friend or something, rather than giving you some kind of canned sales spiel. I'd definitely buy from her again!

Drove almost 3 hours to look at a truck they had. Ended up buying the truck and having some fun conversations with the staff. Great folks. Highly recommend, no matter how far you are away. You won't be disappointed.

Lots of selection in many different price ranges. Buying a used car can be stressful and no used car is going to be perfect. Miranda was very helpful and responded to questions and emails very quickly even during her off hours.
