Had a fantastic experience! Doug & Rollie were great to work with everything went smoothly they went above & beyond. We have purchased quite a few vehicles and they were on top of things we will definitely return, It was nice that they had a since of humor lots of laughs were had. I would recommend anyone to go see them!

The collision team was super quick. I was able to take my car in hours after the accident had a quote for the damages and was able to get that over to the insurance company in less than five hours after the incident occurred. Repairs were done super quick and my car looks like the day I bought her.

Service was great. Gave them a time frame I needed for my oil change. They finished 5 minutes early, even with checking in on a recall and changing the cabin air filter.

Scheduled an oil change and a brake replacement over a week ahead of appointment date. I got there at my appointment time of 9:30 and waited until 1:30 only to find out that the only thing that was done was an oil change along with a multi-point inspection that comes with the oil change. They also inspected my brakes to tell me that I needed new brakes, which is why I came in the first place. I already knew that I needed new brakes, but thanks for the charged inspection of what I already knew. I scheduled the appointment in advance so that they could be prepared and get the job done in a timely manner, not only did they not get the job done but it took that much time to do an oil change.

They have helped me more than they should have. They made it that. I could pay for repairs at a much lower price and covered the rest of repairs, they also provided a rental car at no cost.

Bobby was great! The whole crew is great really. They took care of my old lease, along with starting a new lease. They handled all the paperwork, insurance papers and all! Fast and easy process! Bobby even spent time showing me how all the buttons and gadgets work and helped get me signed up with onstar!I love my truck!

First off I was very disappointed that it took them two and a half weeks to get the part..because they forgot to order it...I called 3 times to check on it. I had paid $132.72 for diagnostics check. I was quoted $410.69 to fix my car. Then "after" I get it fixed they call to tell me my car is ready for pick up. Then they tell me it took 3 hours to change the part instead of the 1 hour I was quoted because they had never changed one of those parts before...so my bill turned out to be $617.82. I am a 74 year old woman on a fixed income and this really upset me. I guess I will be looking around elsewhere if I ever need any repairs done again.

I drove 3.5 hours to get there. When I arrived Travis was waiting at the door for me. He had called about 20 minutes earlier to ensure I wasn t having any difficulty finding the dealership. Everything was completely ready for me and the entire process was simple and easy. I wished I lived closer, this would be a dealership I d be happy to use. Karry was a delight and it was fun having her explain the new Bolt to me, she was anxious to make sure I happy. I was.Candra took a brief amount of my time to explain several added options that I could purchase. She was helpful, friendly but not at all hard sell, I appreciated that. All three people were an utter delight. Thank you

The service department was fantastic! My cabin and engine air filter were shown to me as they needed replacing. Also the detail department did a great job with the car wash I specially requested since my truck was in service. Thank you Wheelers for the friendly service

Excellent service as always!. No messing around, they booked us an appointment , they checked us in when we arrived , mechanic test drove our truck, identified the issue immediately. They had the wheel hub in stock and an hour later it was done ( 2-3 hours EARLIER than promised!) As a business owner , I really appreciate the fact that Wheeler's service department is run so efficiently, doesn't waste customer's time and without drama or attitude . Very refreshing , and kudos to the Wheeler Service Department

I went to another local dealership looking for a new vehicle. I found a used vehicle I liked, and noticed it had a broken rear wiper. I asked the gentleman if they would be willing to fix it if I bought it, he said he would "look in to it". I left that dealership super fast. That is how I came across Wheelers. I delt with Ami. I told her everything I wanted and what I could afford. Within a week, I have a brand new vehicle! Ami is an amazing staff member and should definitely be recognized!!

Always the best service and they never try to upsell me on something I don't need. I thought I needed brakes, I was certain of it, but it turns out I didn't need brakes at all. Other places might have taken advantage of me, but Wheeler never has. I've purchased 2 cars here and, if I ever need another, I'll buy it from Wheeler. Thank you for your fantastic service!

We had an appointment to have the check engine light on our 2019 Cadillac XT5 diagnosed on May 2. Our local mechanic had already scoped the car and told us it had something to do with the engine not warming up fast enough. The car was running fine, but we wanted to get it checked at a dealership. We arrived early for our appointment and waited for more than 2 and a half hours. We were told basically what our mechanic said and that it would involve replacing the thermostat. Incredibly, the only person who could determine if it would be covered under warranty, was not there that day. We were charged $66.36 for 1/2 hour of labor and assured we would be called the next day with that information. We never heard back from them. One week later I sent a letter to the service manager asking for a refund. I never received anything back from him. Meanwhile we went through Dave Kring Chevrolet in Petoskey for what turned out to be warranty work. Kring is a first class operation, especially compared to Wheeler. I have now involved my credit card company in a fraud claim. I will not stop until I receive my refund.

The starter went out on my Silverado. We stopped into the dealership on Saturday morning and they were able to get the truck right in and make the repair. Travis really went above and beyond to help us out. This kind of service is why we will always use this dealership.

Car serviced for oil change and filter along with tire rotation.10 miles out of the dealer, my rear tires were under inflated though the dealer said that they were.Inflated them back to normal and drove back 250 miles and they stayed the same.In addition my oil light came on the next day before I drove. Added some oil and the oil light went off,
