I had a flat tire and fortunately I was able to drive around 11 miles to make it to the Walmart auto care. I had to travel back around 500+miles and one of the specialist said he will not be able to fix the flat tire as it s outside the tread and hence needs a tire change. But he understood our problem of traveling more miles and he suggested one over the best solution to have the Walmarts slime through core product and it worked like wow. It was my first time with flat tire and that too during a long travel and the specialist helped me through it. I was able to travel back hassle free.

Wow what a useless auto center. First they couldn't change our tires unless they were all the same so we brought a set of 4 up there but they one stud was broken on a tire so they couldn't do anything. What place works on tires but can't change a broken stud? I can change a stud and Im no mechanic. It's like they do everything possible to not actually help you in any way. You can tell they get paid by the hour not by the vehicle up there. I'll never take a vehicle to this dump again.

Had to bring my vehicle elsewhere, mechanics refused to use "excessive force" to remove my "overly tightened" lug nuts. The quoted price was very good, had they, you know, finished the job. Every person I had contact with was polite, though.

Got two flat rear tires once this place did a rotation and balance. I call and the girl.basically tells me its my fault not to mention if i wanted to bring it back i would have to pay for the towing. DO NOT GO HERE. It has a 3 star rating for a reason

First time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I got a $25 Pennzoil gift card. Not bad at all. I recommend them for sure!

They were able to get me in for a tire rotation quickly; and that was without an appointment. My only issue was that they took 20 minutes to check me (and 3 other people) out.

We had flat tire at Saturday night in UP and found they are one of the only two open on Sunday close to mackinaw. Receptionist lady is very friendly and helpful. Mechanical guy is quick and gets the job well done.

Bought a set of 4 good year 225 x 16 radial tires From Walmart last year have put less than 4000 miles on the tires and they're wearing very fast one is almost down to the wear bars on the Tire.The car is a 2003 Buick lesabre I can take my hands off the steering wheel on the road and it stays pretty much straight over a course of Maybe 600' to 700' it will start to go to the right a little but, I think that's normal. everything is fine with the car everything is fine with the tires except they are wearing very very fast. now I know that's not Walmart's fault but I bought the extended warranty on the tires and they're calling it a road hazard and that is not covered so, I guess if your tires wear exceptoinly fast do not look for any sympathy from that warranty.You would think that the manufacture would at Least allow for what tread is left on the tire towards a new set of tires which I will not buy anyway.

Had them do an oil change yesterday and they put in the wrong oil but said they didn't. And put in only 4qts of oil instead of the 5. They said they put in the right amount of oil we were wrong and they said they put in the right kind of oil "10w30" when it even shows right on the oil cap 5w30 for oil and said that the person said there was nothing on the oil cap saying anything . Then told me Well if something breaks then take it somewhere to get it fixed then bring me the receipt. And didn't seem to care and no matter what we were wrong.Service: Oil change

I had a nail in my tire and Walmart was the only place open, didn't expect to wait an hour if not more just to get a tire fixed (which should be a quick fix). Next time I'll just wait for another auto shop to be open!

Sorry. I can't do Walmart tire centers. Always a long line and everyone is moving incredibly slow. Staff is not friendly. I will find any other place to find tires because I don't have hours and hours to waste.

They did not complete everything we paid for and when questioned they blamed it on being busy and going to fast. If you pay for something to be done it should be done.

Had passenger tires that were rated for 2700lbs a tire and they wouldn't put them on my truck.

It doesn't matter what day or time you go in, you'll always have a 2 hour minimum before your car gets in for anything.
