Louie got me in immediately when everyone else was booked solid. Got me a new starter, new brakes, and fixed my harmonic stabilizer asap to get me back on the road and home after a long northern fall colors road trip. Appreciate the work! Glad you got a chuckle out of my ridgeline!

Great experience! Randy beat out every price quote I received for new brakes and rotors. They run their business with integrity, efficiency in service, but more importantly, every experience my family has had has been trustworthy and of the highest quality. Highly recommend!

Great experience altogether. Affordable, Friendly, and Fast Service. In the past month they fixed both my girlfriend and I's vehicles. They replaced tie rods, sway bar, U Joints, and I believe brakes on our Ford Escape. For how busy these guys are(and for a good reason), they were able to get the job done fast. Yesterday they fixed my entire AC unit and gave me advice on the engine light that illuminated. The light came off and I am one happy customer. Took them only a couple of hours to fix it. Brought it in at 9AM and got the call saying the vehicle is good to go by noon. I highly recommend Good Guys Auto because they really are good guys. They live up to their name. I'll be back! Thanks alot!!

Amazing guys,. Dealership had my car for over 4 months, and couldn't find the problem. A couple of hours and a new key, and Good Guys had me back on the road. Local Ford Dealer just lost a good customer, other dealers must be better

Big SHOUT OUT to The Good Guys Auto! They have saved my arse every time. I have gone through them more than a few times now and never had a problem. They have replaced alot of things on my Nitro and I have never had any issues. They always fit me in as fast as they can and they are fast at getting the job done. At today's outrageous gas prices, my Evap Pump took a dump and I was only getting around 125 miles on my 19 gallon tank! They replaced it within the hour and now I am getting better gas mileage than what Dodge advertises. I went from around 0.5-7 mpg to now 18.5-31 mpg! It was a nightmare for a bit considering I do alot of driving for business. 90 bucks every couple of days adds up.Thanks a million!

These guys saved us and our vacation! We arrived in Cheboygan last Wednesday afternoon to brakes grinding after getting off the highway. Asked at campground who to call and were happy to get referred here! They got us in on Friday at 8am sharp and had us fixed by noon. Great service and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

One of the best auto repair and part stores I've ever been too! They're prices are great! Plus the customer service is amazing, this is the first auto part store that didn't make me feel like was wrong about the parts I needed.I'm a college student and was on my way home when my belt went out on my jeep becasue it needed a tensioner pulley assembly and not only did they check out my car to make sure I got the right part they made sure I knew what I was doing before I started fixing it! I am forever grateful for the employees in the store and the mechanics. Because of then I was able to get home just in time for my brothers band concert! I love this place!

Been going to the good guys about two years. Reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable with car fixed. Will give you car estimate on paper. No surprise when it's time to get it done and pay for it.

Great place. They do great work for the best price. Big time honesty.Randy who runs this shop is a truly great guy. He understands that not everyone is made of money and can afford the huge prices most places charge. I took my car there because another local shop last year said they replaced all my brake pads on my car. funny thing my rear brakes started grinding this week. And that shop is long out of business. Then I took it to a shop in Gaylord and they quoted me almost 800.00 to just fix the rear. Telling me I needed pads, Rotors and calipers. Well I then took the car to Good Guys. and they fixed my car with pads and only pads. $130.00. just on the rear. Car drives almost like it is new for a 20yr old car.If you need a car fixed. These guys do it all. There is a tire shop next door and NAPA auto parts up front. One STOP and you have it done. Randy will take care of you. and shake your hand at the end. I know now I have ZERO worries now when I have to get my car repaired. When you see the NAPA Auto Parts store you know your where you need to go. Good Guys are in the rear. GOD BLESS YOU BOYS.

I like coming here. A little more expensive than the others in the area, but having NAPA next door makes for faster part access, and the mechanics definitely know what they're doing and will work with you. Plus there usually isn't long waiting times unless they need to special order a part.
