My back car window exploded while driving through town. The people at Straits Area Glass were very helpful. The glass is ordered and they put plastic where the window was until the glass can be installed. The lady inside was kind. The gentleman that put the plastic on the window also cleared the glass so I didn't have to.

Today SAG was out to fix our double pain window that was damaged by a very large bird that decided to fly through it. They did a great job. Were out early, did the repair quick and did a great job. We would recommend them for future repairs. Thanks.

Very fast and friendly. Had a slip up with glass breaking one morning and the guy came and removed the rest of the broken glass for me even though he didn't have to and ordered the new window right away. Shouldn't take but a week to recieve. Im pleased at how fast and friendly the service was

Straits Area Glass replaced all fourteen of the windows in our home in Cheboygan, Michigan. Their price was fair and the product arrived in the time quoted. Steve and his partner, who installed the windows, worked very hard throughout the day and were clearly proficient in their skill. The Polar Seal windows are a dream and a HUGE upgrade to our existing windows. We would recommend them to anyone replacing windows in their home.

I restore historic homes in Boston/Edison Detroit. I bring my windows up from Detroit to have them glazed here.They do an excellent job at a reasonable price.

One of the ladies was very rude. We told her what we wanted and she throws in, "that's to busy for a kitchen." Last time I knew it was my kitchen the glass was going in not hers and the customer is always right! While she was showing us other glass none of which WE wanted she walks away and goes to another customer who just walked in, takes his window to the back to replace the glass. She comes back out and tells him it'll be ready in a couple days. Have a good day sir, walks to her desk sits down and totally ignores us. The other lady came out to help us and stayed with us the entire time answering our questions and showing us different pieces of glass in what we were looking for, not what she thought should go in my kitchen.
