We re three weeks from having our first child and needed new tires for our truck; all their employees were so kind and helpful in every aspect. They were VERY quick and efficient in their duties. It was definitely worth driving an hour and half! Best experience we ve ever had with a shop!Will definitely be recommending! Michael and the other young gentleman who worked on our truck were so friendly! Keep up the great work!

I've gone to Spies for many years for my automotive needs, and my dad went here when I was a kid. We always get great service. The folks who work here are laid back and helpful, and the pricing is always reasonable. Start here when you need something for your car or truck. You probably won't end up going anywhere else.

Stellar service from the tire department. Quick, thorough, and economical replacement of our bad tire. We visit Cheboygan often, so we'll use them in the future as well. Cody was fantastic! Thanks, guys. We'll done.

When in for a tire rotation, was out in a reasonable amount of time they had fresh coffee and beverages while you waited. Great place to get tires

We received great service and a good price when we had to replace a tire. Joel explained what we needed and why and was happy when we needed one instead of four tires. The waiting area and bathroom were clean

I can't say enough good things about Spies. My family had a tire blow out on our camper on I75 on the way up to the Cheboygan area. Spies was able to get us all fixed up with new tires and battery (which we desperately needed) in record time and for a very reasonable price. One of the owners even cut his lunch break short to get us back on the road. Thank you so much for all your help!

Shout out to Ryan Meyers, who came out to see the nail I had in the side of my tire yesterday. It was the end of the day, but that didn t matter he found me a replacement and got it on for me right away! Very grateful I didn t have a low tire somewhere on the road with my two kids in the car! Excellent customer service! Thanks again Ryan!

Highly recommended! I was 400 miles from home this weekend in St. Ignace and noticed a sidewall bubble on my tire. I stopped at Spies first thing Sunday morning and the employee was incredibly helpful. After determining that my (strange/small) size tire wasn't in stock, he recommended shops in towns along my route home to check with. He also called some larger distributors to see what was available across the region. Thank you!

Driving thru-made appt-problem w my RV tires, 3 guys came out to help. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind.Thank you so much!!! Customer service is NOT lost on these guys!!!

Traveling from Michigan to Ohio. We had low tire pressure in driver s side tire. They fit us right in. Very pleasant and helpful. Understand our situation and that we weren t local. Fixed us right up. Checked all tire pressures and noticed back passenger was low. Discovered a nail in tire and plugged it right then and there. Excellent service! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Top people. We were coming through on a trip and needed a tire replacement at the end of the day. The only place in miles that had the tire. Several guys quickly took care of it, checked all the other tires, and gave advice on other maintenance issues they noticed. If I lived in the area I'd choose them for everything I could.

These folks are always so helpful and do great service with everything. They always have the parts and tires that I need, and always try to get me in ASAP!!! I just can't say enough good things about them!!! SOME OF THE NICEST FOLKS IN ALL OF CHEBOYGAN!!!

These guys were absolutely great! We traveled 4 hours from home to rent a place on Mullet Lake. We had two tires blow on our double axle trailer on the way up. Got into town and wanted to get the tires replaced before we went back home. Joel got me better tires, plus two spares (obvious reasons after the trip up). Took care of me in two days while we enjoyed our vacation, and now we'll have peace of mind traveling back. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Cheboygan is lucky to have them!

Had a tire with a piece metal in it that made a hole too big to plug. Eric found a tire that matched and mounted and balanced it. Thanks to him we were back on the road quickly, really appreciate all their help, thanks again.

Spies is our favorite spot for all our tire needs. They have done house calls for our tractor while it was out on pasture. Their service is always professional, affordable and reliable even when they didn't have exactly what we needed in stock. Once, they didn't have the rims in stock that we needed for our truck and we needed to haul a Impala for a butcher date, so they sold us the rims off their service truck. I couldn't even try to count all the times they have helped our farm out!

These guys are so AMAZING! they're HONEST, and they're affordable. You can't get any better than that! Even the Salvation Army does business with them when I was their driver they always took such wonderful care of the work truck! What does that tell you? Do yourself a favor and go here!

Joel and Ryan exceeded my expectations. I am a difficult client and have a weird import car. I had a coolant loss issue and called spies before the downstate dealer to hose me..... haha..... they found the part and explained the different shipping options and cost accordingly. Problem solved. They also offered to deliver the parts to my mechanic.Highly recommend. I am very difficult to please and they did it and then some. Keep up the great work gentleman.

Spies Auto & Tires provided excellent service when I needed replacement trailer tires. They had an upgraded tire at a competitive price and had me rolling within 15 minutes! The also spotted a blown grease seal and a failed weld joint. They replaced the seal and proceeded to weld the trailer with no extra charge! This is an example of a great family-owned company that knows how to provide a surprise and a delight! I highly recommend Spies for all your vehicle needs! Keep up the great work!

These were some FANTASTIC people !!!! I was in desperate need of a product they had and everyone pitched in to help me out on a Friday even after the store closed. Managers , counter guys , mechanic , even let me use a couple small tools. I made it home safely with my truck camper lights working !!! Thank you all and God bless you all !!!

Spies is the best. If you are a professional driver this is the place to go. Way better than a chain. The staff knows there stuff and they have a great inventory. Very professional and well run place. Prices are good and service is great. If you need parts this is the place to go.
