Go see Logan! He has helped me, my wife and my family over the last couple years fixing our fleet vehicles and personal trucks. Things we couldn't fix or figure out, he took care of! Their pricing for repairs are very reasonable. Logan has a great heart and cares about his community! Highly recommend!

A few years ago I used Nelson s Auto Clinic!!! To this day they are one of my top go to s. I m one of those who has issues with trusting mechanics and Logan had no issues easing that problem.They did a phenomenal job and continue to do a phenomenal job for all those we send his way too!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

One of the best automotive repair experiences we have ever been through. After a month on the road, a/c compressor and clutch failed and needed to be replaced. Logan and Team went over and above to help repair and get my partner back on the road quickly. Thank you so much! Top notch! They were very professional fast and to the point. They called me told me the car was ready. Went down, paid and drove away, everything was perfect.. They did have to order the part. But that was just 1 day extra. Didn't expect them to have that part on the shelf.. On our way home from a camping trip my car crapped out. Leaving my wife, 2 kids and I stuck on the side of I-75 about 15 minutes south of Mackinaw City at 5pm.The best that I can get from roadside assistance is a tow to a repair shop.I call up Nelson's Auto Clinic and explain the situation. Even though they normally close at 6pm, I was assured that they'd be able to take a look at my car and see what they could do to get my family and I back on the road.We received a warm welcome, and as they were working on the car, they recommended us several places to eat and take the kids to downtown while we waited.Luckily the car did not need any major work and they were able to get us back on the road in 2 hours!I surely believed that we were going to be stuck in Cheboygan for the night before I could get someone to look at the car in the morning. It's incredibly heartwarming to encounter a team of professionals such as this who do not hesitate to go out of their way to help others.My family and I are forever Grateful

I had my car fixed previously at a different place smh. Needless to say they put things together backwards. Nelson's found the problem that was under warranty and also found the other shop put the parts on upside-down and that's why the parts malfunctioned again. They were great at getting me in and out quick with no hassle! Even dealt with the other shop to cover the warranty! This is my new go to place. Plus the lady at the counter was crazy nice and helpful. Great experience!Service: Transmission

Awesome group of guys, very willing to help. Went in looking for tires and rims and they showed me a lot of options and were willing to work with me on what I was looking for and had suggestions. My review comes after Logan saved my car. Its older and I needed to keep it going for just a bit to let these crazy markets calm down before I buy a new one. I waited a good month to write this review to ensure my repairs were solid and I am happy to report they are.He understood what i wanted to do and provided excellent communication. He always returned calls and performed exactly what i needed, even provided valuable insight for what I should do. My family has been vacationing in Northern Michigan for 75+ years and having reliable and dependable service for something as serious as transportation is important to us. WE met Logan and his family outside of work we now think of him as our go to business during the crazy summer months. This is very reassuring and something you hold onto for life. Flat tire on our 2nd day of camping for 10 days. Brought our truck into Nelsons and found out it was a broken rim. Very nice and helpful guys, got the new rim ordered and replaced by the end of vacation in time to drive safely home. Thank you for helping us out.

I took my 6 kids out to Michigan from MN and on the way out, the breaks started that horrible crunching noise when you know you need to get them replaced. I talked to my car guy at home and he gave me an estimate of what to expect. Upon the recommendation of the Airbnb owner that we stayed at, we went to Nelson's Auto. Awesome experience! They were very friendly, all of them! They also came in right at the estimate my own car guy gave me at home. I would completely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to get their car fixed!Service: Brakes

Best people ever! Would give 10 stars if I could. Logan and Matt we very professional and respectful to me as a lady and were so compassionate to my plight as I was just traveling thru. They ordered parts and had me on my way quickly after doing big work on front end of my camper van after I hit a curb. They know their stuff! And now my van Buzz is driving better than ever. Best service ever!! This guy is a 5 Star for a reason. Had issues with our business trailer lights. We needed our trailer for the next mornings work. These guys fixed the lights and made sure we could work the next morning. They even stayed late at work to help us out. Can't say thank you enough guys

On our way to the Upper Peninsula, had some issues with our car. Autozone recommended Nelson s, so we went there. Logan was friendly and so helpful. He went above and beyond, and looked our car over. Logan at nelsons is the man. Really great guy great service very reliable and professional. This guy went above and beyond to help my family out. We are 4 hours from home and our altenator went out and we were stuck. Logan got our car in and made us a priority helped us find a hotel and made sure we got to the hotel safe. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto needs. Not a better place or a greater bunch of guys i have dealt with in a long time. The Taylor family thanks you.

Logan the owner is very kind and hard working does what is needed and will tell you what you may need in the future and stands by his work have had a few repairs done at they're shop, and was fair priced and quick fixes and scheduling. If you need anything he's your guy even on modified cars.i will be back for my repairs and future modifications

Will never take another vehicle here charged me over $700 in parts and labor and did absolutely nothing truck was worse when I picked it up then it was when I dropped it off had to trailer it to another shop highly do not recommend
