Josh is a great manager of this shop, I had my 2017 explorer sport (also from fernelious) repaired and I was able to get a nice rental from them for a reasonable price, so I wasn't without a vehicle to get to and from work. the quality of work was spectacular! And very timely! Everyone there is great I appreciate you all so much thanks for everything!

After waiting about 5 months for the car to come in, my wife got a brand new 2022 Highlander (also from Fernelius) and then a deer ran in front of her 1 month after we got the car. It needed a whole new front end.Josh was great. He worked with my insurance company to get the financials squared away and stayed in close contact with me through the 2 weeks my car was in the shop. The communication was great. I spoke with Josh a couple times while the car was in the shop, and he was always more than willing to answer any questions I had.With the car being brand new, of course we were worried that after being repaired it wouldn't look "new" and that we might be able to tell that there had been work done. I was extremely satisfied when we picked the car up. It literally looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Big thanks to all of the guys behind the scenes that worked on the car.I also have a 2017 300S that has some minor damage, and I will be going back here soon to have work done on that as well. I am not sure of the cost here compared to other body shops in the area, but if you want it done right, and with great customer service, I definitely recommend dealing with Josh and his team at Fernelius.Service: Body & Trim

Josh AND Steve (body shop) have the BEST customer service (manners, explanations) and reliability. When they said the work would be done on a certain day, a certain way by a certain time they meant it. Good job!

Josh and his guys were amazing. They got my truck in quickly and once in shop, I got my 4 runner back within the week. It had extensive damage to the front and back. The end result was it looking brand new again. They also washed it and detailed the entire inside and with 2 teenagers in my truck that was a big task to tackle. So happy with my experience with them. Highly recommend them Service: Painting

Fernelius did body work on our vehicle recently after an accident with a deer. The work was exceptional and the interior & exterior of the car were super clean - which was not expected as part of the service. Friendly and great service.

Josh was great with customer service to insurance rep and the body shop attention to detail was amazing!! Will definitely come back if needed!
