Very easy to do business with and I would use them again. We needed a vehicle and just happened to find what we were looking for as a used Toyota. We looked across the state and they were not overpriced. I walked in at 4 pm and they delivered it to us 2 days later. I was so impressed and communication was also excellent. Bishop cadillac gmc of cheboygan made buying my 2013 chevy silverado as painless as possible. They were fast, and had excellent customer service, Joe drove my truck from the rogers city location all the way to cheboygan just so I could test drive it. The only thing I can say is that my check engine light is on but I am sure it is an easy fix as my truck runs pretty good. I can guarantee they will get me in to have it looked at no problem!! Thanks again. UPDATE.... there is a knock to my engine that I didn't hear, I am not sure if it's a lifter sticking or a rod knocking but it's knocking either way. Ease just fix the vehicle that I bought less than a week ago.

Friendly staff and I think they actually want to help. I say I think only because all my in the past service providers always start out nice and helpful but end up not being the case. I know I'm old but when you spend 90k on a truck you should expect great service. So far everything about the service from buying to replacing a cap has been excellent. Thanks

I reached out to two dealerships on my car hunt and your dealership was the first to respond and the agent Brendan was amazing! Very responsive, determined to get me what I wanted no matter what and wasn't the normal "sales man type", by that I mean, he was great to work with. I never got the vibe that he was just trying to make a buck off of me...Probably the best experience I have had with a car dealership before. Best of all, I got the vehicle I wanted and it is brand new and in my price range. He communicated the entire time and kept me posted on the arrival of my new car.

The tech (Ken I beleive) and Lauren in Service were exceptional and did an amazing job working with my issues and getting me back on the road. I had the truck 2 weeks, and wasn't able to drive for one of those weeks (bc of waiting on parts) - but once the parts were in they took care of me and got me in quick! Thanks a ton guys!

The service people are awesome but like all dealerships, they inflate the repair costs thousands of dollars more than the actual cost! My advice is to pay the diagnostic fee to find out what is wrong, then purchase your own parts and go to your favorite mechanic and save at least $2000.00!

I came in for a tonneau cover and a brake inspection. Upon inspection the brakes needed replaced also a front axel seal. To my amase David the manager coverd all expenses minus the original deal with the tonneau cover stating Bishop isn't in the business of selling vehicles that are in need of work. I purchased the truck two weeks prior to the tonneau coverb install. So thank full to honest hard working people for making the choice to cover my work needed to my new of course awesome GMC truck. Great business ethics should be proud to employ people like David. Once again thank you Bishop of Cheboygan for the wonderful experience helping me and my family in a time of need.

Scheduled vehicle for a continued intermittent no start and no remote start problem, has a constant current code for ecm no communication with brake control module, oil change and requested estimate for transmission filter. $640 trans filter Service was performed with no estimate, no call and no authorization. The main problem was not addressed correctly and a fuse was replaced with no further diagnosis done, and communication code is still current. Not impressed by the way the service department handled any of it.

Wouldn t let them work on my pedal bike.Bring wife s car in for oil change, they state 500 things it doesn t need, made it sound like if we didn t do brakes it would crash, drove vehicle 40,000 miles without doing a single thing but oil changes, then brakes started to get low, & we changed them.Left a vehicle there to have a computer programmed, 2-3 months go by without ANY communication, and they call asking what IM doing with it?I said I dropped it off to get reprogrammed, they say there system is down & can t do it right now, but we should have a updated system to do it in a couple weeks, another couple months go by, they call me & ask me what I m doing with it again, I said I thought you were fixing it when the new software came? They act as if they never told me that, but then said they would do it, it would be $155 and the car will be fixed & ready for pick up will call me, another month goes by I get phone call, are you going to pick up your car? I said it s done? Finally, no, they wanted it out of there property, and I owed $170+ I told them that s insane, they say they ll take $100 just come get it, as if they re doing me a favor?I was at hunting camp, & had covid after, and didn t make it in there for 2-3 weeks, they call me and say if the car is not picked up by midnight it will be impounded tomorrow, I tried to explain to them, but they didn t care,I ve brought them thousands of dollars every year in business, gave them great referrals to everyone, and this is the thanks I get over a car they never even reprogrammed the computer, like I asked.The owners son was very arrogant any disrespectful when trying to discuss this with him as well.

They got my truck in right away when others couldn't. They never asked where I bought the truck as others aren't as fast to help if not from them. Got the parts fast and fixed the problem.

Thought you were a good dealer/service shop, but recently our service was beyond disappointing.. rotated tires and told us we have a bad sensor and would cost around $125 to replace ( nothing was wrong when we brought it in )Put a new engine filter in and I noticed on the counter they were offering a $10 rebate...I asked about it but did not get it..Needless to say we won't be back, won't deal with a company that creates business dishonestly...and cost us more money..We will be telling everyone we know what kind of business you are

They can never get lug nuts off and when rotating tires never mentioned brakes and 2 days later my rear brakes went out. Not very thorough

Was up in Mackinac for vaca when my car had trouble on the way back to VA. After finding out the engine was shot, I was put in contact with Matt Dunn. He helped pick out the right replacement car for me. Tyler in finance helped wrap everything up from 800 miles away as easy as possible. Flew up and got picked up at airport to see my car waiting outside and ready to go once we got to the dealer. Made what could ve been a bad situation into a great buying experience. Would recommend Matt for any purchase for his professionalism and how quickly he helped make this transaction!! Ask for Matt!

I took my car in for the one hour spa treatment. I was surprised to see they got rid of all of the break dust off of my car and it s pearly white again! They did a great job tackling the interior too. I was really surprised to see how much they were able to accomplish in just 60 minutes. I ll definitely be back.

While traveling to Michigan s U.P. on Friday the 13th of January 2017 at 3:30 pm, our check engine light started blinking. We were just a few miles ahead of an exit which would lead to Bishop GMC Cadillac. A quick search in YP app connected us to one the most prepared, efficient Service Associates I have ever dealt with, Mandy Maltby. She patiently guided us to the exit & then led us to the wonderful Bishop GMC Cadillac Dealership in Cheboygan, MI. where my wife Linda and I, along with our Golden Retriever Reilly, were welcomed by Jan & David Bishop & their Golden, Dexter. We were welcomed into their very nice service waiting area, offered drinks and treats for Reilly and treated like family members.After a complete diagnostic process, it was discovered we lost a cylinder & needed some serious service. Technicians Bill Clark & Doug Carlton went to work immediately to complete this repair, they worked beyond normal hours to assure we would be able to continue our trip Fri. evening to Sault Ste. Marie, MI. The Techs were thorough & neat, very professional. We were on our way by 6:00 pm. As a longtime advocate for using Genuine GM service I have never been more satisfied as a GM owner.Later in evening after our vehicle sat for a few hours, the check engine came back on. We contacted Mandy at Bishop on Saturday morning after obtaining codes. Due to full schedule for Saturday, we were not able to return to dealer on Saturday. Mandy arranged for us to meet at Bishop GMC Cadillac in Cheboygan on our way back down state early Sunday. YES, Sunday-the true definition of a loyal dealership who are committed to customer satisfaction! Mandy & Doug once again wanted to be certain that the work they performed, in such an expeditious fashion, was performed correctly. As it turned out additional repairs would be the cause for the return of check engine light on a very well-worn 2004 Envoy w/230,000 miles on it!My Wife Linda & I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service we received at such a fine GM Dealer, Bishop GMC Cadillac, Cheboygan Michigan!

We recently took our Yukon in for some extensive service, and I ll share that the issue wasn t resolved during our first service visit. After picking up the vehicle, we began to have the same problem. Bishop made things right by getting us back in and with a loaner vehicle promptly and has since fixed the original issue. We will continue to us Bishop GMC for our service needs since they made things right and took care of us.

We travelled 500 miles from MN for a vacation in the UP. The day we we were supposed to travel home our rental van broke down. The service department at Bishop was able to get us in the same afternoon and had us back on the road the same day. The guys are awesome and treated us great!
