Went to get my tires replaced and they didn't do relearn for the tpms so I had to go back to get it done a second time. I go there and they tell me I don't have sensors. I know I've always had sensors because my light didn't come on until after I went to them the first time. When they said they are doing a one time free sensor installation for me, I knew something was off about it. The manager and crew where shady. Treated me as if I was a child and so unprofessional and tight liped to me about my car. I had such a bad experience here. PLEASE go to a different auto place to save your money and time.

Car had 1 tire with a slow leak, but I decided to purchase 4 new tires. Was told I had to order tires from the Walmart app to my house and then bring them in, so I did. When I went to pick my car up, I was told that they put 3 new tires on, but left a used one on because one of the tire bolts was broken and needed to be replaced. I was told by the employee that they were going to order it and it would be a few days. The used tire they decided to leave on? The one with the slow leak.Came out to go to work, realized I have a flat tire, called, and was informed they don t order tire bolts. They re going to charge me for their mistake if I bring the rim in and have the tire put on, which I don t understand why that wasn t suggested in the first place.So they legally could not replace the tire but they thought putting a slow leaking tire back on would be the safer option.I had also attempted to order 4 new tires over the summer for another vehicle and was never called because it turns out they forgot to order them.DO NOT GO HERE. VERY MEDIOCRE.

It's cheap and pretty fast. Bought new tire pressure sensors from Amazon and only paid $11 for each tire.

I took my tires I had purchased on line in with me to have them installed here. They only charged me $108 to put them on & dispose of the old ones, which I thought was a pretty good deal. The customer service was great! (Beth, I believe? ) was super friendly & very pleasant to deal with as well as the gentleman who came to get the car. I went to lunch while I waited & they were already done when I returned. I would definitely recommend

We got an oil change and found the selection of services to be good and so are the prices. The auto service staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You can wait or they'll call or text you when the work is complete.

What a Joke!Don t waste money on the Road-Hazard warranty - less than 20,000 miles on the tire and the warranty doesn t cover 100% any longer because the price of tires went up .Customer service is less than impressive - all of the employees were more focused on what was on their pizza for lunch than they were on trying to replace my tire.Service: Tires

Good fast service. The old lady there knows her stuff and was nice. Got in and got out quick. Only 18 bucks a tire for valve replacement, hole checks, and balance.

I have been here 3 times for my tires in over 4 years. The people have always been pleasant. They have kindly installed, rotated and balanced my tires. I have also replaced a dented rim, which they took the tire off an installed it on my vehicle. In the interim they found a nail in my tire and even fix that as well. The auto center being short staffed (post-COVID) they still got the job done.

Spent almost 8 hours waiting for nothing.Came in for a tire plug, waited 4 hours to be told they didn't have a lock key but if I get it off they'll fix it. Okay, no problem, shame on me.After running around town all day searching for a solution I get the lock nut off and bring it back. Waited another hour just to be told they won't do it because the treads too low. Just needed it to hold for a week. Thanks for wasting my time for nothing.I now wouldn't take my stuff here if it was the last place on earth. I'd rather plug my own tire myself, in the rain. Which I could've done from the start and saved myself all this trouble and I'm now going to do. Shame on y'all.Bring your business to Firestone in Lansing instead!!!!

My 8 y/o daughter and I were on our way from Indiana to the UP to visit family. We got a flat tire on 69 and we managed to get air in the tire at a gas station and get to Wal Mart for a repair. They were great. The associate that helped me was awesome he gave me a quote and it ended up being cheaper then what he said. I left with 2 new tires for 160 dollars. I had a long ride back to Rhode island and I was very great ful he could fit me in. It took around 2 hours but they where very busy.

I went there because the guy answering the phone was very friendly. He said the tire needed was in stock. He said they were fairly slow at the moment, and to come right in.Upon arriving, the girl at the counter, Laura (Guy was busy with another customer) grudgingly waited on me. She listened a bit to what I was saying I was there for. Giving her opinion about everything. I tried to say I had called. She interrupted and then told me it was illegal to get less than four tires. If I was sold two by anyone else, they were not a reputable tire sales.Immediately made me defensive, and I happen to know it is suggested by the manufacturer.....not illegal!I will not go there again ever!Customer service is terrible!Not a pleasant experience!Please, help the customer. Don't try to get your four tire sales!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

MISERABLY LONG WAIT! Made appointment to install 4 tires and it still took almost 3 hours. Occasionally looking through the waiting room window into the shop told me all I need to know. No direction, no pride, no care and no hurry. This will be the one and only time I use their services. Lesson definitely learned.

Waited 5 HOURS to get two new tires on. Was originally told a 2 hour wait. Then offer nothing for the inconvenience and told others that have been here since 10 am and were in line that have been waiting 3+ hours that they can t do them today. Horrible horrible experience

I pulled up and watched a guy that worked there look at me then get in a car move it out and bring another in, look at me again, not motion or come see what I needed or open the chain. Another guy came out of the office look at me and went about doing something else. Surely, the lady coming out of the office was going to come see what I needed right? Which by the way was 4 tires and an oil change but nope she looked at me and then went back in the office. It was like 3 hrs before closing so I don't know what the problem was. So I backed up and left if you can't come see what I need or acknowledge me I will take my business elsewhere.

Good prices but I agree with a lot of the reviews I read. Quality tires don't necessarily come with quality service. I decided I'd take a chance but I'll pay more next time and go somewhere else. There are a few decent people there but getting lucky enough to time it right to work with them is a gamble.

Today was my fourth attempt to pick up a tire. This time I bought it online and paid for it. I still stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for a tire they have in stock and left after the guy behind me got put in line for a tire change ahead of me.The tire center is so grossly understaffed that I feel sorry for anyone that has to work there. I don t know how it could take anyone a whole hour to change one tire. Put more people here, seriously.

I have to say, the crew did a good job, but the clerk behind the desk???? I got there at 5:15 and they dont close till 7. But I was told, I dont think we can do your oil change, we have a tire change and 2 oil changes before you...... hmmmm, yes I had a puzzled face on me and told him to put me on there anyway and if they can't do it then it is what it is. Needless to say, my oil got changed, paid for it, an out the door by 6:30. So I guess the question is. Why was he trying to turn people away????

The place gives good service, but it been a few weeks since they could do much, they need too try and retain workers better for they been putting a sign up they are under staffed, well duh if you can make 13 at a gas station, why stay when there better pay elese where willing to pay more for less skill. The market is rapidly changing these days so stay up too date for wages are jumping again.

We have been to Wal-Mart three times for tire related issues...each time it has been a giant pain in the butt to get the job done the right way. The most recent experience is we went in to have two new tires put on our car...they were told to replace the old, balding tires on the back and to leave the newer, nice tires on the front. At some point the forgot what the difference is between good and bad...they replaced the new tires on the front with the brand new tires I had just bought and then rotated the old, bald tires to the front...luckily I checked before I left and realozed their mistake...they fixed it but it caused another wait...we will never go back for any tire related issue.

This business has had so many ups and downs. Nice to see they have employees again. What's the guy working the counter would charge you for what you asked for? Service was fast and on point. Thank you.

Not too bad of a place to get your oil changed but not the greatest either when it comes to price, service and the time you wait.

Fair value. Slow service. No urgency. Basic oil change took 40+ minutes in service bay w 3 techs & only 1 car.

I got there at 810am and asked for an oil change and for them to replace my burned out reverse light, I was told it would only take 30 minutes. At 940am they told me that they couldn't get my oil plug out and they couldn't figure out how to change my light. I wasted an hour and a half of my morning for nothing! I will not be going back

It s easy, it s fast. Love the service. They just haven t been vacuuming out the foot pans lately. Not sure what s up.

Got a standard oil change come to find out they stripped my oil drain bolt now I've got an oil leak fantastic; definitely wouldn't recommend coming here unless it's an emergency
