I ve been going here for over 15 years for vehicle work. I called to get an estimate on two parts I was told I needed for an alignment. My alignment can t be done until I get these parts done. They told me that they refuse to go off other peoples word or other companies word which is totally fine like I am totally OK with that but what I am not OK with is they refuse to tell me the cost of hourly labor that they charge and the cost of the parts until I take it in. If there is any other work that needs to be done I was not looking to get that done I was only looking to get two specific parts done to get an alignment that is it I wasn t looking to have a full on inspection and have everything done if there is other parts I literally just wanted a parts and labor estimate which I was refused. I have never ever had a vehicle repair company refuse to tell me the cost of labor and the cost of specific parts. Very unprofessional and it makes me think that they are way over charging the market. I called another place in town and got an estimate no problem.

Long-time customer, but the new management is horrible. They now have 0 people skills and nickle/dime you for every little thing. Only take your vehicle here as an absolute last resort.

Always trusted these guys and service just recently took my parents impala in to be checked before they left for Florida did an Excellant job giving it a once over, replaced what was needed timely and got them on the way safely!! Appreciate them all from work they do to their customer service!!!

We ve had them repair tires we ve brought in before and today we tried a repair via appointment since I had other errands to run today. Unfortunately they cannot handle a tesla, so I had to go home and remove the wheel to bring back for repair, but frankly that s something we should ve asked while making the appointment. All inconvenience on my end was completely my fault and they were incredibly accommodating and very nice about it. I will still bring our tires needing repair here and very much recommend them.

The customer service is top notch. I ve had the misfortune of needing to bring my vehicle in twice in less than a year for punctures in my tires. Each time was an equally pleasant experience. All repairs have been quick and at reasonable rates. I highly recommend Tire City for their speedy service, affordability, and respect towards the vehicle owner.

I need a tire patched after picking up a screw in the treads. I dropped the tire off without an appointment and they fit it into their schedule within hours. They texted me a couple hours later that it was fixed and charged a very reasonable amount.The staff is extremely friendly and competent. I highly recommend them.

These guys were absolutely amazing! The tires for our car needed to be ordered but came in within 2 days! Once there, we were greeted with smiles and the boys got us in and out without hesitation. My appointment was for 2 and we were leaving with brand new tires by 2:30. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs good tires and great service!

I literal pulled over and parked after my visit to write this review. I could not be happier. Visited on my way home from visiting family today because I thought my valve stem was busted. Turns out it wasn t the valve stem and just a piece of it. They replaced it and then cleaned my rim and tire to stop a slow leak I had. When I went inside to pay I was told by Joe that I was good to go and didn t owe anything.Absolutely made my day. Seriously, I don t write a lot of reviews and after seeing all the reviews they do have and the service I received it s no wonder these guys are rated so highly. I know one thing is for sure, they have a forever customer if whenever I m in the area again and need service!

Myself and another driver for our auto dealership were bringing an auction car back when a low tire warning came up on it. We tried two gas stations to get air but were unsuccessful. We pulled into this business to see if we could get some air. The gentleman at the desk directed us to the service bay area and had one of the workers air up our low tire and he also checked all of the other tires and we were on our way. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

A great place to get your vehicles tire, maintenance and general repair work done.The manager Joe is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The technicians, Tony, Jason and Blaine are hard working and take pride in there work.Truly a great family owned business.

I called and I was greated with a very friendly voice and his name was Joe I asked if he could price me some tires and they did it was a great price and they said they would be in next day witch worked perfect for my time frame. My appointment was at noon I showed up at 11:50am and walked in and up to the counter and there was the friendly voice I recognized! It was Joe!! He asked me what he could help me with and I proceeded to tell him I had an appointment at noon and he said perfect your tires just arrived to the store. We did some paper work and I handed him my keys. The service was very good and fast I am very pleased with my tires. I want to give a big shout out to the tire techs Michael and Devin they had my truck in and out in a very prompt manner and did a very good job. It's been 2 days since my wonderful experience at Tire city Charlotte and I absolutely love my tires. There are no shakes or leaks they did a very good job. I would definitely recommend Tire City Charlotte.

Honest, fair price, and excellent quality work. We had a dishonest back yard mechanic work on our truck and he did not fix what he said. The tire city pros were quick to notice the unfinished work and let us know. We highly recommend Tire city for front end work!

Charlotte, mi locationThe first initial phone call with a young nice man started out great! I was walked through what tires I needed for My car and what were the best price etc. I made my appointment for a Friday at 10am for all new tires and an alignment. I was told this would be done by 11 or so.I arrive 15 minutes early on Friday and was told by the rude elderly man that if I needed an alignment, my car would not be ready until 5pm!!!!! Because he was simply too busy now . (This was word for word). I specifically made an appointment for this reason. I work in Charlotte, but I live in Jackson.I told him (rude elderly man) that I don t have time to wait this long, that is why I made my appointment. He proceeded to look at me dumbfounded that I even asked a question while he was busy .I left my keys to get new tires and was told I would receive a phone call when my car was ready and that should be around noon, an hour after I was first told.I arrive around 12:30 after NEVER receiving a phone call that my car was ready. The first words out of the RUDE elderly man s mouth when I told him which car was mine, he said well what happened to 12? You were supposed to be here at 12 and proceeded to demand payment before asking if I needed anything else. His rude demeanor and lack of customer service will cause me not to return in the future. This saddens me. I own my own business and I would never allow someone like this to be the front of my company.

Very honest and professional! I had an appointment fir an alignment and had additional questions. They answered my questions to the best they could without hooking(diagnostics) up. I appreciate all the knowledge and honesty they have. Would for sure recommend this store.

For years we have been using the national tire chains for our tires and the large dealerships for the service on our vehicles. Tire City Tire Pros beat their prices and their service was better. They may not have the big brand recognition, but they are helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services. At no time were we pressured into the notorious upsell and their times for appointments were convenient. We will definitely be doing business again.

We are from out of town and were on our way into Charlotte to visit a friend. On the way I picked up a screw/nail or something large that punctured my tire and I was loosing air fast. I was able to drop my car off, and have it back within half an hour. They were kind, courteous, and fast! I would 100% recommend Tire City Tire Pros! Thank you!

I'm new to the area and always leery of finding someone to take care of my vehicles. The guys are Tire City in Charlotte are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful, and I left feeling confident that I'd been well taken care of. Will definitely go back for any automotive needs!

Love cooper tire! We use them for new tires on all of our vehicles. They are very friendly, fast and have great communication. Doesnt hurt that their mascot is the cutest black lab!! Thank you cooper tire for always helping us

They are honest business people that fix up your car and notice other problems. I allready knew the issues and they fixed it all for a reasonble price. Good place for new drivers too get work done and feel safe knowing professionals are there too help.

Great service and price , beat hell tires sale prices on the same tires without being on sale, get a quote from Charlotte tire pros before getting tires else where . While in the waiting room I saw them interact with several people , Charlotte tire pro s are good people . Thanks again

Went to have 2 tires dismounted and 2 new ones mounted and a oil change done on my diesel. Asked them to check and top off my fluids as well."No problem we do that as a courtesy"None of my other fluids were checked and the oil was just Shy of a full quart low. For what I paid I should have went to a ford dealer

Great customer service!! I tad pricey (depending on the repair), but can always get in quick, fast turn around and friendly service. Never had to return once issue was fixed.
