They always do a good job on vehicles I've brought in. Never had any issues with their estimates and they've always done some good work to bring my vehicles back to the way they were before.

The office staff is very qualified and professional. I believe that one of my rims was scratched while my vehicle was in for repair. I did not notice it when I inspected my car. I brought it back within three days. They did not see how it could have happened there, but they took care of it! I was very impressed. I expected them to tell me there was no way to verify it, and truthfully there wasn't. However, they were very professional, and said that they would take care of it. I did not have to call my insurance company or anything. They were very polite. Things happen, it's how they are handled that makes the difference. Thank You, Team One.Sincerely,Titus M.

Had a vehicle towed here after an accident. We waited for the insurance company to receive the police report to determine liability to determine coverage. 7 days after the accident I called them to tell the insurance company was sending a tow truck, I was told it was no longer there. The body shop had released my vehicle to a salvage yard without permission from me or my insurance company. Fortunately my insurance company paid the extra tow bill to retrieve the vehicle when Team One told them it was not their problem.

They had my vehicle for two and a half months, finally get it back, damaged to it, take it back to them they take pictures, they call you back and say oh we have pictures of it having damage when you brought in.. scammer.. don't take responsibility.. recommend small businesses instead of this place...!!
