Regrettably, we let a clown "change" the rotors and brake pads on our 2020 Subaru. Many things went wrong which ultimately led to the vehicle not moving AT ALL.Janelle was EXTREMELY kind and got us in right away. Eric went out of his way to make sure that our car was fixed and put back together as it should be (working before & after shop-hours). The entire time someone was in communication with us regarding the costs and the findings along the way.Would HIGHLY recommend for honest, friendly, quick and affordable services! We cannot thank you all enough for helping us traverse through this humbling nightmare!

So, normally 3 and 4* reviews get more hits, but I honestly can't give these guys a lower review. We took our van to the dealer and were quoted over 1500 of engine work. Maxi told us that the engine showed no major issues and wasnt in need of the attention the dealer indicated. They didn't charge us for the evaluation, and topped off our tires to boot! Thank you Maxi, your honesty has earned you new regulars!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great people there, honest, reliable, great senses of humor, knowledgeable, and their prices are fair. I have had such bad luck with mechanics, however, these people took care of me. Definitely recommend going there!

I would recommend Maxi Auto Center to everyone. Very knowledgeable, and my vehicle was repaired at a more than fair price. The mechanic found a very needed repair, unknown to me. I drove out with a front end brakes, and disks; replace tie rods, and sway bars. I noticed the difference immediately. I called them when I got home, and thanked them, for the excellent work, and service done.**October 5th 2020, I once again used the friendly and very knowledgeable staff at Maxi Auto. My experience was exactly as expected. Janell at the desk, to the mechanics in the bays, reassured me, that this is the place for you vehicle repairs.Definitely a five star business.Tell them Van sent you, they would appreciate that, and I as well.

I've been going here for over 15 plus years and have always had professional experiences. They are personal, professional and full of knowledge. They have gone the extra mile often times as I became Widowed with providing transportation to and from for repair. Great place!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff they are good at estimating time and cost as well as doing their best to accommodate your time and schedule.They were able to get a nice performance Magnaflow exhaust fitted for my Silverado! It sounds so nice!! I would definitely recommend these guys for your exhaust system upgrades for your vehicle!

I had a bit of an emergency a little more than a year ago that had me leaving my car with them while I went on vacation. It's a bit of a story but, essentially, my tires got dry rot and needed a new set. They got me setup and were very helpful and professional, especially considering that they were slammed with business as it was and I was dropping in with an emergency last second (or day before I left -- which is last second in my book). Needless to say that I have done and will do all my service here now.

Amazing people. Got me in and an exhaust completely done in less then an hour. Even looked fir best prices instead of just going with the most expensive. Would absolutely recommend!

My 2005 Silverado just turned 10 years old, with 166k miles, this truck was reliable. While I was visiting a friend in Charlotte, MI a snowstorm kept me longer than originally expected. I was planning to head the 85 miles after going to the store with my friend. We walk out and I turn the key on my truck and it won't turn over. It took a while but I used some starting fluid to get it started, it was running really rough. My friend suggested to take truck to their local mechanic. I walked into MAXI Auto Center not sure what to expect. The next morning I walk into MAXI Auto Center and meet the staff, first they told me about each vehicle in the lot to give me an accurate idea of when they will look at my truck, then to my surprise they asked about my trucks history. I explained my mechanic back home recently did an inspection on my truck prior to winter, told me the check engine light was on due to emissions and not to worry about it. Then the staff at MAXI Auto Center told me they would take a look and give me a call. A few hours later they told me they replaced my Distributer Rotor, Plug Wires, Spark Plugs and Distributor Cap and that everything looks very worn, I explained I replaced the plugs and wires maybe 2 years ago. The staff at MAXI Auto Center said they wanted to look at a few more things and give me a call in the morning. The next morning I learn they left my truck in the bay overnight to get all the snow and ice out of the nooks and crannies, then I was told my catalytic converters are clogging, causing backpressure, which explains extra wear and tear on the plugs. They offered to do a trans flush to see if that helps with my 2nd gear was grinding when it's cold. A few hours later I get a phone call my truck is ready to pick up. My friend drops me off and waits for me to come out of the shop, I walk out with a HUGE SMILE on my face.The MAXI Auto Center mechanics are some of the best I've ever had work on one of my vehicles, they made me laugh, fixed all of the issues on my truck. The 85 mile trip home was phenomenal. I'm so happy, it's like a brand new truck, quieter, better gas mileage and so much smoother to shift and drive in general. I never thought it would drive this good again. THANK YOU!
