Called five places and glass doctor was the cheapest and fastest. The process was simple. I called Monday afternoon and had a new windshield by Wednesday morning. I highly recommend give these guys a call for any windshield issues. Professional and courteous.

Great company to use! All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a crack in my windshield and I was able to make an appointment that was in 2 days for 8am. An hour later I was ready to go! They have a nice waiting room to wait in or you can drop it off to pick it up later. They worked with my car insurance company progressive and handled everything!

In the unfortunate event my new windshield had a rock thrown up at it on the highway, I was able to schedule an appointment to repair the nickel-sized chip within a matter of days. The gentleman who repaired it was matter-of-fact and was quickly able to get the job done. Would recommend.

Had a problem with a know it all liar. Luckly talked to a higher up and got it fixed sort of. Still cost me more money and got a sub par window. They can't sand or smooth out the edges of your car windows so better beware.

Really nobody should use these people as long as Safelite is around. I know I paid for a package with new wipers and yet they have no record of it. The man that arrived to the house knew nothing about the price I paid and was going to charge me a different price.Who would put in a new windshield and not change the wipers.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This morning a car kicked a rock up at my windshield and put a nice chip in it. When I walked into the lobby the lady at the desk was very nice and quick. I came in for my appointment early and they started right away. I walked next door to get food, and was gone maybe 20 minutes and my car was ready! Super fast and friendly service, and I definitely recommend!

Jonathon Graff is an employee of and wonderful asset to the company, Glass Doctor of Charlotte. He arrived right on time and explained everything very clearly as to how and when my very large window would be put in. He moved along quickly but still took the time to answer all my questions and give me the estimate. Three weeks later he called to say he was on his way and would be 15 minutes earlier and would that be OK. I was amazed at what I heard, a worker who cared about the customer. Sure it was fine! He arrived in the best frame of mind and put in my very large window all by himself. He did an excellent job and was able to do it in 30 minutes. He left smiling and thanking me. Should anyone I know need glass replacement for car or home I will give them the phone number of Glass Doctor Charlotte!!

I placed an order for a single pane of glass to be replaced. They gave me a decent quote and I accepted for them to do the job. Less than 24 hours my realtor told me the buyers of my house found someone to do the job sooner and to call glass doctor to have them refund my deposit. Now they will not answer my calls or emails. They told me it would take 5 Weekes to order and get the glass in; so I know for a fact nothing was made or done in less than 24 hours. So there would be no reason they could not refund my deposit which was half of the $800 job. Now I had to spend more money to make it a legal matter because they accepted the money without providing any services.

Glass Doctor did a great job showed up on time and were fast and efficient. They had to change m y appointment at last minute but gave me another one so be patient every one is short handed and are doing there best to serve you. Thank you Glass Doctor in Charlotte for great servis

I was able too get an appointment to fit my schedule. I called the day before my appointment to reschedule and was able to reschedule without any issue. Both times I called I was didn t feel like I was interrupting someone who wanted to be doing anything besides taking care of my needs. Thank you!

I had a cracked windshield. They handled everything with the insurance company and got me scheduled in quickly. They were true to their estimate of how long the work would take - my appt was 8am and they said I could come back at 9:30am (my family went out to eat during the repair to burn time). When I arrived at 9:30 it was done. It was a quick process overall and the work was satisfactory. Very pleased.

This is my third time taking my cars here. The receptionist is friendly and fast. She told me that my insurance covers windshield chip repairs. Another company never mentioned it and quoted me $125. Glass Doctor fixed it with no out of pocket costs. I've had a great experience every time.

The Glass Doctor was recommended by my insurance company. They got me right in at my appointment time. The process for replacing my windshield went exactly has they I told me. The entire process took about an hour. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glass work done on their car.

Very friendly and fast service. Competitive pricing. Called on a Thursday afternoon to schedule glass replacement on our vehicle and they were there the very next day. The service tech, Trevor, was very courteous and friendly. Did great quality work. Highly recommend their services.

We took in a storm window for replacement of the gasket which had hardened and was pulling off the sides of glass. The glass was in one price when we left it there. 2 days later Jeremy called to say they broke the window while removing the gasket and we would have to pay for new glass. That would have been $105 with same glass but they now need to put in tempered glass which would be considerably more. Over $200. We told him to put in the same glass. He refused. He told us to pick up the window frame. We dont feel we should have to go elsewhere and pay for glass. We have always come to this place for over 40 yrs. Very disappointed. Jeremy was argumentative and would not back down on expensive glass nor would he replace what HE broke.Do not go to Glass Doctor Charlotte.

I called and set up an appointment to repair my windshield. They told me it was $50 the first chip plus $10 each remaining chip and I had 4 so it was supposed to be $80. I got here for my appointment and right off the bat Jerry was rude to me because the receptionist wrote down I had 2 instead of 4 and how he will have to see because this is now going to take longer than a full windshield repair and told me it was now going to be $50 extra dollars for the 4th chip because after the 3rd chip the price goes back up to $50 since it takes so long I should ideally replace the whole windshield so 130.00 total if I was going with chip repair & for the most minor windshield chips, 3 of them look like tiny fingernail indents you could barely even notice them. I called the Lansing location and they said it is $50 the first and 10 each additional not going back up to $50 so they were just as confused as me and asked for the guys name so they called Jerry and all the sudden that was the right price $80 like I was told to begin with. I m not sure if he was just trying to not do anything and trying to make customers leave when the work isn t ideal for him or is trying to steal the extra money for himself but I won t ever be coming to the Charlotte location again. Worst experience and hassle for no reason. Also was almost taken advantage of, soooo glad I called the Lansing location for clarity.When my car was done the receptionist was back (I m assuming she was on lunch when I arrived) but she was really nice and respectful. The total time was about 35 minutes for all 4 chip repairs but I was there a total of 50 minutes because I had to call the Lansing location and have them contact jerry and fix the pricing issue. The repairs do look good but not worth someone trying to take advantage of you because you re a female. I would avoid this location if you can and go to the Lansing one.Service: Auto windshield repair

I got a huge crack on my windshield and needed it replaced before going on vacation. Harmon Glass Doctor was able to get me in the next day. They helped me get my insurance claim taken care of and my vehicle looks good as new! I appreciate the great service and will make sure to always call them in the future! Thank you!

The experience I had was not a good one as the girl that answered the phone was the absolute rudest individual I have ever spoken to. If I had not really needed my window glass fixed I would have never used this company. They were the only ones that could fix it in two days. She was very unfriendly and snippy on the phone. Both my husband and I were shocked at her attitude. I have worked with the public in my job for over 30 years and this girl needs some extensive customer service training. Very disappointed that she is the first voice you hear to represent this company. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

The windshield is in and that's nice but my rear view mirror shakes and it never did that before. They claimed the mirror was glued in somehow.I'm sorry but if you're in the business of car windshield replacement, one should know how to put the rear view mirror in also.They were the cheapest price tho.

Schedule installation beginning of week for a machine outside for thursday. Since its gonna rain my appointment gets cancelled, and i have to wait for the next available opening.Terrible service. I would not suggest using this company.They dont believe in adjusting schedule to fit me in on something out of my control, when i have it scheduled since monday. Very dissapointed.

Spoke with Carley on the phone. She was extremely helpful, nice, and very knowledgeable in what she does. Trevor the installation technician and was on time, polite, and CLEAN!I will be back in the future and will highly reccommend both of them to friends and family.All I could say when it was done is WOW, Would you just look at it!!!

The receptionist at Harmon Glass needs to learn to be nice to customers or get a different job.Me: Hi, I'm calling for a quote for my vehicle windshield.Her: ok.... (longest pause ever)... I need to know what kind of car you have.Most people would say, "ok, what kind of car do you have?" instead of expecting people to know what to say next. Just rude, if you don't like working with people, find a new job, your tone said you didn't need my business, so I went somewhere else. Thanks anyways!!

They came out and measured the glass that needed to be replace.d they were upfront about how long it would take to get the glass. That said the glass came in much sooner than expected and they took care of it quickly after that.
