I have been to this shop multiple times over the last few years. They do good work and don't drag their feet about it. They quickly became our go to for our car needs.

Honest, trustworthy, kind, and great customer service!!! Louie and team are great! I have been going to Eaton Car Care for a while now and I trust them! It s a blessing to find someone who is honest and you can trust! Highly recommend them!

I have been taking my vehicles to Eaton Auto Care for many years. They have always done quantity work and gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. As a woman that doesn't know squat about cars, I can tell you that these guys are honest and will never try to take advantage of someone that is ignorant of all things car related..

So I am an amateur home car mechanic, I don't take my cars to be serviced but maybe every 8-10 years when I get a little puzzled on a problem. Eaton Car Care has always listened and found the problem the first time, and seems to overdeliver on how fast they get the job done. They will not take advantage of you. Good quality shop

Amazing quick service! Was in and out within 20 min of a tire repair for an affordable price. Owner and crew were very accommodating to us.

The guy I spoke to at the counter will make me a lifelong customer of the store. I needed to get a tire patch done then he got me in and out right away. He even let me leave and come back to pay him in cash.

They're but they DO NOT know what they're doing. Charged like fifty bucks just read codes a plethora of other shops and Autozone will literally do that for free.

They got me in same day, called me before they did any work to make sure I was okay with the repairs, offered to drive me to work and pick me up from work to pick up my complete vehicle, super awesome guys there!! Will definitely be going back. Great customer service.

We took my wife s Buick Encore in this past week to get looked at. The smell of exhaust inside the cabin and a solid rattle from underneath the car. Louie and his team looked at our car the same day we brought it to him and had the work done and ready to go the next day. We live in the East Lansing area and the drive was well worth it. Would highly recommend and will be taking any future work to them.Fast, friendly and expert level work- that s what we needed and got!

Took it in thinking I needed my entire exhaust replaced and a bent rim. Louie called saying it was a gasket that needed replacing and a broken cable in my tire. I got the gasket fixed super cheap. So impressed with the honest and speed of this place. Highly recommend!

At last an honest, fair, knowledgeable auto repair shop. Great work!... quickly done and fairly priced. It's a relief to have found a auto repair place I can trust to do the job right and not to pad the bill by selling me something I don't need. Highly recommended! I will be back.

Good service and very honest. I have had a lot of negative interactions with auto repair shops and it was apparent that this is not one of those places. I went in for an estimate and I was told it would be better to take it somewhere else because of warranty reasons, even when they could have not told me and had the business themselves. The honesty is extremly appreciated.

I was 2 hours from home and a shock snapped off my truck. I made it to their garage and they took care of it right away. They didn't overcharge, and got me on the road again in just a few hours. Great service! Thank you Eatons!!!

Very honest and good to me when our car broke down too far from home. Would be five stars if they could have fixed my problem, but it was apparently a dealer-level issue, and I have no complaints about how they dealt with me

I was worried my repair was going to cost over $1000 for a transmission issue and it cost $105 to fix it. Honest people good service.
