I've used Davis's towing service more times than I'd like to think about. But when I unfortunately need my vehicle towed, they've always been great. Drivers are polite and competent.Today, once again had to have Davis come n put my van on the flatbed and tow to repair shop. Ron was my driver today, he was a pleasure to deal with.Great service 10/10 would recommend

I called this business for help with a tow. The gentleman on the phone was so kind, and he let me know that it was going to cost almost $200 just because of how far away I was. He went out of his was to give me the number of a much closer provider, and saved me $100! The honesty and hospitality that he showed me isn t something you see very much of nowadays! I 100% recommend them!

Called to schedule a tow to a Candy Ford this past weekend. They were on site within 20 min (very fast). Ron was fantastic to work with and did a great job. He was very friendly, professional, and great to work with. He even let my son to fully enjoy the experience of seeing a tow truck.

Would recommend for a good price and fast service!Broke down on the side of the road, called and they picked up on the first ring even though it was 9am on thanksgiving day! Got a quote($120 cheaper than my insurance recommended place) and a truck was dispatched within 5 mins. Truck arrived 25 min later and got it all loaded up, Johnny took my car to the shop and was very kind and professional the entire time. 10/10 great service and much faster than other towing services I've used in the past.

I had a flat tire and couldn't get the lugnuts off. Davis Auto Mart was my roadside assistance and Ron was able to get them off. Very professional and very nice guy! Will definitely use them again if I have to.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.My daughter and I both have AAA. Summer of 2023, my daughter waited for over 3 hours in 90�+ heat and then Davis refused to tow her vehicle because they said AAA had a attitude. I just waited 2 hours to find out they could not tow my truck.They didn't notify AAA or me.

Unfortunately I ran out of gas mid way through! I do have roadside assistance but you don t understand roadside assistance until when you need it! Davis Auto is someone I can trust to help whether I m paying or insurance! I was stuck on the enterance of highway with no gas, they came and helped, and the they were friendly, didn t judge the situation, the gentleman was very open and nice! So you ever get stuck? Call Davis!. why wouldn t you call them?

Just had an angering experience with this company. I m out of town with rental truck. Wait 3 hours for service to be told they won t do it. The driver was kind but when I called this company for explanation they said I had the make wrong because of the automated system. While be rude on the phone guys in the back are laughing, making fun of me! Very unprofessional! Wish the worst for company s ran like this.

Fastest response time within reason of weather condions or accidents. Mike and crew members are very knowledgeable and will handel your vehical with care. They have always gone above and beyond to help whenever needed. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommend!!

Extremely rude and no skill!Would not recommend!Our brakes were locked up on our car in the garage.The driver arrived and proceeded to force our car out of the garage under its own power after again being told the brakes were locked up (the reason for the tow).After the car was forced to move 3 by their driver (with the brakes still locked up) he then asked us to sign a damage waiver.. to which we declined and asked for him to call his manager.Then explained to us that he could not tow our car on his flatbed backwards (four blocks), because the wind may force our front bumper off or the trim above our rear window which made zero sense, there was no physical damage and it s a 2020.He then walked to his truck and said you re refusing my services and left.The call with the manager felt like explaining the book of Revelations to a 5 year old.

Turned around in their parking lot as one of their drivers yelled f you get off our land! This isn t a turn around. I happen to drive into their parking area not Culver s and turned around to go back to Culver s lot. Extremely rude and it makes no sense why someone would yell at someone turning around.

Driver was very rude and showed up late. He claimed that he could not load a vehicle rear-first, which is completely inaccurate and obsurd. If my vehicle requires another tow, I will not be using this company.

Do not recommend. Left my son in a ditch unless I agreed to a more expensive claim. Formal complaint with BBB and my insurance company.

When AAA said it was too dangerous to tow me out Davis came to the rescue. We waited two hours on AAA and Davis had someone to help us within 30 minutes. Thank you Davis for rescuing me and my kids during a snow storm!

My insurance company had arranged for Davis auto Mart to tow my vehicle to my house and in the process of dropping it off the driver scratched up the whole rear bumper of my car with the bed of the tow truck when raising it. I then got a call from the owner saying they would repair the damage and I hear nothing from them unless I call them and every time it's just another excuse as to why they can't fix it.

My jeep broke down across the street, they looked at it and told me what to do without charging me. They are honest and good people, everyone there was was offering tips on how to handle my car situation without having to spend a lot of money. I highly recommend.

When you buy a camper that is way to big for your truck to haul, call Davis Automart. These guys are first class! They sent a large truck to haul my camper and also sent two guys to make sure to take care of it. Big thanks to Jeff for making sure it got done right and a thanks to James and his helper for taking such great care.

The dispatcher Mike was extremely kind and wanted to be as helpful as possible, the driver Jeff was also a great person and arrived 10 -15 mins after I made the call to get a tow . Davis Towing was very professional and polite when I needed them to tow my vehicle the before pictures and drop off pictures that Davis Towing took of my vehicle helped me out when a situation arose with the repair facility my vehicle was taken to. I would not recommend this company one bit. The workers are rude, theiving, and con-artists at the finest. Trying to snivel their way in to more money. My vehicle was messed up from the tow it cost more money to get it fixed after they towed it. Can t wait till they go out of business as they should.

Do not use this company they do not stand by their work. Extremely rude the worst customer service I've ever had.they don't even talk to the client about the Situation just talk over them and accuse them of things instead of finding out the truth or looking into it.they towed my vehicle and had it running which screwed up the motor due to having no fluids in it.then accused me of being untruthful about it showing up to the residence I had it taken to running. Very poor service, not very intelligent with their trade. I wouldn't call these guys if they were the last tow company in Michigan. If you have any self respect, look elsewhere for towing

I recommend you pass on this business. The employees are highly unprofessional. One of their tow truck drivers was turning left onto W. Saginaw out of a residential neighborhood in front of the old Waverly golf course and pulled out right in front of me. I had to slam on my breaks and come to almost a complete stop in the middle of the road to avoid hitting him. He proceed to flip me off. I called the office because I thought they would want to know of their unsafe driving and how they were representing the company. A man answered the phone with Yeah? . When I asked is this Davis Auto Mart he responded with You called me . They are so unprofessional and couldn t care less that their driver almost caused a serious accident and was so unprofessional. Skip this business.

Literally a scam. When you request a tow through your insurance they'll tell you they can't make it (or simply not call you) but when your insurance company calls them they claim they came out and request a fee for the inconvenience. Pretty clever scheme to make cash, but a huge inconvenience if you're waiting around all day for them to show upService: Car towing
