I've worked on alot of vehicles in my life. I was an autozone customer for years. However, I have discovered that advanced auto is more knowledgeable, has better service, more available parts, and better prices. I automatically call advanced now when I need parts.

Mike in the morning who sold me the parts was friendly. Redheaded person in the afternoon who accepted my cores and returns hates his job and maybe his life. He should not be the face of the business. Might make a good mma fighter. Not winning any personality contests, though.I'd do business here again but big red needs a hug.

Parts are expensive... And you would expect to get all of the correct parts in the box. More often than not we have gotten mismarked parts (marked left but a right side part in the box). Also missing and/or wrong hardware. It's great when you have everything off and then have to take another trip to get the correct parts IF they have it. So please remember to verify your purchase before you leave the store.

They seem to be pretty knowledgable on the part you need and offer help with their knowledge. Always seem to have the right part on hand or can get it sometimes the same day. It's not a bad place to get your auto parts

Went in to get a check engine light diagnosed. Employee handed me the device and told me to do it myself. I asked if he could tell me what the code was? He stated I could Google it! Went to Auto Zone, they were more than happy to help me and even sold me the part I needed. Very sad that a business is run like that. I will never return

Great customer service. Very attentive to customers needs and try to get you the best value for your money. Keeping up with current supply issues can be a pain but this location typically has what I need

I always end up with the wrong part, need to be more knowledgeable as us customers hate coming back to replace the wrong parts but the store is clean and the guys are nice.

Our first time ever, we thought we needed a fuse or two, Associate Frank checked for us and all were still good, he looked every where for more fuses because we have a converted van for a wheel chair and have two batteries, he even checked them for us. He finally found the lift fuses and took them out, when he put them all back in the lift started working. Yay Frank would not accept any payment or tip or lunch on us. Ask for Frank he will treat you right, and when he does pay it forward, do a good deed for someone else!!

Very helpful and friendly. Had to return a part because it didn't fit and they took happily took it back. They even took the time to try to figure out why it wouldn't fit. Turns out their part was fine. My equipment wasn't standard.

Pretty consistent on good customer service, I feel my only downfall is the lack of automotive knowledge, you don't do much need it to sell car parts but do if you were wrenching on them.

This Charlotte advance auto is the worst auto parts store around. My 3 year old daughter puts more of a effort than any of the employees there. I understand that right now finding employees is slim, but come on. your website says that you have the part your computer says that you have the part but your lazy employees stare at you like a dear in the headlights.q

This is where I purchase a lot of my car parts. I found out it can be beneficial to order online and in most cases you can pick your order up in about 30 minutes. It saved me about $70 when doing my brakes and rotors because you can't always get the online discounts in store too.

Nice place and installation is great but they managed to torque off a bolt and just kind of went thats your problem while doing a battery installation

The food is alright, but I've tasted better.Also, do NOT BUY any baked goods they have by the check outs. # slate and over priced YUCK.

Parking lot is weird but theres nothing they can really do about that. Great service, depending on the time of day the lines can be long. Staff is always helpful and parts are always quality.

Came out, checked our battery, made sure nothing else was wrong with it. Replaced battery and they were friendly and kind.

Don't seem like they know their stuff. I had to tell them everything and in fact they look up the very same way I could on at home internet. Suggest that way and pick up curbside.

Frank was very kind and got me exactly what I needed. The clip on my wiper blade broke and he helped get a replacement.
