They have done work on my car twice now (one rear collision and one side deer hit) and I am totally satisfied with their work and the company as a whole. They did the work in a timely manner and were easy to deal with. The second time there was some issues, but nothing I would hold Southpoint's work accountable for (faulty parts) and they were great about making it right. And each time my car was detailed beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them.

Doug and his team do a phenomenal job. I have taken multiple vehicles to South Point and they never disappoint - from accident repairs to personalization of taillight painting/bowtie on 3 of my cars plus I have always been impressed from start to finish and will continue to recommend SPC! South Point definitely lives up to their slogan of "like it never happened."I ran into a deer and a friend recommended this shop. The free loaner car caught my eye, but the work and customer service experience made me a customer for life.Justin answered my questions promptly and made the whole experience as simple as possible. I dropped off my car on Monday and had it back by Thursday.They went above and beyond my expectations by vacuuming and wiping down my car inside as well as washing the outside. Great service and great work!

They did an excellent job repairing our Jeep, they did as asked, and called when there were questions about the previous unknown damages. They also cleaned the interior prior to returning the Jeep. Will definitely use them again if needed.

I hit a deer and had my vehicle towed to south point. They were professional, communicative, and did an AWESOME job. Having done body work myself, and being passionate about automotive detailing, I can confidently say they are TOP notch. 100% would recommend them, and if I ever run into a situation like this again I will be back. A very good experience after a wreck.Doug and Justin did everything that you would want a good body shop to do to facilitate anything that was needed. They kept me informed, let me get into my vehicle when I needed something out of it, and we're great to work with. When I got my vehicle back it was cleaner than it had ever been.Everyone that looked at it complimented on the quality of work. Thank you South Point Collision for a job well done.

Very rude they have no problems calling their customers liars and thief's! Be cautious with this company. Charlevoix Collision has much better service and better company with rental at your finger tips.

Outstanding customer service and body repair work. I was treated with excellent service from the first phone conversation we had until I picked my vehicle up. Wow....my vehicle has not looked this spectacular since the day I drove it off the lot at the dealership! My experience with SPC was top notch. The estimate was quick, they communicated directly with the other drivers insurance(I was hit while parked) and the repair was detailed oriented and exceeded my expectations with a fully detailed car post repair. This place is off the hook! I would highly recommend in a heart beat. Best customer service. Fast. Friendly. Understanding. Free Loaner. When you have a free loaner you have your life back At least you have a vehicle. Doug was on top of it. He really made it look like it never happened. Hitting a deer. Such a painless experience. Thanks for a job well done.

I tore my front end of my Cadillac completely off due to a Northern Michigan snow drift on a Monday. I took it Doug at Southpoint and he had it like new in one day. Super nice people, and I will recommend them to all my friends and customers from Northern Treasures in AtwoodThanks guys!

Have used them 3 times now and referred others, all good. Cannot say enough about their work. Super nice people who have customer service and work quality as a goal. Good people who do good work, that simple. Hard to find these days.

OMG! I was floored when I went to leave with my newly-repaired car. The car looked like it had never been hit! I was not expecting the detailing inside and out. It looked and smelled like a new vehicle.

They manage everything efficiently. Their clean up is as meticulous as the repair. There is nothing, I mean absolutely nothing they could do to improve the experience.
