Ordered tires on Friday they came in as promised on Monday. Installed quickly. Great customer service you won't get at big box stores. Shannon is a real treasure. Won't go anywhere else.

Made an appointment to get two tires ordered and put on my truck. Was told it was a 3 week wait to get in which is understandable during the busy season. The morning of my appointment I get a call from them saying they dropped the ball and forgot to order my tires. Ok, no problem. Mistakes happen. Im told to bring my truck in the next day and they will have them. The next day I drop my truck off and tell them I need to have the truck back by 4pm and im told that is no problem. 3:30 rolls around and I have not received any phone call so I decide to call them for an update. The guy tells me he hasn t seen the tires come in at all today and eventually calls me back to tell me they were sent to the wrong place. He tells me he will call me as soon as tires come in and will get me in immediately. Here we are 2 weeks later not a single phone call. This place very obviously does not want my business.

Friendly and quick! I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it for a super reasonable price. Even though it seemed busy, they got to my car faster than I thought they would. Also nice that it s walkable to downtown if you need to kill a little time while you wait. I won t hesitate to use this place again if I ever need it. Friendly in person and on the phone.

I would never use them again in my life. When I was in my 20s, I had my brakes done and they put oil in the master cylinder. My tire was overheated and smoked like hell because of the oil being put in the master cylinder. Then I take my car in just recently to have the tires mounted and put on and they torched the log nuts so tight that you can't get the log nuts broke free and give me some off the wall idiotic Excuse of why you can't get the lug nuts off on Instead Of just owning up. Instead of offering for me to bring my car in a we'll Back to the log nuts off No, they would like to pass the buck and pass the blame just like the did In my 20s with my breaks. I will never again use them..

Excellent service; great work. Had a tire stem go bad on way from Midland to Charlevoix. Needed to go to TC next day. our check engine light started flashing late friday while vacationing in Charlevoix .saturday morning Lakeshore saw us right away, diagnosed the problem and were able to repair that day - allowing our car to be drivable again so we could continue our vacation and travel home. Very grateful for the Lakeshore team. Thank you!

The owners are very nice people and the crew is great anything I've ever had done there Always turns out great stop by if you need a pair of tires or you need some repairs mechanical work is available of their guys are excellent

Tire pressure sensor gave a low tire pressure alert and I couldn t correct it. Took it to Lakeside and they fixed at no charge. Nice folks!!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

We had trouble with the back tyres of our car. They ordered the uncommon tyres and fixed the problem in one day. The next day we could go further on our Michigan tour. Thanks guys.

I take both my Tundra and my wife's Gladiator only to Lakeshore for our tire needs and oil changes. They are fast, friendly and highly recommended.

These guys were lifesavers! I was on vacation to Beaver Island and when I parked my car at the boat dock, my brake pedal was to the floor. They were able to pick my car up from the dock, squeeze it in to fix it, and deliver it back to me after getting off the ferry. There was no way I would ve been able to drive 9 hours home in the condition it was in before they fixed it.Steven went out of his way to help me out and I was so thankful to be able to drive home safely from my vacation. Thank you!!!!

These guys did something I never really expected. When I was unable to start my car in the morning, their mechanic actually came to my house free of charge to get me back on the road and into work. They got a quality you don't see much these days so I am gonna give a 5 star recommendation in trust and service. They did a great job.

I love this place! Staff is super friendly, kind,, and very accommodating! They go above and beyond everytime! I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle service needs! Amazing service, I'm from out of town visiting for the holidays, they made time for me and got my car in the next day! They did an amazing job and had me out the door in an hour good to go, will definitely go there when I'm in town!

Superb service. Honest and quality repair.Lakeshore Auto service was able to save our vacation and get my family home safely even though they were incredibly busy. I wish we lived closer, they would be my go-to. The brakes they installed are much higher quality than the dealer installed a few years ago.Thank you!

When your mechanic retires and you go into panic mode, THIS is the place to go. The staff is always friendly and always greet you by name. They are expedient and work with your schedule based on the severity of your car problems. Incredibly fair pricing and constant updates on progress makes this a great place to go when things aren't going well with your vehicle.

I had a noise coming from my front brakes. Jason went on a test drive with me and diognosed the problem. The front backing plate was rubbing on my rotor. He fixed the problem and even tho it was a quick fix they didn't charge me anything.Thanks Lakeshore tire.Great experience!

Fantastic service. While vacationing in Charlevoix we noticed a tire on our vehicle was loosing air slowly, we went to Lakeshore one morning to have it checked out, were taken right away, and 15 minutes later were on our way. Mechanic found a nail in the tire and plugged it. Charge for this service was very very reasonable and the service manager was extremely helpful and responsive.

Get all my tires and tire care here. If they don't have it in stock they'll get it. They don't up sell but give you options. Got tractor tires for my 1942 AC. Never had a problem they couldn't help with. Very helpful friendly staff. I think they do brakes, alignment, front end repairs. Just call and ask. They stand behind their work.

We were stuck with "metal to metal" brake problems while in Charlevoix and were afraid to drive home with our two young grand daughters in the car. Most repair shops were scheduling 2-3 weeks out and we were afraid we would be stuck! WE called and explained this to the professionals at Lakeshore Tire and they got us in the same day and replaced all four brakes with rotors. This level of service and empathy is almost non-existent today! How can we ever thank you for saving our weekend and giving us the peace of mind to be able to drive home safely.I will definitely remember you next time we need tires, as we spend half our time, year round, in Charlevoix!!!Service: Brakes

We have brought our vehicles to Lakeshore for tons of service over the years. They are very friendly and helpful and have gone out of their way for us on numerous occasions. If somethings not right, they make it right. They've even come to get me when I was stranded. Certain things have to be done at the dealership, but for everything else we go to Lakeshore.

My wife, kids and I were in town visiting family, when my truck developed a vibration. We were in town for only one day. Lakeshore tire and Auto Service came recommended and I found out why. Lakeshore Tire and Auto got my truck in first thing Friday morning after a cancellation. Lakeshore checked out my truck and got me back on the road by the end of the day. The thought of leaving my truck for the weekend and having to get a rental for the return home was mind numbing. Fast, Professional Friendly service is what you get a Lakeshore Tire and Auto Service. Awesome people took care of us fast. Road emergency with a camper tire. Hot with 2 dogs in our van . Let us keep the van running and camper connected with AC running. 4 brand new tires in 45 minutes. Then stopped traffic so we could pull out. 5 stars is not enough

We were just passing through Charlevoix from Traverse City... We started to hear a loud clunk/wobble. So we stopped in on a whim. The customer service was top notch. They understood our situation and got us in right away. Just to see what was wrong. Come to find out, our tire was about to fall off! Thanks so much to everyone at Lakeshore Tire!! We appreciate it more than you know!
