Matt was my salesman and I would have no other. I pressured and he helped me find a vehicle that was economical and comfortable for me. By the time I left, I felt like I had his third son! Charlevoix Auto has a great Friendly staff. I have passed Matt name and number out, and he is the best around!!

We have purchased a Chevrolet and a GMC previously, never did we have the experience we had at Charlevoix Auto. Jeff spend a lot of time explaining every detail on the truck. We will most definitely purchase another vehicle from them again!

Did not honor the $59.99 oil change price from their website, made excuses, oil prices went up, you need more oil (we did not) you need a coupon, I didn t know that is what the site says Sadly we were looking for a good local dealer for service. We won t be back. ;(

Jeff and the team at Charlevoix were phenomenal to work with. We had contacted over 10 dealerships trying to find a new Bolt EUV. Some were more helpful than others, but Charlevoix stood out for being friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt through every step of the buying process. The delivery driver was amazing, the car arrived from over 300 miles away in perfect condition and delivered by a delightful gentleman first thing in the morning. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Charlevoix Auto is always above average!! Their Customer Service is the best I have experienced in such a long time. Or possibly ever. Every interaction I have ever had with anyone at Charlevoix Chevy has also been above and beyond. The professionalism is top notch. They make you feel like they actually, genuinely care. I appreciate the staff so much. It is hard to find good Customer Service now aways, but they are definitely the best there is. Thank you Charlevoix Auto!!!

Fast, friendly, fair. These guys got my car in on a Saturday morning (just a few days after I called), and they only took a couple hours to fix a tire pressure sensor that I'd let fester for far too long. They also checked my other tires pressure as well. Everyone said hello, even if just passing by, and the price was very fair.

Traveling through Charlevoix we stopped at this Chevrolet Dealership. We have been wanting to get our Chevy Express Camper Van realigned for quite awhile. Tough van to align (1999). Explained to the mechanic there what needed to be done (spec wise) and he did it in short order. Possibly the best alignment ever on the van! Great job. Service advisors were easy to work with and we were happy with the over all service from this dealership.
