Left a different store to come here, arrived 15 minutes before closing time, but the doors were locked. There were two people were in the back and one behind the counter. The associate behind the counter walked out to put his empty cash till back in the register at 9:53pm, looked at me dead in the eye through the glass, shrugged and smiled, then turned and walked away.

This store is a distribution hub. There are not long waits. Also, this store will likely have the part you need.I was served well and quickly.

The center line store is ridiculous, don t go there unless you have the time to wait at least 30 minutes in line. I remember when this store was fast, with cashing you out or helping out a customer. There s absolutely no drive to these employees. This location is a joke.

Top tier service! Dale was sweet as a peach and stopped to help me even though he was busy. He complimented my smile and we had a polite lil chat. He directed me to the counter, where Mark crushed it decifering and enduring my complete lack of knowledge; finding me just what I needed with very little help from me.As if that weren't enough greatness, I went in to ask for Marks name to write this review and Ulysses just blew me away with his smile, and his jokes had me laughing. Great feeling after a gnarly day at work. Service that leaves me feeling happier is where it's at! All good things. 10 outta 10X

When you use your phone number, you do NOT need a receipt to return an item. They have your history on file - it's the whole point of using it. Receipts get ruined and lost; thank goodness for digital records.

This location has by far the biggest variety of parts stocked. Dale is also very helpful working the front counter.

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Center Line, MI is a great destination for anyone looking for auto parts and accessories. The store is well-stocked and offers a wide variety of parts for both domestic and foreign vehicles. And with knowledgeable staff who are always willing to offer advice and recommendations, it's easy to find exactly what you need. Highly recommend for any DIY auto enthusiast or mechanic.

I'd called O'Reilly's on 10 mile and vandyke in Centerline, Michigan. 8:30pm, the store closes at 9pm. As soon as I answered they, put me on hold. I needed to get my alternator tested and I lived 20 mins away so I drove to the store while on hold the whole time. When I got there nobody was there nor was anybody on the phone with customers and I was still on hold. I got there 10 mins to close and they wouldn't help me, at first they were saying they don't know how to use the equipment to test the alternator, then they said it's 5 mins to close, then the excuse was it's dark outside. They were very unprofessional, not well dressed, poor manners. This trip was absolutely demoralizing, and I want corporate to know that this location needs a reevaluation on workers, and proper training with equipment and social skills.

Stopped in to Pick-up on some gas treatment for my car. I was greeted upon entering the store with a " hello" and I continue to the last aisle to pick out what brand I was going to buy. I grabbed my item off the shelf and proceeded to thr checkout counter were I was greeted again with friendly hello and how can I help you? I placed my item on the counter and was checked out promptly and with a thank you. I have always come to this location and would recommend coming here as I can always find what I am looking for. I am always greeted with a hello and have a good day, professional staff and friendly staff. They have lots of parking and handicap accessible entrances. They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards

If it s the main hub then why would you hire some un god dam trained, lazy, slow, bad attitude, careless workers? These people gotta go seriously

We immediately knew what we wanted, grabbed it and preceded to the checkout line. Apparently there are two different departments in this store, so two employees dressed in O'Reilly uniforms literally saw us standing at the checkout and kept right on wandering around socializing. No one advised that someone would be with us or anything. I then said, "EXCUSE ME! I would like to check out!" They looked at me and kept right on socializing. Normally I would've left the item, but they were the only ones that had it. When some girl finally arrived at the counter from whatever she was doing, she said, "They're in a different department."

My windshield wipers broke two days before Christmas in a winter storm. Autozone across the street turned me away when I asked if someone could help put wipers on my car. Oreillys did it with no questions. I appreciate you guys!

This was my go-to parts store for over 14 years. They had guys working there that were awesome. Then a manager came in only concerned with numbers and not its customer base about 6-7 years ago and although they still have a few really good people there, most left due to said manager. I have shifted most of my business to other resources because of this. I hope someday they get back to what they were.

Just rude people and they have don't know nothing about vechicals. I brought a part that I picked up from another O'Reilly and they tried making me take it to the original store and said they don't like taking parts from diffrent O'Reilly and they didn't have enough moeny to return my part they said come back way later

It is completely useless to go to the O'Reilly's at 10 Mile and VanDyke and walk into the commercial section to order your parts or purchase parts. Y'all need to change the way you operate inside your store customers that take the time to come in in person and purchase parts should always come before the people calling. It's getting extremely frustrating every time I go to O'Reilly's I have to stand there and wait 15-20 minutes at times before even getting greeted at the commercial section of the store. It's absolutely ridiculous for a business to have to go to the front counter to order parts commercially, it's actually pretty sad the people at the front counter can serve you faster and better than the people at the back counter. If y'all don't know what you're looking for you shouldn't be mechanics and you shouldn't be calling auto parts store holding up the line for a half an hour because you don't know what you're doing.

Thank You to Your employee Aaron, for helping us with the Radiator transaction, and what fluids to get for the old Toyota. Thank you very much. The store is fully stocked from what we needed. The center line store is the best and always keep your original receipts.

Line was fairly long with what appeared to be a shortage of workers. However once somebody that worked there noticed the back up, we were all served quickly and efficiently. Obtained what I needed with plenty of choices, and all is good.

"Funny " my fiance had an interview and was there for over 30 min, their was no customers in the store the assistant manager asked him to come back at 3:30 because the store manager was to busy he returned @ that time never once did the store manager come out to introduce himself or to meet him. so the assis say well this is a high volume store we're going to send your application to the Detroit store because it's much slower "funny he never had that interview" #2019getoverit#stop judgingJust do butter

Solid team here. I have never had a problem getting the parts I needed, nor with exchanges or warranties. Consistently trouble-free. I can not say that about many other parts stores in the area, so kudos to the Center Line O'Reilly team.

A huge thank you to the young man who put on my wipers for free. I ordered them from another place and couldn't figure out the directions. I thought I was going to have to buy them again, but he got them on. One of the clips had disappeared from the new ones, but he managed to find something that fit.

Terrific auto parts store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection of parts on hand is second to none. And if they don't have it in Stock, they can get it in fast. They also have a free tool loaner program. They'll also help with minor issues right outside of the store. (headlights, wipers, etc.)Don't waste your time with the others.

Service was slow people were waiting while there seemed to be over a half dozen people working in the back restocking things only two people the service everybody waiting. And then to buy my bench brake bleeding kit and find out it's missing a piece that has a fine thread by now I have to go to another store and buy another kit. On top of that I had to call another oreillys to get my invoice number on a part that I purchased 5 years ago. Every time I go to the Centerline store they can never find my warranty part I have to call another store to get the information. Having a bad day they just made it worse

They sold me a part that was defective. When l returned it, I was asked ridiculous questions like "didn't u know it was defective when u drove away from the auto shop?" "Why are you just now returning it?" I was also told that there was no one there to return the part to. I had to figure out the Manager's hours just to return the part. Im going to AutoZone next time. That's my regular place.

I know I didn't go into O'Reilly's Auto Parts so I must have went next door into CVS. And I don't venture into O'Reilly's because I think they charge too much and they are really not helpful except getting your products and they charging you for it but if it's something easy that they can take care of they won't, unlike other car part stores.
