Replaced all my tires at a reasonable cost and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want. They just took a really long time to do it! Somewhat more than four hours since getting here, I have new tires. If you get hungry while waiting, Yoshi Hibachi was very tasty and a short walk from the shop.

This is one of several locations. Even though this location is closest to my house I have always went to the location in Clinton Twp.There isn't thing wrong with this location I just knew one of the managers at the other location.I had a slow leak on one of the tires that needed to be fixed so I came to the Centerline location.Very friendly. Professional, and polite staff. All the staff greeted every customer that came in the showroom. They all were very enthusiastic in wanting to serve the customer, which is ultimately the goal...giving great customer service.I would highly recommend coming to Discount Tire. I have never had a problem with them. I have purchased several sets of tires for different vehicles over the years.Competitive on pricing, service, and wait times.Accepts cash, credit cards, financing through SynchroNY Bank with different options.Bathroom and water on-site for customers.Handicap parking and entrance in the back of the store ( Westside of the building)Business hours:Start time is 8amCall for an appointment or schedule online

The tire guys are extremely slow. The wait times are ridiculous. Bring something to pass the time, heck even bring a blanket as it s cold in there. Got 2 tires a few days ago and made it home without our wheel lock. Came back to get another 2 as they price matched us for the inconvenience. 1 hour and 45 minutes both times for 2 tires. Why?? Bell tire doesn t take that long. Seems they need better management to whip them into shape. Time is money people. Learn to hustle and to have a sense of urgency. A good review is everything right? Now a days everyone checks reviews. That 4.2 rating is going to keep going down if you guys don t figure something out. Definitely finding a new location next time, even if I have to drive further.

Hidden add ons- deceptive practice.Be cautious while making payments. Verify the prices listed on the website and calculate the total fees in advance. Beware that they may include additional fees like protection certificates without informing you. During my tire purchase, the salesperson attempted to overcharge $40 per tire. I had to reference their website to ensure I was charged the correct amount.

Went there March 9 2024 for just a slow leak. The customer service rep goes right in the sales do you want rims? 4 new tires? 0% for 6 months credit card??? Hmm slow down let s find out first what s happening with the tire in question first. When I decided to leave after shopping and got a better tire price and asked for my keys back I got a whole side eye attitude ! Never even went over different prices for tires just here you go ! Yeah no thanks. There used to be a female worker there that was the best she took the time to explain and go over everything first before just here you go ! I ll be back when she comes back. Thank you.

I've been a Discount Tire customer for years. Today was another five-star visit. My tpms warning light turned on while on my way home. I quick u-turn into the Center Line location solved the problem. I had a screw in my tire. The staff plugged my tire and I was on my way. Great job and thank you.

The manager who took my money at 9:40 and assured me my car would be done in less than an hour and a half is the same person who is now telling me my car hasn't even entered the garage... They will tell you convenient times to get your money and trap you there it is almost THREE hours later literally DOUBLE the time I was quoted and I'm still waiting in the lobby... I'd give zero stars if it was an option... I've sat here and listen to this manager try and upsell things they don't want/need by bullying people into wasting money wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. At least go to a different location because they are FULL OF IT here. Won't be back

I've bought my tires here for the last 2 decades. It's a tire place. Didn't expect much, but I did expect more than I got. Store was ok, customer service lacking. It's one of those places you have to go and they know it. I placed my order online and still spent 3.5 hours there. In that time. I watched them place people on hold and never pick up. Pick up the phone and just hang it up. It was extremely busy. The employees were clearly overwhelmed. It was a chaotic scene. I walked in the gentleman made no eye contact and just said last name. Gave him my name. He took my key. The next time someone spoke to me was to tell me my car was done. He walked me to the back. Handed me my keys and papers, said have a nice day. He was off running to grab the next car. My car is still on the hoist and I have to drive it off the hoist which I was not comfortable with. Tires are pretty much the same price wherever you go. Spend your money elsewhere. At least somewhere they appear to care. It was clear they didn't care about their employees or their customers. In the future I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere.

I went there a couple of weeks ago to get advice on tires and wheels for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Randolf was the customer service rep who assisted me and he was great! Randolf provided me the options that were available and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient as I decided what I wanted. I really appreciate his efforts in assisting me and I m very happy with the tires and wheels he helped me pick out! The day my tires and wheels were mounted , I was in and out within 45 minutes. No complaints about this place whatsoever and I recommend it to others!

This shop has always been amazing and taken great care of me and my several cars. Only complaint is this new automated phone line disconnects every phone call just after 6 minutes. If someone from discount sees this please alert the appropriate party to fix. It would be nice to get the information I need without having to visit the store location. Thank you.

Be careful with them.They told me if it screw in place can't be repair, that they won't put a donut on your car or put your tire back on your vehicle.Claiming it would be unsafe. They're like forcing you to buy a new tire(s).As I waited for service I saw them do that to couple other ppl. I don't know if it's all locations or just Centerline. I had an appt. still waited over two hrs.

Service was fine and the workers are nice. It is the wait that was horrible. Do not come here unless you are ready to wait 3+ Hours to be serviced. They will give an estimate of a lot sooner than it will truly be done.

Staff are very polite and professional, despite always being obviously spread thin. Make sure you make an appointment, then expect to wait a minute for the person at the desk to get through the line and get to you. They are typically very good with their time estimates.

This discount staff is absolutely wonderful and super helpful. I went there to get a tire off the rim, and they did it for free. I had friends who also went there for their other services and they also mentioned how great their staff is and how well they do their job!

The wait was terrible 3 hour wait but the woman that was behind the counter was very professional polite and willing toHelp customers. The only gripe I have they had nothing to pass the time no tv no vending machine no water fountain to get water.

So I came here 02/22/24 for a tire patch, well couple days later and my tire still had a slow leak so I went to discount tire in Chesterfield off 94 and they showed me the bad patch job this centerline location did and they also put my tire pressure monitor back on wrong along with 2 other holes in that same tire, I m not sure if it was there when I took it to them or not but I ended up at the Chesterfield location having to put my spare on.. i ll be ordering another spare from the Chesterfield location soon

6 years ago, I gave this location five stars, but over the years (I'm a loyal shopper) it's gotten worse.There's really nothing to say: poor workmanship;-Poor customer service (if you break it- FIX IT)-forgetfulness (if you sell me a rim I'm not happy with at least give me the lug nut lock)-Poor communicationI usually end up going to a different location. (Southfield, Troy, Clinton TWSHP).

I went to the Center Line location because I had a screw in my tire. I made an appointment online. When I arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly. I was checked in quickly, kept up to date on the progress being made with my car, and made to feel welcome. My time at the location was fast, the team was thorough, and checking out was easy. Turns out I only needed a repair, but they made sure to let me know about options available to me for future service, warranty coverage, and financing if I needed it. I will definitely be back and recommend this location to others. They stay busy, so I also recommend setting an appointment online - it makes things so much easier.

I have been a customer of this store for years. Whenever I get a low tire notice I go there to have my tires filled. Today I did that and was greeted by a wonderful smile and very quick service. Thank you Elijah!!

They will give you a price. You'll pay. Then they'll continuously keep trying to get add ons. They won't stop. Suddenly the tires they sold me are the wrong size and I need to spend an extra $70. Suddenly the lug nuts need to be replaced and that's an extra $70. If you want to be nickel and dimed to death I would definitely recommend going here.

They didn't charge for a rim leak check.In and out in about an hour.I reported an issue in their feedback request form. Was called in a timely fashion, employee did everything right to recover.

Well, I found myself driving on a flat empty tire at 5am, which landed me stranded in the side of the road cold and afraid. Multiple ppl came to put my donut on but ultimately failed due to me later finding out my nuts were swollen go figure. So I had to phone a friend and finagle a tow. 3 hours later discount tire opened and saved the day. They saved my tire and sold me some new and improved shiny crispy nuts.If you find yourself cold scared alone with swollen nuts, go to discount tire! 10/10

Update Sept 2023: Still having great service at this location Andrew and Daniel were very helpful with a more off the beaten path tire/wheel combo order and I couldn't be more happy with the results.I've always choose Discount Tire over the other guys, even if it means driving out of my way. I mean it, I live less than a mile from their competition (the one with the angry tire that sounds like he smokes two packs a day.) This goes back to a great first impression I had back in Highschool. Many years, relocations, and tires later the closest DT to me didn't quite have that impressive quality of the others and I was starting to wonder if I should give into convenience of the competition. So I drove a little further, landed at the 696 and Van Dyke store where I was immediately greeted by Steve. Steve was great, reminded me why I was loyal to the brand. I am very happy with my service, my brand new tires, and a new location that I can trust.

I have to be honest. They made a rather large mistake with ordering and installing my tires but Justin owned up and corrected the issue with authority. I could have blown my top inside the store for putting SUV tires on my Super Duty but there was no point in making the situation worse. He did right by me and got me a different set of premium heavy duty tires he had in stock with no upcharge for the correction. Bravo, sir. Bravo.
