Luke has a bad attitude, rude don't know how to treat or talk to people. Give false information to get your vehicle in there shop, be honest and up front with customers, before having there vehicle brought to this shop. If you can't even do an inspection on vehicle within 2 weeks be honest.

Had Service King replace and repaint my rear bumper on my Alfa Romeo and they matched the color great and the quality of the work was spot on. Luke and his team are extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

This business gave my insurance company an estimate to repair my vehicle in March. They were supposed to order my parts I had not heard anything from them for over two months. When I contacted them their representative Luke told me he could not even get me in until June and then they would keep my vehicle for two weeks before ordering my parts.Their rep had a very ugly customer service attitude.

I love this location. I start my new job in a couple weeks and they worked with me to figure out the best plans that suits both parties. Very friendly, very helpful, very understanding and works well with veterans (USAA approved auto shop).

This place has a body collision technician with an expired mechanics license working on cars. Hasnt had a license since march but still working on peoples cars is not only illegal, its dangerous.

I was very pleased with my customer service from Service King, especially Adam Forhan. I appreciated the daily text updates and the fact my Jeep was finished 2 days earlier than initially promised. I would recommend Service King to all my family and friends.

My hail damage was repaired timely and Ron was the friendliest, most accommodating and helpful person! He even dropped me off at the rental car place because they were delayed in picking me up! I recieved my car back as clean as the day I bought it and they even cleaned my all weather floor mats and shined up my tires! Highly recommended for your body damage needs!

Nearly a year after initially visiting Service King in Centerline, I was back due to an encounter with a deer.Like my visit in 2018, Ron and his team at SK did an exceptional job with this latest repair. The vehicle I recently brought in I use for a small business I own, and as a result, there were some time constraints I was hoping they could hit, to get the car back on the road. Not only did the team hit that time, repairs were completed ahead of schedule - and wow, everything looks stellar.Thanks Ron & Team! Your level of professionalism, experience and consistent level of communication were most appreciated!**** 2018 REVIEW BELOW ****You hope you never need a collision shop, but when you do, it s great to know that a place like Service King is nearby.I was referred to the Centerline location by my service adviser at the local dealership.Days later, I picked up my Chevy Tahoe and it looks spectacular! Tony and the team were first class all the way. Every step of the repair process was easy and seamless. They communicated on several occasions (phone and text) keeping me updated on the progress.One week after a pole in a parking lot got in my van, my truck is back and I couldn t be happier with the SC team in Centerline. Hit a pot hole that sent my car into a curb at about 45 mph. Blew out my tire, busted my front bumper, ripped half the wheel well out and bent the front quarter panel on my car. I took it in to Autometric and their quote was reasonable and staff was very friendly and helpful - they even help arrange a rental car for me. They estimated it would take about a week to complete the repairs, but had the car back to me in 3 days, looking good as new! They even cleaned the interior of my car, which was extremely dirty as it had not been cleaned all winter - thanks for that! You saved me some time since I was going to clean it myself, now I don't have to! Great service, fast, professional and got me back on the road quickly. I hope I don't need any body work again anytime soon, but if I had to take my car anywhere for it, I'd take it back here.

I just picked up my 2015 Corolla S from ServiceKing Centerline yesterday (1-11-2017) the repairs were finished quicker than I anticipated. I was using their online tracker tool to monitor the progress. I was pleasantly surprised when the tracker said estimated completion was Jan 24, 2017 but instead, I received a text and call yesterday saying all finished!I'm going to be completely honest, I was hesitant on utilizing ServiceKing once I found out Autometric sold to them. I personally know numerous people that have used Autometric over the years (as well as myself) and have always been 100% satisfied with the work. AM was always known as THE premier collision shop in Metro Detroit and now that a big corporate giant took over, I was very leary.My hesitation was put to rest. The repairs were handled quickly and efficiently. The car looks as great! Good as new. Drives great, looks great. I'm very happy.I have to add recognition to the person who detailed my car after the work was done...it was amazing work! The outside was clean and spotless. The interior, was flawless. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm very compulsive with the interior being immaculate. The detailer didn't disappoint. There wasn't a spot of dust inside, no smudges on the glass, no haze or streaks on the glass. It looks awesome!Even though the name changed, I'd still highly recommend them!

One of these places that is recommended by the inc company when you file a claim. What a joke! Horrible communication, and customer service. They seem put out to have to do their job! When we got the truck back parts where missing inside, it smelled like a mouse died inside. Car has already been sent back for problems. Stick with smaller family owned repair shops!

A few weeks ago Ron and his team fixed a tire blow out and some other damage for my elderly mother. I live out of state and they gave fair pricing, did quality work and they got the repairs done on time. But TODAY i called them with an off the wall request. Ron left the shop and drove a mile away to the Meijer parking lot to help my Mom with a steering wheel that was locked and an ignition key that wouldn't turn. I was pretty sure it was an "operator error" on her part, but Ron was patient and kind and went the extra mile for exceptional service. Now i am not suggesting you call them for every road side service call, but they did a very kind and generous thing helping out my Mom while im across the country. I cant say enough good things about this shop and it's crew.

I took my jeep to this repair center over 2 years ago to get collision repair on rt rear door and qtr. The work took much longer than stated no big deal im patient... But when vehicle was picked up and paid in full via insurance and my deductable i was told that trim parts were on back order. These parts were paid for as part of The job but not completed due to back order. Again things happen no big deal but over 2 years later i have not seen or heard from parts or service writer, even after making 2 stops in the office to find out how to remedy the sittuation . I wouldve been fine with a cash reimbursement for parts but they assured me they would get it right and get tge right part ordered and in. Today as i look at repairs the weatherstrip is falling off and door is rusting even though they have a lifetime guarantee as long as i own the vehicle against rust and workmanship flaws im still waiting for the original job to be complted or part $ be refunded.... Will never take another vehicle to any service king again!

Superior service, I had some set backs with my insurance company delaying payment, I did a 3 way call to resolve this and everyone at the shop that I spoke with was more than willing assist. I felt like I was a prime customer their only customer, they rock!!
