Everyone was very friendly. A friend and I stopped in so I could buy a couple of items. Of course, we checked out the new 24's (gorgeous). While checking the bikes out, we had a couple of sales guys approach us. Even after they found out we weren't looking to buy, they stood around talking with us. We shared a couple of laughs, and on our way, we went. I've been to a few dealerships that once they realize you're not there to buy a bike, they get as far as possible from you.I also found the small bike museum in the back of the building a really cool touch.We will definitely be back to visit again.

I saw a Ranger 570 on a marketplace 70 miles from here. My Salesman Todd responded right away and stayed in contact answering all my questions and showed his personality. The next morning I drove up there and they were rockstars. No surprises and they were great humans to be around. The team there treated me amazingly. Even though I'm from another state I would return there. I'm gonna even use their service department even though it's a drive.

Piss poor service. they don't care if they sell you a bike or not. They would rather took it to the auction!! Done LOST OUR BUSINESS!!! WE WOULD NEVER PAY ANYTHING FROM YOU PEOPLE!!!

DONT'T make the mistake of going to MOTOWN HD.........TOWN & COUNTRY IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO! Best service and sales experience you'll ever get in this STATE! Knowledgeable staff from bikes to T-shirts and everything in between.Awesome place; will never go anywhere else. Its well worth the drive.

I bought my 2020 road glide there new. I recently been having issues with a front end wobble. My original appt was fir a thursday, was called Wednesday saying they needed to push it back to saturday. They close at 4 on saturday, 3:30 rolls around and no call nothing. I had to call them, they claimed it was "just" finished....tech claims he did not replicate issue after a 2 mile test ride. Said he did not feel anything he hasn't felt on his own harley. Said he checked front end. I asked specifically what he checked, did not get answer on what exactly he checked. When asked if he checked neck bearing I got an answer of I don't know. Asked several other questions, could not get straight answer. I told them put on new tires see if that would solve it...was told it would be two weeks for another appt to put tires on. They didn't even charge me a full hour diagnostic...which tells ne they didn't even really take the time to check it out. Coworker had very exact same issue, same bike, same year more miles had neck bearing adjusted Said it feels like a new bike. I'll never take my bike or business here again!

Nice place to come browse around. The museum in the back is cool. Knocking stars because of the idiotic policy of not letting any test rides on "sport bikes". I'll never buy a used bike without taking it for a ride first. Period.

my experience started out well enough - responsive to my initial inquiry, fair price on a bike and delivery to my home in Indiana. However, 6 weeks later and I still have not received the paperwork (MSO) to title and plate my new bike. My inquiries were initially answered pretty quickly by a "middle man" who relayed my concerns and provided me with updates. However, with each passing day/week the responses come more slowly. very concerned right now.

Stopped in on a Saturday was able to get my head light and running lights programmed to all be on when using my brights very helpful staff great customer service huge selection of bikes and accessories IN STOCK!!! I ride a 22 tri glide

It had a very good selection of bike's and different bike accessories and parts they didn't have the part we were looking for the staff were friendly and helpful the prices were a little high but they have high quality bikes so u get a good product when you buy here

Had a rear tire blow out in nearby Hudson MI. late Friday July 15. Called early Saturday and Brett told me they could replace the tire if we could get the Harley there by closing that day and pick it up Sunday a.m.AAA picked it up and delivered and Steve called back to tell me it was inside and could be picked up Sunday morning. When the shop opened Sunday, Brett had the Harley ready for me to go. It also needed new wheel bearings and brake pads.One of the few businesses that actually returns calls asap. They actually called in a tech to get my ride fixed the evening before as they usually don't have repairs on weekends.I would highly recommend this Dealership.Doug HoughtonBeausejour Manitoba Canada

Being 3 plus hours from home with a bike that was running rough we stopped and called some dealers hoping there would be an opening for a quick check on the bike. Understandably on a Sunday afternoon there were few techs working, but we were assured they could get us in. After limping the bike to the shop, they steered us to a great local establishment to get a bite to eat while we waited. Diagnosed it as a fuel problem and he tried to limp the bike home. Didn't get far before the problem got worse. Turned around and went back to the dealership. They put his bike in the shop for the night and found a local hotel for him until his ride arrived the next day. What can we say but thank you for the service above and beyond looking at a bike issue. If you read this and are in the area, stop in. You will not be disappointed!Mike and 11 other riders for this trip around Lake Superior

Have been trying to call all day to no answer. Left message as of now 3 hours later still no return call. Today is Friday and it says they are open. Worst Harley Davidson experience in my life and I worked at a Harley Dealer for 15 years.

This is a very nice dealership with much more than Harley's. They sell other brands and also four wheelers, ATVs and UTVs.
