I have a concern with Town and Country due to the lack of effort from the sales representative. While the financial options are appealing, the issue arose when, despite giving permission to pull my credit for their use only, they submitted my application to multiple lenders. Within a day, I had four credit inquiries on my report. This was unprofessional, as I explicitly requested not to have my credit pulled multiple times to avoid a drop in my credit score.

Very little genuine HD clothing. Most are dealer items. It can be frustrating to interact with a few of the staff members. The ones that are good will likely not stay long.*no opinion on services or products outside of Harley Davidson at this point.

Just bought a 2016 Road Glide Ultra For Town and Country 3 weeks ago. It was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Town and Country for every thing Harley.

Bought a used HD FLHTK. The price was fair, the sales team was very polite and professional. My experience has been excellent. I will definitely be checking with them the next time I m in the market.

I was told a price on the phone. And it almost doubled when I went to sign the papers. I have never complained on anyone s business before. But the sales handled me like I was a child. If you enjoy getting jerked around this is the place for you.

We were looking for used bike and it was late in the day. Adam and the entire team made us not feel hurried we laughed and joked with them. They took what we wanted and made it happen. We rode the bike home and they stayed 45 minutes past closing time. They will always get my business . Thank you Town & Country for everything.

My first time there and I must say I'm very impressed by it... it's laid out in a manner that makes shopping easy... the staff is very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to shop at... a must stop TOY STORE

I live in Punkin Center, AZ ...... been here since Oct of 2013 from Kalamazoo, MI. I purchased my FLHTCI from Ken Dillon at Town & Country in Aug of 2013. I retired and Oct of 2013 we rode it to Arizonato stay for good. My experience with T & C was totally "AWESOME"not all Harley Dealerships treat customers as nice as T & C. I wishall H-D Dealers were more like T & C.Thanks T & C, Ozzy

Thursday is Bike Night, and they always have a band. Staff is amazing. Food is good, but outdoor events are a must to attend.

Sales people were friendly and helpful, they worked out a great deal.I have revisited the store recently for some needed warranty work, the people that I had to deal with were both helpful and professional, they gave me a timeline for my repairs and said they would keep me posted.They did a fantastic job and beat their original timeline by a couple weeks. I am very pleased with everyone and will recommend to friends and family alike.Keep up the good work team, and thanks again.

Definitely went down hill in the last year or so. I agree that they are scam artists. Do not waste your time purchasing here.

I went by to get a battery for my quad. They took very good care of me. I was ready to leave when the man at the counter noticed a leak in the battery. I'm sure this saved me a world of hurt. He got a new one, filled it and charged it. Works great quad starts fine now.

Worst experience trying to purchase from these scammers. They advertise a price that's not actual, then they hide the real price and want you to go in there before giving you the real price. I'll be there Thursday to settle this nonsense in person.

Drove 5.5 hours to this place. Had a deal setup to pick up 2 krx 1000 s with a ton of accessories installed. When arriving the machines had absolutely nothing installed on them. When dealing with salesman (Todd) he didn't keep his word and is a typical lying salesman. Definitely stay away from this place!!! We ended up driving home empty trailer in an ice storm. If you're wanting the best deal and honest people call spark and sons in Illinois. Once I told them about what happened to us he beat town and country price by $1100.

Just bought a new side by side 4 wheeler and would not do business with them again. Trouble with the service department and was very upset. Your told one thing and they do another. Stay away they need to get their act together!

If you're looking for a motorcycle, a t v or anything like that cause stevie's guys to great. I live in Washington State. And I'm honestly. Think about my next bike being through these guys.

We finally pulled the trigger and purchased my son a dirt bike, new from town and country, but the throttle never seemed to be right. After several techs at the Cement City store failed to correct the issue, I took it to the new store in Center and Darryl was able to get it right, right away. He was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, and I will gladly take my quads and such back to him when they need to be serviced.Having dealt with the customer service industry for years, I can tell you that having a team member with his attitude, work ethic and personality are vital to a successful team as a whole. Just such a pleasure to deal with, thank you for providing such a genuine staffer!

The customer service I have received at town and country is always wonderful experience .Their employee Darryl is amazing and is always willing to help with anything you ask.He makes going there a delight and seems to love his job.It makes everything easier when you are a customer,dealing with a pleasant employee. I believe he is a wonderful asset to their company and any place of business could benefit from someone like him.

Diverse selection of bikes and ATVs... But... Finding assistance with a sales associate was actually impossible, so I couldn't get prices of details. Even called while there, and they didn't answer.

We buy things for my jet skis, snowmobiles, and bike here. Love the customer service. I always ask for Darryl who is more than willing to help us. He is very knowledgeable and always gets our stuff done in a timely manner.
