Got a Plow harness hooked up through them and each year I would have a bad solenoid and my lights on the plow and truck would trip and wouldn't turn back on leaving me stranded and sometimes unable to plow. Had it brought in multiple times and they never completed the issue but still would charge full price for work done as it keeps occuring. Ended up getting second opinions and everyone said that they hooked it up horrible and left multiple wires exposed each time. The position of the Solenoid for the hookup was on top of my engine next to my headlight for easy wear and tear. With wiengartz constantly giving me attitude and not recommending a solution or fixing it, but making me a cash cow I recommend go somewhere else if you want to save your wallet and time.

The pick up and drop off part of the service is a lifesaver! Snow blowers are big and heavy! I am still in awe that the snow blower was picked up on a Tuesday, repaired and returned in the same week's Friday! All of this right before a huge snow storm where we desperately needed the snow blower. Thank you so much!!

Top rated mechanics who dont let me leave without a thorough look at things that may break on me within a week or so, they have saved me money and down time more then once !I did hear they shared my personal financial info with Frank though, we'll see what Weigartz says.

The sales and service departments in this store are rude, they are liars and will flat out say they are not there to assist you. Don't waste your time stay away

Extremely happy with the service department. My mower was repaired in short time for a very reasonable price. They even steam cleaned my mower before I picked it up, it looks brand new again. Great people and even better service.

I don t write a lot of reviews and will probably get the same auto generated response that everyone else seems to have received after their reviews, but wanted to help some people out who may be thinking about using Weingartz.I had a John Deere lawn tractor that wouldn t start. Turns out there were some issues with the fuel tank that needed a new fuel line. There were some other issues with the steering and deck too.I ve attached a l picture of my receipt and sales bill. The parts were very inexpensive. The labor on the other hand was insanely high. Perhaps I m not as aware of what labor charges are for 2023 but $136 per hour is well over what the person doing the labor is getting paid per hour. I understand companies need to profit, but that s pure greed. I ve had auto repairs done to a vehicle with worse problems and the labor charge was half this amount. Please be aware of what you re getting into before you have anything repaired here. I should have asked what the labor charges would have been per hour. Hoping this helps anyone trying to make an informed decision on who to bring their small engine repair to.Their service was good, they left voicemails when I couldn t answer and were good at answering my questions about the repairs needed. It took about 3-4 weeks to get the repairs done. Their pick up charge and drop off was $75 total.Again, just be aware of labor costs and shop around. Not looking for a response from Weingartz or sympathy. Just trying to understand how $136 per hour is justified.

I called and had a question about an upgrade on the Echo 9010-PB and I was directed to talk to Marty about model changes. Needless to say I ended my conversation with Marty with him being by far one of the worse customer experiences I have had in a long time. His knowledge about the products I would rate at zero as well.

Andrew in sales is great to work with. I also dealt with Cory? @ parts counter. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for all your lawncare needs. Most major brands on display.

This is one of my favorite places to deliver to. They are always fast at unloading.FYI, the gravel is NOT where they unload big trucks. The dock is at the other end of the building.

If your are going to purchase from this company you better have your questions answered before they take your $4,000. Good luck asking a technical question a year and a half later, even witha three year warranty.

My family has always bought for here as long as I can remember the sales team is great. I had just bought a new mower and of course I hit a rock. It had messed up something in the clutch. When I brought it in I had asked the if there was anyway it would be under warranty the guy have gotten really unprofessional and rude at this point I had really just wanted to walk away but I just wanted it fixed warranty or not. Later that day they told me there was nothing wrong with it and it would be a 60 dollar bill. When I got it home I had taken a video of what was wrong with it. The next day I when in and when right to the manager. When I told him what was going on he told me there was nothing wrong with my mower and he had personal mowed with it. When I showed him the video he continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and then told me if I wanted fixed it would cost up to 900 dollar with out even looking anything up for it. I was never offered a refund on the money I had wasted for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with it when in fact there was something wrong. Overall really unsatisfied. We will not be coming back any time soon

Most of the people I've dealt with here at this Weingartz location have been good. Andrew in the parts/repair dept especially, and manager Bill Sare both top-notch and excellent at customer service. I didn't have the best experience with Marty in the repair dept, but everything did all work out in the end (hopefully) and I'm looking forward to getting my lawnmower back in good working condition very soon.

Their service and parts department is awful. I have gone in 3 times needing help with small engine repair issues, once for a snow blower, once with a leaf vacuum motor and once for a go cart motor and they treat me like I am bothering them. I have decided they must not want my money.

I've been going here for about 3 years now and figured it was enough time to give a solid review. The customer service here is excellent. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I started going here to have two types of equipment serviced. After about a year, I started to try to do things on my own. They have helped with providing the right parts and they are able to answer some of my questions. I also like the ability to text them to ask quick questions. My only not-so-positive experience was when I showed someone a video of what one of my small engines was doing and the response I received was "I'm not sure what's wrong with it. It probably would be better to bring it in." Now, I am aware that things can't be figured out simply from a video, but I would have appreciated some loose suggestions of what it could be so I could try to troubleshoot it myself. In the end, a Google search gave me what I was looking for. Overall, I like this place and will continue to go here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYI cancelled my order with this business and received a replied email so I know it was received. Three weeks later I recieved a shipping notice on the order I cancelled. I emailed the business and told them that I had already cancelled the order and I should not be charged. I received a response from them stating I needed to mail back the parts and when they received them they would issue a credit. Again I responded and told them that as the merchant they could contact UPS and have the merchandise returned without delivery and refund my money right away.They opted NOT to do the right thing and did not refund my money. I refused delivery of the product but yet my account was still credited.I have filed a dispute with my credit card.This company did not work with me to resolve this in the best manner. Instead of refunding me my money and eliminating ANY financial charges they opted to NOT provide customer service.They could have just contacted UPS and had the package returned without inconveniencing me for an order that I had canceled almost a month earlier.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Priced high on parts. They could not get me the part I needed when I brought the old part in. They said they needed year make model and type numbers from the unit. The part had three sets of numbers on it,easy to read and clean. I looked those numbers up online it was fast, easy, simple and saved 300.00. No reason they could not have done the same thing. I would have paid them the extra to keep it local but they had no interest in helping. Nice clean place though. I was or would have been a new customer, this was my first time there.

They carry a good selection of outdoor and yard products, both for the homeowner and professional. Good sales staff and parts counter team. Have not used the service department so I can not give any input. Just bought a Troy-built tiller in April. It gave me major fits in the first 15 minutes of use. It lost a nut holding the tension pulley bracket, which caused the pulley to jam and throw the belt, damaging the belt. A little re-engineering fixed the problem and have 2 hours of flawless use since.

We placed an order with these wonderful people. Our order was lost after it had gone through several of UPS' check points. UPS then gave us the run around. We were told to contact the seller. I had a really hard time contacting you guys knowing you had shipped the item and it was on track to be delivered early! Great work there! So I called, I was then transferred to Luke for help with our missing package. He deserves employee of the YEAR! He was soooooo caring and took great care of us. Bless your heart Luke as you are what the world needs more of. Keep up the great work! Thanks again just doesn't seem like enough!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Stay away!I made two internet orders over last weekend, I paid for overnight shipping on both orders to be shipped out Monday for Tuesday. It is now Friday and am being told I will not receive until monday??!! I have been in contact with them multiple times and get the run around about my orders. First was told the phone lines are screwed up so they couldn't return my calls, was also told that their shipping department was having lots of issues. Was told Tuesday that I would get my shipping fees paid back to me (nothing in my account as of yet) and my order would arrive on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went nothing arrived , I called and was told that it was too late for Thursday delivery that it would be there on Friday and that representative would call me with confirmation still waiting on that call to happen. I just received a shipping confirmation for my orders to arrive on Monday. Wow horrible customer service and just keeps getting worse and worse.

Had my Ariens snowblower serviced for a warranty issue and they got it done before they promised and found the part needed locally instead of the 2 week back order from the manufacturer. Picked it up just in time for the big snow storm headed this way! Customer service was responsive and communication was great. They have a feature you can text them for updates questions and this worked amazing. Andrew in service was great to work with!

They have a woman behind the counter that is always short and rude, I gave her 4 tries before I flipped out. Customer service should be number 1 but here they don't care at all. The minute u call her out for being rude they don't like that though! I went to their competitor and was amazed the friendliness and I didn't have to order my part and wait weeks for it to come in, within 2 minutes had my part, paid, and out the door!

Weingartz's customer service is top notch. I arrived shortly before closing and they worked with me until well after business hours getting me set up with a new generator. It was especially great working with Mike, the small engine repairman.
