We bought a bronco from out of state, which can be quite stressful. Al, Keith, Dave and Jacob all did an outstanding job at communication, service, and making the entire experience absolutely seamless.Al and Keith were patient and responsive to my many questions, and need for frequent updates and pictures/videos. They booked our hotel, picked us up from the airport and gave us great recommendations for local pubs and restaurants.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming when we arrived, greeting us as if we were old friends. There was zero pressure from anyone; they simply facilitated us getting the vehicle that we had chosen.Simply an outstanding experience from start to finish!

I truly had a great experience here Mitch was our sales person. He did a great job he had us in and out very quickly. My S.O. Had purchased here a few years ago I figured why not give it a try. We were up visiting family from a different state and could not find what we wanted where we currently live. They had exactly what I wanted at a really great price. My credit isn t awful, but it isn t perfect either and they were willing to work with the payment I wanted and the price I wanted, I also got the premium package and the color of vehicle that I wanted Which I think I lucked out with color and package. We drove the new vehicle 17 hours back to our residence while he s in the military and the vehicle did great! I ve gotten so many compliments on how nice it is for the price I got it at. Thank you to Mitch and the wonderful woman we worked with as well as everyone at Vanderhyde Ford! We will purchase here again when it is time for an upgrade.

Vanderhyde Brothers Ford confirmed that our longtime local dealership is the best for us. After years of living away from the community we grew up in, we made a visit to Vanderhyde Brothers Ford to see if we knew anyone and what kind of deal they could offer us on buying a new truck. That turned out to be a great visit, as Kevin and Jacob, teamed up with us to build the perfect truck to replace the current Ford truck we were driving. The final price was considerably less than the quotes we had received from a dealership in Grand Rapids.The easy decision to buy from Vanderhyde was the attention to detail on what we wanted our truck to do and the options we needed to keep us safe on the road as we are fulltime RVrs. Once we signed on to purchase, they kept in touch with us and within a few months, we picked it up. We have been driving our new truck for almost a month now and the team at Vanderhyde continues to answer all my calls with questions on how to best use this beautiful F350. Thanks Kevin and Jacob.

Our family had the best experience! We worked with Jacob Mienema and he was great! He made sure our family got the right vehicle we needed for our family. He walked us through every step of the process and explained everything. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and helpful and they really care! I d give 10 stars if I could. I would highly recommend anyone to work with this dealership! Thank you Vanderhyde for the purchase of our 2023 Transit 350 passenger!

I'm giving 5 stars because Vanderhyde definitely deserve it! We ordered a new 350 Lariat. We were told approximately 6 months if not longer. 6 weeks and we have our beautiful new truck! Our salesman, Jake(Jacob) was the absolute best! My husband has been wanting a new truck for several years but didn't want to have the payments. He finally said, let's do it! And off to Vanderhyde we go! Jake was so kind and so helpful, no pressure! Never did we feel pressure! The financial dude was awesome as well as the manager. Sorry don't remember their names. Trust me, if you are looking for new car/truck, let Jake work with you! I hope Vanderhyde realizes they have a great staff representing them! I nominate, Jake for employee of the month Thank you, Jake!We're soooooo happy you came along and helped us!Andy & Sharon S

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership.Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They made the purchase process painless and fun.Also, they are totally transparent about the process. And really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is comfortable.It will be a while before I buy my next vehicle, but I look forward to visiting for my regular maintenance appointments.

Service Employees are always nice and friendly. They even put the new batteries in my key faab for me. Those shouldn t be so difficult to put back together!! Completed the job on time. Nice waiting room for customers and the options on the coffee machine are definitely a Plus Price as expected.

Vanderhyde Ford is worth the drive. We can say so many positive things, but we will tell you what they are NOT. The service department is like all others, NOT. All the customer service people talk down to you and impersonal, NOT. Always expect a high pressure up-sell for services, goods, parts etc; NO. You CAN expect to be treated with respect, given information regarding your vehicle with services that will need your attention in the future. No pressure.

I highly recommend Mitch Vining and his team at Vanderhyde Ford. They go above and beyond for their customers. I have sent friends of mine in there as well, they do not take advantage, they make sure their vehicles are in great working order before they leave the lot, and if they happen to run into any issues they go above and beyond to help. If you stop in, ask for Mitch in the pre-owned department!

Thanks to my salesperson Joe and Sales Manager Keith for my beautiful new Bronco. I appreciate the way I am always kept abreast of my order and while the strike impeded me receiving my new Bron co it was WORTH THE WAIT...I love it!!! This is my 5th purchase from VanderHyde Ford and they take the best care to make sure you get exactly what you want.....

My diesel truck was starting hard so I brought it in to VanderHyde Ford for repair. It was still under warranty so I was hoping the repairs would be covered. Brandon and Mike called and asked if I had inadvertently put gasoline into the diesel tank. I had not, but a family member did borrow my truck for a short trip. This type of repair was not covered under warranty, but since they were not sure, the service team made the necessary repairs and the truck is running great. I suspect they were right, but we may never know. That s great service. I will be back!

Cannot express our happiness and love for our new Bronco. Jacob in sales made it a wonderful experience in everyway possible as well as everyone else. They have had our business for years and will continue to have it. I heard horror stories about how dealers were gouging with over msrp for the Bronco. Vanderhyde came in UNDER msrp.

We would recommend going to Vanderhyde and working with Jacob! He understood our needs and wants and showed us many cars that would fit. He made the process so simple, no pressure or fuss, it was actually fun! We went from just looking to being in a brand new car in under a week! Highly recommend Jacob, we will be coming back for any future cars!

I had a great experience from start to finish with the purchase of my Ford F150. Even after the sale they took care of small items that were not listed in the contract. The value after my trade in was well above other dealers in the area I had visited. I was promised more for my vehicle down the road but less purchasing power if that makes sense. I highly recommend Vanderhyde Brothers Ford used car and service department. The sales process was very low pressure and pleasant. Allen my sales rep and David the used car manager were both great to work with.Thanks againTom

My daughter bought a 2016 Chey Silverado, Mark was the salesman. He is a super guy.
