The employees that have very little experience with automotive or searching for a part should learn to use the " books" provided for them on the shelf behind the counter about the 4th row of shelves from the north. It's not fun to wait , wait, and then have to come back and exchange the part for the correct one. Management was very helpful when I returned on my 2nd visit.

The prices are good and the quality of parts are superb. They have always had everything I needed in stock. The other parts stores on the same road are sometimes out of stock. Also, the customer service rep Ben that works here. He s the best. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Awesome guy and this store is lucky to have him in employment.**update 4/2/23: I came here to make write something positive about Ben who works here. He has continued to be a huge help and is always pleasant to work with!

Well they're pretty close to autozone on something by if I want a part that is hard to find O'reilly's to usually find it for me and I like that closer products they have things on Sale that I use a lot like fuel additives and things like that So there's autozone but I like o'reilly's products better than autozone products For their brand of things

On Sunday when I was the only one in the store the parts guy Spencer pulled 2 off 3 parts wrong wasted a lot of time and gas going back to the store. He admitted that he does that all the time. They need to train there lazy employees a little better. He was leaning on the counter when I came in so he definitely was not busy or rushing to pull parts. Not sure how you cant get it correct he was doing nothing.

Nice new facility, young mostly inexperienced staff (at least the times I really needed help), otherwise very good. This time they were able to cross reference a NH tractor oil filter # to a WIX # and they also had it in the store!!!! Nice job everybody. Thanks....

Staff are not professional or educated with basic repairs, tools, or parts. "Manager" on duty was a young rude kid. Prices are 5-10% higher than others. With 4 auto parts stores in the immediate area, seems like they would attempt to keep customers... Won't be back. I tried twice. Same outcome.

Staff was a great help, I needed a battery load tested, and the weather was terrible, but he put his coat on and got the test done. Very much appreciated.

Called and asked about a part. Was told there were 2 different minds and to bring mine in but they could have either next day. Got there and they told me it would be Wednesday. Too easy of a job to screw up and make me drive 30 minutes for no reason.

Choose Rock auto or Amazon or anywhere but this mismanaged part supplier. Pretty simple job to just get people the parts they need but they struggle at it.

Definitely needed this store in town. Good location, lots of parts on hand. If you can't find it in the store, they will try their best to get it for you.
