The store was great organized clean and everything but the staff sucked cassie I don t know her last name but she has pink hair I asked her a question on a part and where it was located and she said give me a minute and went on her phone and started texting for what felt like 10 minutes

Never in my life have I had such poor service from a retail business. Tim Whyhaski (not sure on spelling, the manager) and Paul (a worker) I tried asking questions over the phone and they hung up on me every time. They told me my battery had a 3 year warranty then when I went in to replace it they told me it had a year and I was 2 months too late. The battery worked for one month. They have no manners in how they communicate with anyone.

Yea, bad service. I get judged for being loss then middle class. If you don t look like money don t go. I tried calling a different advanced auto got hung up on twice fist time got put on hold then hung up, I call back asked about it same thing again. Just got O Reillys or AutoZone. wayyyyy! Better service every time.

As a whole, I like Advance Auto. Been our #1 go-to over the years, for restoration projects, maintenance and everything in between; however, I will not go back to the Cedar Springs location. I have been treated rudely, not just once.I'll be back, just not here.

I went in to pick up battery i ordered and paid for online. What should have been an easy in and out turned into a 20 minute waiting around. 1 guy working the counter helping another customer and 2 other workers hanging out talking. Absolutely rediculous it took that long. I will never order from them again.

They were extremely courteous and help me with their machine that tells you what is wrong with your car. And then when I found I didn't need the part they took it back with no problems very nice place I would go there again

Cassie is extremely rude to all customers and even other coworkers trying to help I will never return to the cedar springs advance auto parts because of Cassie

Just a tad on the slow side. Otherwise the store was clean, well stocked, well informed, masks are required, shielding between customer and sales person at point if contact at the counter. Traffic flow marked on the floors for customer social distancing.

Great store, great prices but there's one sales associate will try selling u the sun because ur car needs it, don't try to oversell! 1 thing is fine but don't try to sell me 15 extras! Tone it down please for the love of God!

Quick stopped in to get brake pads and rotors for my Challenger. I was welcomed and helped immediately. After getting home and taking off my tires, I saw that only new pads were needed. I returned the rotors with no problems and no hassles. Correct parts and good prices will always beat your competitors.

My battery died. I looked to make sure they had one in stock, paid online. Went in half an hour later and they pulled the old one and installed my new one for free. This place is very reasonably priced and you cannot beat the service they provide.

Shop anywhere but here, the workers are awful and have no clue what they are talking about. The service is trash. Not a single time have they gotten an order right. Don't waste your time when O'Reilly is right across the street.

I REFUSE TO EVER DO SERVICE AT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN I TOOK MY PARTS BACK I NO LONGER NEEDED AND I WAS RIPPED OFF MY $30 CORE I PAID FOR AHEAD OF TIME WHEN I ORDERED MY PARTS BUT EVEN THOUGH I TURNED THE PART IN THAT I WAS CHARGED THE CORE FOR BUT NEVER USED IT THIS STORE STILL KEPT MY CORE CHARGE THAT I HAVE SEVERAL RECEIPTS PROVING I PAID FOR IT BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT BACK I GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY

I had a good experience at Advance. I have been a loyal customer to a competitor of theirs for many years but the customer service has gone to hell lately. I'm going to stay with Advance and see how they hold up.

Haven't been let down yet. Been to the store 2 times since I moved up here and they've had the parts! Excellent people.

Typically choose this auto parts store based on the reward program is better. Unfortunately the staff and management don't care to follow corporate rules and refuse to wear masks and failed to enforce mask wearing in the store.

After walking 2 miles in the snow with a 30lb dead battery, my experience at Advanced Auto Parts felt nothing short of miraculous. The attendant found exactly what I needed (first a tissue for my runny nose) and for a lower price than I anticipated. And THEN the attendant offered to drive me home after saving me money.Thanks you AAA. You ve more than earned my business.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went in and asked for a certain sized freeze plug. Two people were working and didn t know what a freeze plug was..seriously. You work at an automotive parts store and don t know what a freeze plug is!? Please for the love of god, advance auto, train your employees. Autozone wasn t much better but after explaining a few times, I got what I wanted.

Needed a starter gear for my briggs&stratton. Checked online they had it in stock. Guy at the counter said they don't Carry starter gears. I left and proceeded to order it online for In store pick up that same day from the same store..It was like magic 30 Mins later they had my gear... That they insisted they didn't have in the store. Sad when you can do their job better then they can. But owell atleast they had my part.That's why I left 2 stars instead of 1.

It is not like Denny and Car Quest of the past, but they are able to supply me with the various parts needed to keep the vehicles running, even the '97 F250HD farm truck!!!

Absolutely horrible service. If you can't pick it off the shelf don't bother asking. The staff is too busy to help you. I deive 20 miles past this place to get what I need
