I came to Marlou with a question re: hazard insurance and my credit union indicating I may be charged soon if I can not prove I have it. Marlou handled the whole thing - communicating with my credit union without me even asking! I am so grateful, I kept setting this aside and was concerned I would end up paying for something I already had!! Thank you Marlou, very much appreciated. I could continue about other detailed explanations of my bills etc.. :)
