UPDATE: the owner called me to apologize for the dirt that was left on the interior of my vehicle. He offered to pay to have it cleaned. I am very satisfied and will definitely be using them again.After having my car towed to a dealership for repairs (6 hrs later) I noticed filth as in dried up mud/dirt on my steering wheel my door and my dashboard and I complained to the dealership and when they came out to look at it, they told me they would never leave it that way for a customer and insisted that it must have been the towing company which obviously it was but it was bad.

Very fast and helpful service! The driver was super helpful and patient with me as I had not had my car towed before. They work with AAA which was very handy. I would recommend them.

Worst service ever one hour after they were contacted to tow me they called and said it would be another hour and half. I told them this was unacceptable so they didn't come at all left me stranded in the middle of the road.

I called them on a holiday (of course), and they made sure I was safe and towed my car to a secure location. Then the next day they towed the car 2 hours south to my dealership. Excellent people, excellent service, and actually cheaper than I feared it would be! Thank you so much, McCartys!

Serpentine belt broke many miles from home on a very hot day. Although we had to wait, Howard, the driver was personable, professional and took us and our car, Freddy Mercury all the way home.
