Came to get an oil change, and the guy at the counter informs me that they had a non-synthetic oil listed as put in my 2018 Traverse the last time in their system. I said well that s probably why my vehicle had been running like crap since my last oil change. The guy informs me that I may have to go get a tune up if they really did put the non synthetic oil in my vehicle that requires synthetic! Then asked me what oil I wanted in it this time I said no Pennzoil I wanted Valvoline. I go to check out and they tell me they were out of the Valvoilne so they just put Pennzoil in it! Did not text or ask me before doing so just took it upon themselves to do it after I specifically said no Pennzoil! They had my number to text me when the vehicle was done so they could have called me to ask what oil I wanted! I will never come back! They could have ruined my vehicle putting a non synthetic oil in it and they obviously do not listen to a customers specific request for what oil they prefer in their vehicles. No compensation no nothing but an oh uh sorry for both the non synthetic, and for putting Pennzoil after I said not to!

2nd car this location has ruined. First car was an equinox. Ripped the exhaust clean off from the cats and continued to drive it around the parking lot while it dragged. Second time I came here for just a quick oil change before I left for Indiana. ( I was very reluctant and haven t had my oil changed by anyone other than myself after the first incident) The drain plug was loose. Spun out with my fingers. Blew the brand new 3k turbo that was put in one week before. Refused to pay it. Had a Walmart employee come to MY home to take pictures of the car. Then tell yea you have to pay the mechanic bill upfront and they may or may not pay you back all depends on the corporate guy who leaves you a voicemail and never calls back or answers. Long story short thanks for screwing me over again Walmart! Maybe stop hiring special needs people to work in the tle center and a supervisor that can actually fit in the pits.

Horrible customer service beware of the older man with a mullet hair cut. He s the worst, he charged us for synthetic oil change when we asked for a pit crew oil change, when we told him we weren t paying for that because that s not what we asked for he became angry and called for the manager. Once we got that situation settled be charged us wrong again.. we had asked for new wiper blades to be installed he charged us 10$ each wiper and a additional 20$ for installation. When we walked back in because we realized what he did. He grabbed the receipt and said ya ya I ll take care of it.. if you can avoid him at all cost he s rude and will scam you for money.

Some associates will help you find something and stay with you all during the transaction. Others point to somewhere over there and you never see the associate again. 10 foot rule is 10 feet not 10 yards. Seems many do not know the 10 foot rule.

Couldn't get anyone to wait on me. Called customer service but no response. I was looking for a set of tires but went somewhere else. They treated me good before but this visit was impressive.

Tires arrive over week after scheduled appointment, which was over a week after ordering. New appointment scheduled for 9 am 8 days later, it's 1030am and 1 tire is done. Poor service by far.Service: TiresService: Tires

Fast helpful service and only place in like 4 cities that was open and had the size tire I needed today. Good price for the tire and installation of the tire and even helped carry it back to my car.

They do a good cheap oil change its like 14 bucks then like all oil places they say it was half a quart low so then it comes to like 22 bucks some how I buy my tires from them then drive down to Steven's and have them put them on that's the cheaper route guys

Went into for a routine oil change and tire rotation , this is the 5th time with my current small minivan that I use every day for work, Mike (front counter) was very friendly, techs advised they can't do rotations because of scrape on rin(which has been there for all previous sevices) I told him it has always been there. He went to talk to the lube tech that were standing around and they changed their story saying my van is too overloaded. This is the last time I will visit your lube and tire center!!!! PURE LAZINESS
