We enjoy our new Truck! Our sales man Mark (and Dan) did an exceptional job during the sales process, making it very simple and easy to understand. Kind and patient also are words I would use to describe our experience. The F&I manager was also wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. Mike and I are very pleased and happy customers! Five star for sure!

My experience with buying this Chevy Blazer was wonderful. James Lopez explained everything very thoroughly & Erin the Finance Manager was wonderful also. I purchased a "new to me" Chevy Silverado from John at Pat Curtis in Caro. He was amazingly patient with my indecisiveness. I was fortunate to have him provide me support without pressure. I know what I want. I don't need nor do I require a sales person to tell me what's best for me. John is this sales person. Thank you John for a wonderful experience with this major purchase.

I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while and was checking websites out. Clicked on a few vehicles and of course needed your information to do that. Which I specifically stated I did not want to be bothered. I am the type of person when I find what I like I buy it...nothing will change my mind and I cannot stand being pestered. Didnt take long and Patricia Sweeney the sales gal was blowing up my email...I live a bit away from Caro and totaled my car so intentions was I was paying cash for a new one!!!! Next thing you know after again telling her please dont bother me.....I get an email saying a vehicle was in and she has me scheduled at 11 or so whatever the time not sure exactly~EXCUSE ME am I walking and I never once told you to schedule me for anything. Once again, told her!!! Then wasnt long reached out again and that was it out of 5 dealerships only 1 respected me and didnt bother-pester-call and it sure wasnt Pat Curtis....they lost a sale and thats too bad. Maybe when a customer asks to not be bothered or lets the sales lady know the whole situation they should hear that ~ yet didnt listen one bit just trying to push the vehicle.

A moment agoHad an accident, insurance company says take it to Pat Curtis Chevy . What a freaking Nightmare! They order parts, schedule for repairs.. this was a simple repair, dented quarter panel. Remove and replace and paint..A week and 4 days later, I get a call your truck is done ..I go to pick it up, my truck has a Tahoe cover! The entire inside of my truck bed is soaking wet! Looks like they intentionally sprayed water between the cover and the truck. How else would it get in there.. They blow it off like nothing..Tools soaking in water;; let alone the bag of clothes I just sent in the back, as I unloaded the rental car into my truck....So, between the fact this took a week longer then it should have...and the fact they ruined tools in my truck!!This place a Dam Joke!!The manager is a jerk!! Unprofessional!! Rude! Crude!! Down right just a Donkey!!I should just turn this over to the BBB!!

Car in accident July 1 they get it give estimate for repairs also ask while they have it could they do oil change so when we get it back it s all good so then about two month mark no updates on vehicle and insurance called asking me for updates I m not the shop so going on three months after calling and asking what is status we get told it won t start and they can t figure out why and ordering some parts two weeks later still can t figure out why won t start so still can t get into paint then finally they call and state they figured it out with help of another dealership and now ordering once again another body control module specifically they get it and magic car runs they then have for another week and finally oct 10 call that it s ready. We then go to pick it up and while doing paperwork i ask about other key fobs will work seeing they replaced modules and etc he said good question but it should cause usually they will ask us to get other keys for that from customer so then go out to car and passenger seat stained all over so go back in and inquire about it also stating we paid for the interior shield he looked for previous photos of interior and had none but stated since we had the shield he would contact them to see about it and get back with us so then on way home realize oil change was never performed simple things like radio clock and etc not reset so come in next morning and explain oil change and bring key fob says can I give them half hour at 749 am I said sure they were gonna do oil change and fix key fob here it is now 1030 am and still no update and wandering the parking lot they have surely lost our business and anyone who may ask reference not to mention other issues from accident are being ignored well 1050am they come out and say we are having problems I said surprise surprise now what he said they trying to reach gm tech line and etc and more less put blame on them so then gives me a loaner for now after three hours had they came out after first hour and at the least just updated me errr

I love my 2024 Blazer Redline!!! Our salesman John Merz was absolutely the best, this is at the least the 3rd vehicle we ve purchased from Pat Curtis Chevrolet in Caro. From my first lease experience in 2016 to my most current lease here in January of 2023, I have received nothing but the best customer service. The employees are kind and very helpful. The service department is excellent and will fit me into their schedule on a moments notice. The finance department has worked with me for every leased vehicle since 2016. I am extremely thankful for the friendly customer service as well as the welcoming atmosphere of Curtis Garber (Caro, MI). Thanks again for another awesome vehicle!!

Okay, so I drove the same car for almost 20 years. Part of the reason was that I was dreading the car shopping and buying process. I was terrified.When my mechanic announced that he thought the time had come, I went to a different dealership. They were asking for something outrageous like 40% above the KBB value for used vehicles. There was little consideration. There was pressure. I left.Enter Pat Curtis Chevrolet, which just so happened to have the perfect car for me. From the beginning, Mark was wonderful and very responsive. Even though I was just buying a used car, he treated me like a VIP the whole time. He made the entire process easy and seamless. There was zero pressure to buy anything. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the price of the vehicle was totally fair.Ultimately, thanks to Mark, I ended up with a great car that I'm falling in love with. And I'm no longer afraid of the car buying process.Please don't hesitate to do business with these nice and honest people. I hope they are still there in 20 years when I need another car. Actually, I wouldn't mind if it were sooner than that.Thank you Mark!

There was a recaled part on my vehicle, and I called them to get fixed. They needed to order the part. I didn't hear back from them for over 5 weeks. when I called them I was told that they didn't need to order them they were sent them in a bulk . Never called me when they got them. . So how long would I have waited for them to call me?? No communication from them,not happy with how I was talked to. I've been happy with the body shop, but customer service is lacking in their service department. IMO

Tricia was amazing. I mostly purchased the Blazer over the phone from Flint and she was honest, forthcoming with information, and communicated with me through phone, and email and text. My mom even ended up buying a car when she accompanied me to pick mine up. I will be getting all of my cars from Pat Curtis from now on. Honesty and integrity is not always prevalent in car sales and I appreciate the way they run their business in Caro. Definitely worth the drive!

Thank you to the staff at Curtis Garber! Tricia was the best sales person to date! She helped me find the perfect ride! Love it! The showroom is clean & very nice! Staff here is helpful on any questions I had. They are also willing to negotiate on the price! Erin that wrote up my paperwork she was amazing as well. Quick service and great to talk to! The car was beautifully detailed as well. Overall the best dealership experience I had & I will be back in the future! I will be sending referrals to them as well. Thanks again!

Had a wonderful experience with Trisha & Erin. If youve bought a vehicle you know that it can be a horribly long process! Not with these business women! Quick and painless. The best part was that we had been in contact with Trisha a month or so ago looking for a 'hard to come by' vehicle. She remembered we were looking and called us yesterday. I have 15 years experience in paint and body work, I applied for a job with this company had posted on indeed. They have my resume and my references and everything they need to inquire about my skill set. Without ever calling any of my references he offered me 16 an hour. Which for someone with my skill level and experience is an insult. Absolutely under minded me in every fashion. Not only did they insult me with the offer he has absolutely ignored my phone calls in regard to the position. In my book they don t deserve the business they get. Take your car to small independent shops, they deserve the money more than these inconsiderate people. A man is just out to earn his wage at his skill level and what he deserves and he takes it upon him self to insult my skill. His name is Jeff, very very inconsiderate. I wasted my time even walking into this place. Then he says we have to see what you can do I laughed at that. First and foremost my resume displaying my skill set alone gets me too dollar, then once I produce the amount of work I am very well known for gets me above top dollar. Absolutely absurd, a complete disrespect to my life long dedication to my industry. Take your car to someone who appreciates the men and women who committed their selves to this work and providing top quality product to the customers we serve and honor. This dealership body shop doesn t deserve your money. If they don t appreciate their employees, they certainly don t appreciate the customer. All they want is money and they will squeeze you for every dime they can get out of you. They wonder why no one comes into this work, they only care about lining their pockets with your money. No good in my book. If you want a good quality paint job and collision work, seek out a small independent shop, they want to provide too service and top quality results. Not these money hungry rip offs. It s a shame, it really is. People like me want to work and do their craft and get paid what they deserve. Not some chump 16 an hour. What a disgrace to my profession, im utterly disgusted.
