I rated Monro. A 1 star to how likely I am to recommend someone to go there only because of prices. I was quoted $800 for an oil change and rear brakes. I have seen over and over these prices are very high to repair vehicles. I ended up taking my car to Stephen s tires down the road and they replaced my brakes for $300. I come here for oil changes but now the price has gone up to $90 instead of $75. $75 is already enough for me. And I can go down the road to pay $75 for an oil change. I rated it a 5 star experience with customer service because the manager was very kind to me and they were prompt with helping me out and got my car fixed quickly.

Amazing experience. I got my tires changed and an oil change. They were super quick and efficient. The prices were very reasonable and I actually saved money by going here. The staff is also super nice and helpful too!

The manager of this store is very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job on my 04 Chevy avalanche. Very honest and upfront about what I needed done to my truck. I'm very happy so far with the new tires. Truck drives amazing now for having over 300k miles on it. He also replaced the outer tie rod ends and did an alignment. I will definitely be a returning customer and tell my friends.

Everyone I've encountered here has been very friendly and helpful. My concerns are taken seriously and thoroughly investigating and the cost is always more than fair. Special shout out to Greg for being so nice and doing a great job!

The staff is always friendly and I really appreciate when I don't understand something they take the time to make sure I do. They have been my go to for oil changes and tires for several years. I had my tires replaced and an alignment done today. It was completed before the previously discussed time frame!

The service is great just prices are too hard to keep coming back. Oil change was $90-91. Every 3,000 miles. Not reasonable.

Mike the manager is a great guy. Came in for an oil change while having something in my eye from the day before. He let me use their eye rinse machine and got my car right in for the oil change. Great people!!

Very friendly and fast service. Had a problem with service from another Kan Rock location, the guys at Caro took care of the problem promptly, very happy with our experience there. Have purchased tires and had alignments done at this location and have always been satisfied. Thank you!

My daughter went in for tires that were cheaper at Walmart but decided to go here instead because she also needed an alignment we just had the front end repaired by a certified tech that worked for a dealership for 20 years they said there was a bad tie rod which I just checked and it is still good it is old so much like most alignment places they just want to change parts I have had good experiences In Clio but I will never go to the Caro store she still didn't get the alignment so now instead of saving money on the tires we still need to fund a place to do the alignment hopefully this isn't a sign of how the tires were put on

Went there because they were the only ones open on Sunday. The broke a lug nut which happens. They did not have anyone capable of fixing that there that day. I made an appointment for Tuesday to be fixed. I arrived ten minutes early . The mechanic complained about how many he had to fix, and then said he could not get me in that day despite my appointment. Save the headaches and go to Stephen's Tire instead.

Great customer service. They were the only ones open on a Sunday. I was from down state staying at our cottage in the thumb, when I noticed I was getting a flat tire. I called and talked to the manager and he said since they were short staffed I may have to wait a little while. I drove the 30 minutes to Caro and within 45 minutes my tire was fixed and was on my way. Thank you again for the great service!!!

Went for an oil change on new years day which was supposed to be the start of my honey moon the day after my husband and I got married. We got there and the oil change was done, we pulled out of the parking lot and our car started to shutter which was not happening before the oil change. We go back and they re do the oil change, we leave again and it shutters and shakes even worse. We go back and he brings his mechanic in to finally look at it and it turns out whoever did our oil change drained ourCVT transmission fluid instead and in the end it ended up blowing our transmission and honestly ruined the start to my honeymoon.

I highly recommend this place. One of the best places I have ever taken my car. Honest, thorough and really care about their customers. Also reasonably priced. They came recommended to me by family members, and I was very pleased. I will be returning!

I believe I was the first customer in that day, needed 2 front tires and an alignment, when finished, their credit machine was down, they let me drive home and get the cash and trusted me to come back to pay for the work which I did. They did not even ask for my license before telling me to go to get the cash. This is unheard of today.

My back passenger tire was going flat every other day for about a week, so I took it to these guys.They found two nails in my tire and got me rolling down the road in good time! Thank you guys!

Great people, give them a call, they will take care of you. Had a lug nut that would not come off. Called them up, they said bring it in, 15 minutes later it was off. Asked how much, said you're good, no charge. Obviously I'll be back. Thanks guys !!
