I have never been more disappointed in my life with a shop, I dropped my RV off with a laundry list of things to accomplish, NOT ONE SINGLE THING GOT DONE, they couldn't even de winterize it correctly, $850 and a month and a half all they did was put me a month and a half behind and created more work for me at their attempt to paint....... paint on the floors on the counters just an absolute disgrace as a shop no communication what so ever. the invoice was some pluming parts (bypass water heater) and "labor" never itemized on where labor was going because i would LOVE to see what you did cause right now all i see is $850 out of my account for my RV to chill at your shop putting me further behindService: Body & Trim

To the owners of MT Auto and Rv We had our avalanche in there in Feb. Of 2022. We had new awnings put on our slideouts told us then we had a year warranty. First time out , bigger awning defected. I called yous in may and you told us we had warranty, then in October you said we didnt because of the weather Remember first time we used it it, was defected.several times in us our conversations you said you would work with us and yous didnt. Yous wanted 375.00 dollars to replace awning. It cost me 815.00 dollars to replace whole awning..conversations you said yous would work with us and take care of us and didn't the hole awnings was bad

Having purchased a $20000. Steel bldg from Mtauto. Now to find out they no longer work with the company we purchased from.The company they now work with will not service any bldg except the ones they put upThe issue we are having is with the door latching. We were told make sure it s level and so sorry but no other suggestions as to what to do or who to go to for serviceVery disappointed in MTauto.

The furnace quit in our Motorhome while traveling thru Michigan. The campground we were staying at recommended Mt Auto & Rv just three miles down the road. We fully expected to have to replace the expensive control board. They had the correct board in stock but I asked it hey had a tester. To my surprise, they had a tester among their equipment and Tim, the mechanic, was able to remove the board and test it for me. It tested OK but the symptoms still indicated a defective board. Tim tried the new board but still the furnace would not heat up. After about 20 minutes of poking around with an electrical tester he found a loose wire deep inside the furnace. After connecting the loose wire the furnace worked again. The charge for this excellent service was very reasonable. Highly recommend this business for your RV parts and service.

Superb job refurbishing our 96 Yamaha golf cart! They repaired a botched job by another dealer, and it s better than EVER!!! Very happy!

Tried to get some info on parts, missed a call and when I tried to get someone again, Noone wanted to deal with me. Apparently my camper is too old and they won't work on it, WTH!
